Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Banjara Hills

I have stayed 6 days. Worst experience.
No ventilation from any where, Breakfast is not good. Here, all the rooms are sooooo tiny. You cannot even walk in your room. Too much noise.

If you have any other good option thn dont stay here.

I stayed here for work. The hotel rooms are not worthy the price, rooms are too small like its only one single room with tiny washroom in which no big size person can even enter, there are no facilities available like every other good hotel does have. The breakfast includeds very few options and all not so good. The restaurant don’t have the food items available which is there in the menu card. I will never recommend this hotel. So poor in facilities and high in cost

Ultra tiny rooms. Despite reserving a room with 2 beds, was checked into one of their tiniest rooms with one medium small bed.

Nobody answered phones after going to the first room around 8pm. Went down to the lobby to ask for the room I reserved and then was moved to a room with two small beds.

Housekeeping could be much better. Bathrooms and toilets are separate tiny cubicles with hardly any room to move.

I'm a IHG Gold Elite member and paid 9000 points for this disappointing stay.

Not a go to place. Check in is at 3 pm which is very vague.and they charged me buffet when I said had just a coffee. I countered conjunctivitis there. NO NO for me again

The hotel is good with good staff. The rooms are small but well equipped with all the facilities. Breakfast was amazing too. The only issue is that the rooms aren’t well ventilated and also the hotel has just one small restaurant. The area is good and the place is well connected. A perfect business hotel!

Dear Hotel Inn Express Hyderabad, your rooms have very less space and bathroom also has very less space. Also please make sure that a hairdryer and toothpaste kit must be available. There was no space at all in the shower room and bathroom. But at the brighter side, your hotel was decked up with christmas trees and staff was kind. Still pretty bad. Also food was great. Please take care of space of the rooms. Thank you.

Worst hotel I had stayed, very small bathroom and toilet, no proper service, sometimes if you request for a service they claim that this self serviced hotel. Happy to rate minus 5star. Worst experience. I wonder to see people rate 4 and 5 star. They have given guest access to their lift service even that is waste it doesn't work properly. People who ever stayed here and if you agree this, give a like.

Do Not stay here. Tiny room. Horrible service. No fresh food. Only re-heated food is served. Even that takes over an hour to serve. Avoid like a plague or Corona to be more contextual.
I am in the hotel, ordered dinner at 7 50pm. Was promised within 20 to 25 min despite an request for quick service. No dinner even now at 8 50 pm.

It is really worst service confirmed booking without any prior information they cancelled, did not allow to check-in, they said your booking automatically cancelled. I didn't get any information about this.at night 11 clock which we are standing in reception with kid. Useless staff, and useless hotel. I will give 0 start this poor service. Please before you reached the hotel call and confirm them.idiots.

Very small room, not even a place to sit and work on laptop. Horrible services, rude room service staffs, tiny wash room. TV is big, bed is comfortable. But overall Very bad experience. By mistake booked room here. Later came to know that it's brand name Holiday inn is different from Holiday inn express

Worst experience ever! Not at all worthy for money! Not even a decent place to stay! The toilet is literally the size of train toilets! The room is also very very cramped up! The service is bad! Please don’t choose this hotel for the name!

The rooms are extremely small and the layout is not at all appealing. The bathroom is divided in two parts - a separate space for taking a bath and a separate cubicle for the loo which makes it pretty unhygienic and like the older days bathroom. The place is not well kept and understaffed. They don't have their own kitchen so the menu is very limited and you need to eat from whatever is available in the buffet even if you don't feel like eating all the food - which means you pay more and eat less. The place is not upto the mark and my experience was quite awful. The common spaces are not clean. When I checked into my room there was a used plate kept right outside my room for clearance which was not even removed before giving the room me or the next guest. There is no wardrobe or any ventilation which makes the room quite claustrophobic. The towel was wet, there was hair in the electric kettle and the breakfast served was almost cold. For the price they charge they should atleast offer better hospitality to the guest. I would not want to recommend this place.

Room cleaning wasn't done, and many things like health faucet and the bathroom lock is broken. Not worth the price paid.
And the rooms are very compact

Extremely small rooms.you almost feel claustrophobic.deceptive images online.no bar.restaurant is no good either.very limited menu and 50% of the options were unavailable.undoubtedly a budget hotel.brand image is misleading

The hotel is located in good place, okay for one day stay. But very pathetic room design like a jail, with glass toilets, no cupboard, too small toilets and packed room. Two ore more people can't stay in the same room. The food is also reheated and not fresh. The experience with staff was okay, not great, not worst. It is probably a 2.5 star hotel.

More than Value for Money
We were on a business trip to HYD from DXB, and we found this place to be of great value, during the season time as well. It's a 14 SQM room, studio room, just like the ones City max has, and it's neat, clean, with facility for self-laundry, ironing, and delicious Indian meals. I will always choose to stay in this place because of it's central location and the value it has. Thanks to Holidayy Inn for maintaining high standards. Great times Ahead!

Rooms are very small as per the charges of hotel. Not having proper reception area for waiting in morning as those area are pre occupied with breakfast buffet.

