Nice customer service and variety of products. Thanks to Sirisha from Nizampet store for the best suggestions and customer service

The store has completely lost its charisma and made a pathetic experience for me in the recent visit. No product was available which I asked for and no sales girl was attending any customer. All were chatting in a room at the back and when I called for they just replied reluctantly. I returned as no one responded and it's merely a time waste. Owner should take care of these kind of things in the store as it will effect the business and fame of the brand.

Im very disappointed with the staff in heath and glow which is in Nizampet. The staff were very rude they aren’t welcoming when you enter the store the atmosphere feels very wired. If i ask for anything they say that they don’t have it in the store at the moment.
I asked for a keratin shampoo or for a keratin related shampoo they said they dont have when i could it right in front of my eyes.
When I asked them they said its just for display not for sale.
All in all very very disappointed.
