We needed caretaker for my mother when she was bedridden. After getting frustrated with other bureaus, we came to know about Heal My Family. The caretakers sent by the bureau were really helpful, they did things taking initiatives. They took care of my mom as if she is their mom. Worst service Bogus company they removed my review written earlier they Bring adivasi tribal girls send to our home as a care takers they never pay them and start crying at our residence. My mother in law had fractured her hand and I was very lucky to to get a nurse from Heal My Family agency. Eswari took away all my tension. She is a one man army. She would wake up 3 times in the night for my MIL. She never complained. She understood elderly people's mood swings and never got angry. In return I also let her take rest in the afternoon so tht night duty won't be too much for her. I really thank the owner for running this service. We availed 24/7 caretaker for my Paralyzed mother. We were provided with qualified and experienced nursing staff Vasundhara who was good but unfortunately she had no chance to know the details my mother’s daily routine as the previous caretaker had left due to ill health and I could gist her only with few details. Later my brother and I decided to shift our mother to Health care center and we had terminate her service.
