Poor customer service. Made to come over 4 times for change of ownership of the policy, asking for new document or signature everytime even after confirming the required documents multiple times on every visit.

Very worst experience ever! There is no proper personel to guide your query, they just keep giving phone numbers and ask to call them and get sorted by ourselves! Hours of waiting and asking! Worst ever!
