I actually love H&M from the beginning and I never forget to purchase from it be it offline or online.but this time I only went for window shopping to see its Christmas collection and didn't purchase anything since I am boycotting brands that supports Israel.
I request all the people to replace brands that support Israel.at the least we can do that from our end. My heart goes out to people of GAZA

Quite a spacious and big outlet.however when I have visited the collection was limited and very less sizes were available.

I have heard of this place for a very long time but recently I got a chance to visit this place.
This place is just perfect, be it food, shops, brands, gamezone, luxury, banquets, conference, etc you name it and it's perfect here.
I really loved this place.
Well it's far away from main town and just next to highway.
Shopping is definitely an expensive option for you.
But you can enjoy the collection and if your pocket allows then grab them.
I think one should definitely visit this place and enjoy the aura.

One of the best place in town where one can find every kind of Western attire for both men and women with latest fashion trends along with vast collection of accessories needed. It's my all time favorite store to hop in all the time.

Good display.excellent collection. But, we being indian and sizes of dresses were in european way. I personally felt it little bit inconvenience. But one of the staff solution is awesome.to know your shirt size, she suggested to keep shoulder to shoulder if it fits around your neck it is size for you.i checked and made a purchase, for me it is perfect fit.

I love H&M, due to its superior quality and affordable prices.
But a big no to this store in Inorbit mall, due the arrogant nature of the staff there. First of all nobody comes forward to help out the customer to find what they are looking for, moreover I want to make a special mention about this guy called Anshul who claims to be the store manager. In a recent experience on 28th Sep 2020 he denied to do the billing of the the stuff that we already selected before the closing time of the store and claimed that the store is closed and asked us to leave without buying anything.which was ridiculous. Any store would shut the doors during closing time but won't deny the billing to the the customers who are inside and already selected some stuff. Moreover he had the audacity to say that we should come during the day and not in the evening hours. During a time of this pandemic when everybody is struggling to do business, this guy claiming to be store manager denies to sell the stuff to customers and losing the buisness of me and my friends for ever.
If the management is reading this, pls note that your guy is sabotaging your store's and brand's image. Use

Less collection of hoodies nd mens section not all h&m collections avilable but good visual nd easy to find out all on floor not hidden or covered by one rack overlapping nd hidden by another rack.all collectiona are visible at one glance

Good place, many variety of products with medioacre quality, prices are high. Accessories designs are same as its in United States stores. No difference in product range and variety when compared to its stores in US. It has choices for both Indian wear and Western wear in clothing and accessories. Cosmetic section is very small.

Good higene values are maintained and can visit even in covid times.

This Store has shoes men collection it was very very amazing I just love the correction and the prices are beat high the staff service good the interior was really amazing with love the place and I would love to visit this place again and again this places that amazing and and if you ask me about the quality it was good I would like to say and I have the gift card worth 400 I would like to visit on monthly sales or annual sales

It's pocket friendly but dresses are awfully bad textured. I wish their material was of good quality.

I like their Western dresses, business formals collections for girls. Got few t-shirts for daughter they were of good quality. Somehow didn't like men's collection.

Their cloth quality is just amazing.but before we buy anything from H&M it's better to check the size because their sizes are pretty different from the regular sizes in all the other brands.

Good place to shop for good prices and quality. However they need to arrange things in more systematic way. Very few offers for men but good variety of selection for kids and women. Clothes from.here specifically not only offered at.good price but with good quality and comfort.

One of the better branches of H&M in India. Staff's super helpful and know their products well, always ready to go the extra mile. Location is perfect, the starbucks infront of the store makes it an apt resting place, post breaking the bank. The Mall is good and ambience is fine. I loved Starbucks there, nice service and best in class management.

Huge variety. But expensive. Helpful staff. Take someone with you who constantly reminds you that you can't afford to buy everything.

Global brand and good quality. Little expensive but the brand is global so you have to wait for sale at times

An eclectic collection of western (European) clothing that spans multiple floors. A much better place to visit with your wife or girlfriend because unlike the other malls like the Central or Shoppers Stop, the waiting area is a lot more peaceful, because we all know how physically demanding it is to go clothes shopping with a lady: p the prices are mostly comparable to what we can find in the European stores. And the collection, while it fails to cater to every taste with its mostly monochrome designs, is similar to what can be found on the European market. The staff are adequate and not overly eager to help which is how every store needs to be - give us some space while we shop but ready to help when required. They don't have sales throughout the year but have multiple billing counters for when there is a sale to handle huge demand.

