I'm very bad experience of health and glow himatnagar
When I came the store the girls start to showing every product colour revolution why I didn't understand
I am asking chamber or sugar brands but she not showing that product.
I am disappointed with staff member (Shanti).

Had a great experience.the staff especially Priya is very interactive and suggested good products. Can't wait to use the products and visit the store again.

The worst part in any health and glow store is they are not customer focused but product focused, it scares me to walk into a health and glow store as the employees are ready to pounce on you and it becomes evident that they care for their targets and not for the need of the customers. They show all high price products and try to convince you that it will be best for you. I walked in this store to buy a face pack and asked for it, but as soon as I entered 3 people were ready to make me a target and they were advertising their various products and without me asking in my kit there were 5 to 6 different products, I said I just need a face pack and I did not even buy that and walked out. The products at health and glow might be good but their service is pathetic, better they get into the mindset of serving customers needs rather then trapping customers maybe then people like me will love to walk into that store

I visited this store for beard comb and beard oil. As soon I entered the store a customer sales person received me and enquired about what am I looking for. I said my requirements and she showed the products and suggested few other. I brought the product she suggested that is Shea butter beard creme. I am very much satisfied with the service but the only discomfort I faced in the store is room temperature. I think they switched off the air condition and fans, because of it within my 7 minutes of shopping my t-shirt turned wet by sweat.
