Pathetic experience! I visited this clinic on 19th Jan, 2024 seeing the impressive customer ratings and paid 1000 consultation fee, 1900 blood tests and Sigmoidoscopy + Biopsy sample collection of 5000. Noteworthy, for Biopsy test, I had to submit the sample and collect report myself from Gleneagles Global Hospital. To my horror, I was asked for a consultation fee again to show the Biopsy report. Later, I was told the fee will not be taken but you will have to wait until other patients who came after me will be served. Sadly, I returned back without meeting Dr and went to another DR just to show my Biopsy report affirming to never visit this clinic again where discrimination happens based on the money paid for that day. Overall I paid around 8000k here and 1500 in the referred hospital but no final opinion from Dr.
I had an appointment at 7pm but we all are working professionals and were not able to reach on time we admit that due to traffic too we were late by an hour. The Dr is very good but the staff is very rude and is really really slow and apparently the Dr has asked us to leave and come tomorrow even though I don't see many patients here today. It's not about coming on a next stipulated date but we need to fix our schedules too, the way I see it appointment is pretty much a two sided thing. Not a very pleasant experience: (
The worst Dr I have ever met in my life. She refused to treat my NXT pregnancy after being responsible for my last miscarriage. They always force every patient to review five stars then later behave rudely with patients.
No matter how critical the condition of person is we need to wait for the doctor and the most worst part of the hospital is some staff don't know how they work or serve but always ask to just wait we will call u Or inform you but untill we Reapproach them there will be no response. Just to prescribe for glucose for 8months pregnancy it's taking 5hours of time and that too sharing the info online see this is the way they treat their patients.
I regret my decision of choosing this hospital for my first pregnancy. They don't even deserve one star but the one is for doctor.
Been waiting for hrs but no response from the staff or update whether doctor is available or when the appointment can be rescheduled. The whole day gets wasted sitting in the clinic.
Feeling proud to share. My first visit with my wife was a very good experience in this hospital. Dr Ayesha is highly skilled and talented doctor i have ever come across in my life and the scanning doctor was also we'll experienced she showed us in detail the scanning of my baby and she is very cooperative
No doubt dr Ayesha khaliq is awesome she listen the patient give good treatment but I don't recommend scanning there because after paying 1500 Plus waiting 2 hours and that scanning doctor is not even taking 1 minutes to check don't know where she want to go, she was in hurry, So do scanning from outside.
Dr Ayesha Khaliq is very polite, soft-spoken doctor. She has every quality that a good gynaec should have. My very first meeting with her was good and appreciative. I've decided to follow her up till my 9th month Insha Allah
Dr.ayesha is no doubt an awesome doctor. She ensures questions are answered and takes personal care for patients.
However, the staff of the clinic, need to learn basic professionalism to respond to patients who call for follow up and shouldnt force people to give reviews for the first time visit itself. They dont show the reports to doctor after multiple calls and just bluntly respond to continue the treatment which was never recommended!
Not sure how to start something which was not told or shared. Pathetic management! I also purchased tablets from them, they incorrectly have uploaded the prices on their system and charged extra! Ultimately I had to let to let them know and calculate it and get my refund. Dr ayesha ma’am, please look into this.
Ultrasound staff is pathetic and not professional. I had my wife ultrasound with TVS. No gelly was used and it was highly painful for my wife. Also sonographer was constantly taking calls while doing ultrasound. Unprofessional.
Dr abdul Khalid is very experienced polite and friendly doctor he treats patients well and good he examine and suggest good treatment as per the diagnosis I highly recommend people to visit doctor abdul Khalid and health in clinic well organized thank you
While I don't have any problem with the doctor (Dr Ayesha), the front desk staff and the management is the worst. Careless staff No sense of responsibility They don't give proper appointments They tell you to call at 4pm when the time indeed is 4pm how ignorant.
The management is verybadly in communication with the patient and as per compair to others hospitals here very expensive doctor consultation fees and all types of tests.
Ayesha mam is very polite friendly and takes care like our family. This clinic is very clean and hygienic. 5 starts to her. Very gud experience.treatment heals your soul. Shukarallah.

Genuine, Excellent, Reliable, unbiased Gastroenterologist in Hyderabad. Dr Ab Khalique is a God fearing super Specialist in Town. May Allah bless him with Good Health & barakah in all aspects of his life.
Dr Ayesha khaliq is very nice doctor, explains things with full patience, answers all your questions. She takes care of patient all the time. She did my mother's surgery, which went very well, she has taken great care. Even response to our queries in WhatsApp. Thank you doctor. I feel the staff is also good. Never experienced any issue, yes it takes more time in waiting as they send you in order. First in first out
I'm totally disappointed in my frequent 3,4 visits with Dr. Ayesha khaliq. I don't know why that receptionist lady besides her everytime I go that makes me so uncomfortable to talk I couldn't able to tell my concerns properly. Also for me Dr seems to be rushed hurried reckless sometimes.she is very quick these days not listing to the patient like hardly in a minute and it's over and we being waited like forever literally. And the staff I tell you those girls who sit in the reception. 4-5 girls in the reception who cares nothing about the patient.asking rating reviews forcefully no manners, no courtesy, useless behavior, zero professionalism don't know how to respect patients.no time management.they take appointments over the phone is pathetic please train them to be professional at least.
Dr Ayesha khaliq is a best doctor, she treats patients well, I appreciate all the staff members and I am very much satisfied with the treatment as well services
The best treatment starts with right diagnosis. The best diagnosis starts with a free and comprehensive consultation between the doctor and the patient. Dr. Abdul khaliq is really good at it.
They just take the consultation charges of rupees 500 and see you after hours of waiting for 2-5 mins. Gives you list of all unnecessary scan. Unprofessional reception staff and few doctors. They do not maintain proper track of patients. Very unsatisfied with their services.
