Heritage Fresh Red Hills

One of the worst supermarkets I've ever been to. The staff is not at all cooperative. I'm not a premium member, and therefore, I was not shown any courtesy. The worst section is the billing counter. The people attending the billing counter lacks any motivation to do the job. I had to wait in line for more than half an hour while the person at the counter was having useless discussions with another customer. They lack any professionalism and won't pay any attention to casual shoppers.

Repeated complaints at store no response.
Customer care no. No use make u hang for hours.its not working.

Heritage your shop area size is small small area with many products.if the area is big it would be comfortable for the customers

Excellent experience, took the membership also. Upon membership i got 5kg sugar, 5lg Atta and 1 kg daal, good deals. 500 cash back also. People nearby red hills please visit Heritage Fresh and enjoy shopping.

Before you enter you will turn back because of unhygienic dust and unclean things around fresh market

Reasonable prices. Almost all types of groceries present. Good collection of fruits and vegetables. They also have some special discounts for Heritage card holders.

I used to live in uae and this was the first store I visited and I gotta admit I was kinda skeptic how the experience in an Indian store would be but it was literally the same as going to a store and getting stuff. The staff is more than helpful.