No response while trying tor reach the hotel. No one picking up the phone line for past 4 days. This is unacceptable standards as per IHG chain

Neat and clean rooms. Staff behaviors is polite and helpful. For food Vegetarian dishes in menu is less. They serves complimentary breakfast as well. Only need to add some vegetarian food in their menu. Overall good ambiance.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in my life. Dirty washtub, toilets, broken switches and untidy floors. They dint even have the room cleaned after 1 day despite calling and asking them to clean room. The manager on-site sucks big time. I would avoid this place at all cost next time.

The food is just ok; do not expect taste if you are vegetarian. The manager and their staff weren’t wearing mask most time.

I asked manager to clean the room multiple teams directly and over phone as the place was dirty. They did not clean the place during our 2 day stay.

I wish I could give negative rating to this place. I’ve reached out to IHG to report such poor hotels. I’ve given 2 stars as IHG Customer team (not the hotel manager/staff) reached out and promised to fix the concerns. Wish they fix or close such hotels.

Nothing good. Poor parking, No lobby, tiny rooms. Don't get lured by the Holiday Inn name. Probably their worst property in the world.

Holiday Inn Express Banjara Hills is one of the best hotels to stay in Hyderabad, the place is sooper clean and perfect for all kinds of stay, when compared the hotel offers services for very reasonable prices with very good customer service and attention. Rooms are cute and comfy with a large screen LED monitor, hotel water, vault, mini-fridge etc. The hotel offers in house restaurant services as well. And the hotel is located in the heart of the city and in Banjara Hills, its adjacent to Mercedes Benz showroom, Banjara Hills. If you are looking for a perfect stay in Hyderabad, then check this place out, you wont be disapointed at all.

Rooms are extremely small in this property. Not recommended for dual stay. One person can still manage somehow.

Room Size is very small, It is good for one person only, If there are 2 person in single room then you not even get space to move freely.
Even if you are staying alone you dont get space to keep your bags, those will be alway around bed.
Breakfast is good.
Location is great.
Reception / Room service not pickup your call 9 times out of 10.

This should be renamed as Holiday Inn Youth Hostel because that’s how it feels like. Ultra small rooms and not so well thought out. Bathroom is very cramped and so is the toilet with very little privacy. Room is best suited for one person. If you are two people in the room then it has to be a person who is your spouse/boyfriend-girlfriend. I’d never share the room with a friend because the lack of space and privacy makes me feel queasy.

The quality of food is not great either but I just hope the chef was having a bad day. Maybe it will be good one day, but I don’t know if I ever want to find out ever again.

The only upside is the location. Fairly close to shopping areas and restaurants.

And certainly overpriced for the amenities.

We ended up paying 6k/room/night.

I think I’d give it a miss.

Btw the 3 stars is for the location only and because I don’t like bashing businesses over these things.

This hotel is excellent due to staff manner as well as accommodation and fooding quality are to good.my friend Mr. Soumen Patra doing job in this hotel.if again we are coming same city always staying purpose we choose same hotel and expect from nice service always ️.

Rooms are almost like a capsule pod but then it has everything you need within that small space. Wish they had bigger showers.

Pros - Clean and Tidy
Cons - extremely small rooms - place just for the bed, and a 1 feet work table, washbasin placed in the room, no closet for clothes. No kitchen - means you need to eat out and come. Laundry comes on 3rd day.

Kind of B&B property, rooms are too small. Food is average. Staff courtesy and individual attention is good.

Pros of holiday inn Express:
1. It is cheaper and in the city. Also the brand holiday inn is really promising and not to forget, the amazing staff they have. This is a cheaper version of expensive hotel rooms with all the basic services. Best for people on budget or students (like me)
2. Okayish breakfast buffet. Not bad at alll
3. It has a small gym area with dumbbells and cardio machines.
Cons:
1. Dont expect a 5 star hotel wala experience or lobby. Its really basic
2. Non smoking rooms and no balconies to get sunlight.
3. I know its too much to ask in a small budget, but if beds were of memory foam thhen it would be really great.

Rooms Ok, Tasteless food in Dirty watery plates. Looks like food is pre packed from other places and just heated and served here.that too takes 1 hr to serve with 2 reminders. Not recommended unless there are no other options.

This one is good for short stay. They have small rooms so there isn't much space to keep luggage or even wardrobe.

Please note this is an express not the usual holiday inn. So the rooms are small but the hotel is centrally located. Breakfast is complimentary and a wide spread so male the most of it. Otherwise alcarte was too expensive in comparison to the quantity provided. The staff is helpful but service is slow. Mostly the forth reminder would shake things up.overall it was an ok stay!

Very small rooms and food range is limited. However the larger issue is breakfast place is really small.

I stayed for a couple of days during my visit to Hyderabad. Rooms are enough spacious, maintained clean and the complimentary breakfast was quite good.

