Health & Glow - AS Rao Nagar

The prices of product are way high than on the product company website. I came to take the maybeline 24 hours foundation and Lakmé nude pink matte, but the prices were high compared to other stores however, before me deciding, the sales women rushed me to counter and I checked on the pricing concern which they said due to new stock it’s high rates than previous and to check my previous points they had server issue. However, I took and left, later to my realisation I found that the same product is much lesser on Lakmé website itself. I went in and checked on this at counter, when company itself selling at less cost how is possible to have this MRP. Which they didn’t have proper knowledge. All they say is new pricing, valid upto 2025 etc. I was not at all satisfied with this experience, I asked to take it back if this is the case, but they said they don’t take returns. I don’t understand why they rush customer before clearing their doubts. Not buying anything from now on here. Period.

I recently visited a health and glow in my local area and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff named kiranmayee from who were eager to assist me.

The store had a wide variety of products available, catering to all of my beauty needs. They had brands ranging from high-end to drugstore, so there was something for every budget. The store was neatly organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I was looking for.

One thing I particularly enjoyed was the ability to test many of the products before purchasing. They had testers available for makeup, skincare, and haircare products. This allowed me to see how the products felt and looked on my skin before committing to a purchase.

The staff at the beauty store were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. They provided me with recommendations based on my specific needs and concerns. They were also able to offer helpful tips and tricks on how to use certain products.

Overall, my experience at this beauty store was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful, the selection of products was extensive, and the services offered were a great addition. I would highly recommend this beauty store to anyone in need of their beauty needs being fulfilled.

Sales ppl only focused on pushing products instead of giving us what we need/want. I was shown and selected a lipstick worth 499 but when i came to counter the lady conveniently changed it to another one- useless one- worth 799! When questioned she says same shade hai! Didn't have amymore time to argue so left with it. I was very angry that after wasting nearly half hour to select something which suited my requirement and my budget i was cheated like this! Never going back to this stupid store!

It was wonderful experience for the very first time I visited at this place superb welcome by team, i was very confused about my skin issues, it was dull acne scares and blemishes i had. Mrs.prasanna came to me and she explained about skin test and i done with that every single problem was found and they guided me good products daily routine and after 20 days of using that i can seriously feel my skin healthy glowing and fresh always. Thank you so much dear team you girls are wonderful keep going.and samatha helped me reg my makeup products that was good too.

I had a very good experience, especially Ms. Samatha who was attending us, she was very welcoming and friendly. She understands the needs of the customers and is really good at giving suggestions.

Not very many collections. The staff will try to sell you a lighter foundation than your skin tone because it will make you look fair.lol. Got a discount of 300 rs on spending 5k.

I purchased nailpolish of Rs 175. But the girl charged 255/- I raised the bill this time and I come to know this. Otherwise every time they say that we will send the bill to your mobile number, in mobile we will get the total amount but not in detail.

Samakka and sri latha were very friendly and helpful our visit to health and glow was very informative and useful because of samakka and sri latha

Worst customer service.people over there doesn't have proper knowledge on the beauty products.they just try to manipulate customers and make them buy stupid stuff which doesn't even suit there skin.try to appoint good agents who has knowledge on beauty products. Worsttttt and the worst service. The girl who shows foundations doesn't even have knowledge on it she suggested me the worst foundation which didn't suit my skin.

I had a great experience shopping at health & glow. There is a lot of variety. Shanti from Maybelline was very helpful and gave me very good suggestions.

They don't have the return/exchange policy when purchased online, which makes them very pathetic.

H&G Staff, Please give some time for customers to think what needs to buy. Do not keep on backing the customers.
One of the key feature is paperless billing systems, but do provide some offers so that ppl will be attracted towards your store.

Its a good place to buy cosmetics. But you should be given space to check the brand's and other range of products. You have the sales girls breathing down your neck not giving you the time to think and decide.

Decent cosmetics store u might miss some thing but over all you get the products. I wish they have male employee too.

Cosmetics and beauty shop, the staff will help you out with the products and you will also get some prominent dermatologically tested serums.

Have a suggestion for Health and Glow.
In the h n g store near us, there are around 10 -15 sales girls. But barely 1 or 2 customers anytime. It's so unpleasant experience to have so many ppl all looking at you and makes a customer feel so uncomfortable. If we need their help, we will call them. No freedom to browse among the products. A customer feels like never going back the next time.

As part of the H&G chain of shops, this shop makes brisk business by selling a variety of ladies' items; in addition, they sell chocolates, pens etc.

Some offer or the other is always on.

I must say, the staff is super friendly and sweet. They were so patient and kind. They know what their customers need and make sure that they have a better experience. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Ever smiling, friendly staff, they don't hesitate to travel extra mile to serve the customer and make sure that they have a wonderful experience. Best place for personal grooming items for entire family under one roof. Good discounts for members. Apart from these they do have home delivery as well.

Store is always fully loaded. Staff has good knowledge about their products in the store. They have enough space infront of the store for parking but needs to be organized properly.
