Very bad experience. Audiologist visited our house and tested ears and recommended solution which we bought. Took full amount and said that he will send the bill through WhatsApp. He also tool new set of battery of old earphones saying that he will replace with new one. It is 20 days since I bought the earphones. They seem to have some problem. I was try to reach Audiologist. He is not responding to my calls. As on date no bill, no battery given. Called up the company number. They noted my complaint and said they will call back in 10 mins. It is more than 2 hrs. There is no call back. I am not sure what to do.

Audiologist and the staff were courteous. Audiologist seemed to be knowledgeable and was patient. Understood the problem and recommended the correct device.

Friendly but not trained staff, ironically more expensive when we visit with doctor referral, just visit their website and get discount code.

The Audiologist is well informed and does good diagnosis of the patient based on the needs of the patient.

Madam Ragini is quite patient in listening to my problems and offered valuable suggestions in speech therapy.