I stayed there for 5 nights from 16-21 February, 2021. Actually I was in Hyderabad for an exam and that's why choose this hotel from Agoda.com
Location- In a very prime location.
Staffs- Very friendly staff family with professional attitude.
Room- Enough for 2 person, bathroom and washroom is separated, very clean with all appliances.
Bed- very comfortable, there is a bedside table.
Security- very strong, without room key card, no one can enter to the guest lobby.
Dining- Good dining space, breakfast was very delicious.
Overall, I'll give a rating 10/10.
Besides, there is a mega shopping mall just beside the hotel, I have done all of my shopping from there for my family.
I don't know, whenever I will go to Hyderabad or not, but if I do, I'll definitely choose this hotel for my stay there. Finally, thanks for your service Holiday Inn Express.

This is what a hotel is supposed to be.
Too good of a hotel for solo travellers, businessmen and people who are looking for a great place to sleep. This hotel sets the standards for knowing exactly what the customer needs and delivering it to them in style and at a reasonable cost.

The hotel focuses on two things. Good sleep and great breakfast. It offers a really comfy bed. Comes with a unbeatable complimentary breakfast (best buffet breakfast a hotel can offer). Literally, the breakfast had lots of options and everything in the menu was delicious.

They also provided free packaged drinking water bottles in buffet, unlike other hotels who provide a glass of water and you eventually order a bottled water in these COVID times.
They also provided hot drinking water and saw to it that the customer gets what he needs.

Best of all was the location. Located inside the hi-tech City and away from traffic. I faced no traffic in reaching this place as it is near the highway.

Also, this place provides great parking with shelter and security for your four wheeler. You can sleep peacefully knowing that your car is in a safe and secure place and away from hazards of traffic and weather.

All in all. I travel throughout the country and have stayed at many hotels.

This was my first stay at Holiday Inn, and mostly would be my last visit to that place.

The service is good but 3 stars is for the lack of ventilation this place has. I was feeling suffocated at especially at night. You will be a little claustrophobic in the rooms

It's good but not better. Thier rooms are mini sized but well maintained. Thier service is too good. Helpfull people and management. I am happy to stay here for some time.

Very poor quality dinner buffet! We are asked to eat same preserved food daily! Don't know when it was cooked! Sick!

4. Luggage drop available if rooms are not ready.

1. Room size was small and compact.
2. No cupboard.
3. Toilet and bath area separate but the size was small too.
4. If you need toiletries, you need to call the reception and collect it.
5. Room services are poor.
6. Housekeeping services not good. We called the reception at 1.30 pm and then again called at 3.00 pm. Then finally at 3.45pm the housekeeping guy came.
7. Limited Food Menu. If you need plate or bowl or spoon, then you need to come to lobby which is on second floor and collect it.

It’s a wonderful hotel at a decent price. The staff and the service is great. They all greet you with a cheerful smile. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.:)

However, the food is satisfactory. I don’t recommend the dine in restaurant of the hotel.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my family during Christmas and new year time, hotel is very good and hyign.
Staff are very helpful and always gives smile.

Locked in central location and accessible to all tourists attraction

It wasn't too great an experience. When we checked in the tap was broken water was leaking.
Even the flush wasn't working.
Room was extremely tiny
There was no table to even keep the suite case also.
Just before we checked out, I had left a few boxes of sweets to handover to another guest but it was such an irony when I saw the sweet box was 30-40% empty. It was every evident ur hotel front office staff had relished the sweets.
Dam sad to have experienced such a thing with such a well-known big brand of hotel.

After a maddening search for a property that has casual rooms, centrally located and doesn't make a dent in my pocket, finally found Holiday Inn Express at Banjara Hills.

This property, which is a part of the Intercontinental group, serves as a perfect hotel for Business Travelers and Families.

What I Liked?
Room - Comfortable bed, clean washrooms, fresh towels, 36 inch LED TV, tea maker & WiFi.
Nice hotel with good decor. If you need a space to work from, Cafe area serves as a good option.
Centrally located - Walking distance from the metro station. Hussain Sagar lake within 3 km radius.
Amazing Breakfast, inclusive with the stay (we were offered last day's breakfast complimentary)
Courteous & helpful staff
Good crowd & parking facility
Approximate Tariff per night (inclusive of breakfast) - INR 2500 (booked directly through the hotel)

What could be better?
️Compact rooms and washbasin within the room
️ Washroom & toilet have almost translucent glass doors
️Only one dispenser for bodywash and shampoo

All in all, Holiday Inn Express made my stay not just comfortable but also memorable!

The staff were careless in handling the breakfast service. Got my hand burnt with scars. Several customers got their hand burnt and the service was kept going in spite of complaints. Absolutely pathetic!

Just the thing you have to improve a bit is the service. The rooms are small, although nicely maintained. Food is strictly OK. We encountered some strange people in the hotel and apparently issues being caused in the lobby by drunk people is a fairly regular affair there.

Though I went there to drop my brother there, I had a good experience and the whole ambiance is good and staff are pleased to customers. (As I have not seen much, I am giving 4star for what I experienced)

One night stay is okey. But more than a day not good, coz space is small, no proper food available.

2 stars for a 3 star hotel. Stay for a night or short stay is ok, not much of choice to eat with only fixed menu, very compact rooms less space to move around and same with Gym. It's more of self service for everything, however price could be a highlight.
