Health & Glow - Banjara Hills

Ms. Laxmi in Banjara Hills Road No: 12 shop of yours brought so much change in my skin post diabetic medicines. She understood what I need within 5 minutes without going through formal technical test. That made me her fan. Yesterday I couldn't recollect Banjara Hills which Road number shop I will get her. The shop was vividly registered in my memory but not the road number.

First cab took me to GKB and I said "not this one"; then city centre mall; again I said "not this one". Then only one was left and that is road number 12 and finally I found her.

I am basically from Mumbai. Last few months in Hyderabad due to some professional commitments.

Health and Glow is my go to shop for last 21 years in Mumbai.

My skin is good but peculiar. Most expensive of products might not work. What will work has always been a tough call. That's the reason it's very difficult to convince me for any product. I stick to my one. But i tried her suggestions and did wonder.

I wish her to go great heights in life.

Broken products. Promoting higher priced product while customer is asking for the basic kind.

The staff are extremely nice and explain very properly. A staff member called Sana helped us make this experience a better one. I really recommend visiting health&glow whenever you can.

Great example by Mr. Paran as after having run around with Health & Glow staff. The Area head him self, came to support me making the product available at door almost 2 weeks after I was disappointed. Great job by him setting great example and customer service by him and team.

Had very good experience with Health & glow bajara hills. My wife regular to buy cosmetics from health and glow, she was out of station. First time i visited to buy some cosmetics for her, as a gift. One of the staff name is Aishwarya, she assisted me. Explained very well about the products which i doesn't know before. After gifting to my wife she was very happy.thanks Aishwarya for your excellent service your very knowledgeable! Next time i will visit with my wife to buy some more.

I went to purchase some neutrogena products. Though i was a bit confused what to pick staff of this store is just lovely with a good knowledge of products 2 of the staff lakshmi and pooja were such lovely souls helped me to pick the right product for me and were very genuine. Nice outlet with good stock. I would recommend everyone near to this store to visit. Lovely staff with good hygiene.

Variety of multiple stores like loreal, Maybelline and so on.can find May brand in one place.good and friendly staff.

Considering the location of this shop, should have been better stocked. The outlet at Marredpally is better stocked than this.

What a lazy and dumb staff! They barely know anything about the product. They dont have any idea about the shades of lipsticks!
Instead of providing you with the required product, they try to suggest to you their choice of product and force you to buy it! Horrible experience!