Good choice of clothes, what was best was my daughter found something of her liking and more importantly clothes that fit her.
Another point that drew me to the store was that you could give your old clothes which would go for charity/ recycling, bonus being, I get a discount coupon too.
It did save me from trying to distribute clothes here and there.
It would be great to know how the clothes are being recycled/ donated etc.

In a slightly curious move, last year the fashion retailer chose Independence Day week to open what has become one its most successful stores, in Mumbai’s busiest and swankiest retail address, Phoenix Mills. H&M installed canopies and large fans in the square across the over 30,000 sq ft store, so its young customers wouldn’t faint under the hot sun. The first in the serpentine lines waited almost 30 hours. It’s the kind of human devotion typically reserved for Harry Potter and the iPhone.

As a reward, the shopper received a gift card worth `10,000 while the next two in line received gift cards worth `7,000 and `5,000. #HMlovesMumbai trended on Twitter last year and generated close to 25,000 tweets. By the end of 2017, H&M which entered India in 2015, plans to open its 30th store in the country, beating Zara, which has 20 plus stores. The former’s newest store opened this month in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. H&M has expanded quickly, opening 16 stores in 18 months in metros and Tier 1 markets, and threatens the foothold its global rival, the Spanish Zara has painstakingly acquired since 2010. H&M’s entry even prompted its more expensive competitor to slash prices.

The Swedish brand hit another significant milestone when it crossed `700 crore in sales during a nine month period ending August 2017. Heavy discounts, an extensive low- price basic collection, and new stores contributed significantly to the growth spurt in sales. The country’s biggest international apparel brand, Zara’s sales stood at `1,023 crore during FY16-17.

Other global brands like the American Levi Strauss and United Colors of Benetton, as old as two decades in the country with stores in the many hundreds, and the UK’s Marks & Spencer, which has been around for a decade and appeals to a slightly older consumer, had sales of `700-800 crore, according to reports. Street-wise Fashion Janne Einola, of course, is thrilled to bits about H&M’s progress; “It’s a fantastic result. But it was in our plan. ” More importantly, he tells us, “Our profit is increasing more than our sales. Retail is not only about sales and top line. It’s your bottom line and profit. ” Einola, who’s in his 30s, has been with the Stockholm-based retailer since he was 19. He’s had “the typical H&M career” going from store and area manager to expanding and managing operations in markets like Finland, the Baltics, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia and now India. We ask him if his customer here is any different from those in his European mandates. “Fashion is global” he answers. “The only difference I see is that Indians love colours and prints. ” The question prompts Einola to clear the air on another vexing matter. The issue of what Indians get served vis-a-vis their counterparts in Western markets: “We sell the same collection here that we sell globally, in New York, Paris, Milan or Singapore, ” he says. And then adds a rider, “But different markets are selling products at different speeds. A collection may have arrived later in India. ” Although the world’s second largest fashion retailer entered the market five years after Zara, it has managed to clock impressive growth.

“Of course we looked at competitors and Zara is one of them. But there are also strong local players. The aggressive growth we have here is only because of the market and demand. There’s a great demand for what we have to offer – great fashion and quality at the best price done in a sustainable manner. Traditional clothes will always be there. But the demand for western clothes is growing. You can see it on the streets. We want to respond to that de- mand. ” An approach reflected in its mainly social media and influencer-led marketing programs.

They had a great sale (not the fake ones where only a tiny section is on sale) and I picked up some really good pants. Very comfortable and stylish.

One of the worst outlets, the staff is rude. They came up with some nonsense marketing strategies by putting just 8 fitting room in a huge store (to pose a picture as if things are getting sold fast and illusion of fake demand and Compton). Just to try ur one picked up cloth u are forced to wait for 30 mins in the queue.

Worst customer service.we have purchased shorts that were of wrong size.on request for exchange within their conditions is also not accepted.asked them to keep the stock for free.
