Today as I headed to purchase a colour corrector, the employee handed over a dark brown stick and said it was a colour corrector, theemployee did not show me the cover of the stick. I was amazed and purchased it. Once I reached home i realised that it was not a colour corrector but a contour stick, which wasn't even my shade. I am disappointed at the way they said that it a a colour corrector and i believed them. I have lost my trust on this branch and their employees.

DO NOT BUY the health and glow brand Kajal ever. The sales girls are attracting you with the offers but the Kajal s quality is pathetic. The standards of quality is not meeting the requirements. It left my eyes watery and swollen just after one use. I would request the customers to not fall in the trap and buy this brand kajal.
I went for other products but they asked me to go for buy 1 get 1 health n glow kajal. Whenever i use those kajal my eyes are becoming watery. NOTE - MY EYES ARE NOT SENSITIVE I USE EVERY BRANS OF KAJAL BUT DIDN'T SUIT ME
I have purchased a charcoal nose strip on Saturday last week from Health and glow, and as the box was sealed, I did not notice that the box was completely empty, the nose strips belonged to the same brand health and glow and we're expensive, 285 each for 10 strips and since 2 were coming for an offer 20%off I picked up 2, only to my surprise one box was completely empty and yet sealed. Now comes the worst part, I have been trying to reach out to Health and glow for the longest time now, but none of the numbers work! I need a new box with contents in it or else refund of my amount.
Excellent service I had transaction issue, my amount was deducted twice and the employee @KHASIM was helpful to get the amount back I really appreciate the store Vikrampuri and their service Special thanks to KHASIM.
I love the place customer service is amazing for the first time placed an online order just to experience the offline experience the delivery member was so professional and courteous really loved the compassion towards customers. Packing was amazing but offline lane experience was simply outstanding too.people take out time to write reviews when they don’t like the experience we need to appreciate the efforts of individuals who make the effort to ensure the interaction is seem less.

No testers for the many products. Sales girls literally dont care when customer asks.they simply stand and stare the people or keep talking to themselves. Customer need to go them and ask everything. I really dont understand why they hire them? One girl was forcing me to buy her recommend product. Please no use of visiting this store.

Nothing of use is ever in stock. The stock try to push stuff on you even though you don't want any. They never carry basic essentials. They didn't have Vaseline, for God's sake.
Really like this place for cosmetics that range from really affordable to super expensive. The staff is attentive to your needs. Wide range in collection of organic products too. The billing takes nearly 2 min. It's an snacking store for everyone out there for all grooming and beauty products

Pretty well stocked. However the sales team is very very pushy to the extent of being rude. They will show you a million items that you don't need, while the thing that you want is out of stock. Also realized prices of a few things we bought were cheaper by 25% on Amazon. So far of the couple of visits none have been really satisfactory.
