Hotel Grandeur

A nice place to stay. But could be better, has a lot of potential due to the connectivity in the city. We've booked total 13 rooms. Some of the rooms recieved positive feedback. But the rooms on the top floor were disappointing. Received complaints of cockroaches. Please improve this cleanliness, pest control and I'm sure we will be booking in Oyo grandeur again.

Very Very bad unhygienic costly place. All kinds of pests crawl in their rooms and very bad place for family people drink smoke there. Worst rooms ever scene.

Not that great.this hotel could be very good if they maintain it better. Please do something about cockroaches.no one wants to infest their luggage with cockroaches and take them back home!

Rooms condition was not up to the mark. But at this price it's better at such a location in the center of the city. You can find a better place outside of the city.staff was good and cooperative.

Very bad staff do not stick to commitment, booked online but at the time of check-in, I was denied room saying that the price that i booked online was very low and will get room only if i paid the difference amount which was just double from the price i booked online.

Room which we got was no doubt huge and furniture was amazing. But the problem is rooms are not very well maintained, taps are rusty, AC had leakage, walls has leakage stains, washroom fixtures were grand but poorly maintained. This place needs to focus on its regular maintaining.

Apart from this, owner and staff were super cooperatives. There service is amazing.

They server upma, idli and onion dosa in breakfast. Breakfast was good.

The best thing about this place is its location, you get everything near you in walking area.

Oldest hotel, spacious, service is poor, no taste food. But the very nearest location for shopping.

No wonder this stupid place has lots of 1 star reviews. Booked through an app, thought it was delighting offer to get such a price. But once I went there, everything’s different. They asked me to pay extra or get out. I asked why. They told me “ you’re not supposed to ask questions and started beating me just for the money. I headed to the police station to file a case on the hotel.

The entrance of the Hotel and Reception office is good but in the Room looking low maintenance and Bathrooms are not good

Please don't visit this hotel.
They charged me 2000/- and the rooms are too old. Worst part is bedsheets are not washed. Rooms are fully with insects and bugs. I had to leave within hours. Please it is worst experience and dont get fooled by them.
All rooms smell cigarette smell. Bathrooms are in worst condition.

Very very worst hotel, instead of grandeur you can keep as bed bugs hotel, entire night didn't sleep only, we ordered coffee they gave stinking coffee, very very worst.not seen hotel like this

Excellent at a reasonable price.
The parking space is a little bit congested but they can manage.

+ They gave a little better room once others were empty.

Please do not visit this hotel worst service by the staff rooms are not clean after Cleaning the room comtains foul smell and as well as the staff of that hotel will shift your belongings without informing you worst of worst.

Not at all good hotel, no amenities are provided not even provide toothpaste and soap. Rooms are not clean, the washroom is in very poor condition, AC was not working just blowing air in low speed.
A storage cupboard is for only namesake, full of dust and no lock available.
They charge extra Rs. 5 on 1-litre water if you asked why they will tell you the GST charge it is better to buy water from the shop next to it.
Last and most important thing the reception guy with blad head and the sceptical very rude guy he thinks he owns the hotel doesn't have manners to talk with the guest when I was checking in he was fighting with ladies for 50 Rs water bottle pending money he was talking to them like me kay mere jeb se paise bharu. He doesn't know how to treat the guests.

Price is reasonable and can be negotiated. Looks like previously it was very good hotel but currently not managed and taken care. Due to covid, there is no free breakfast but offering paid restaurent food from inhouse restaurant.

Very poor hospitality. The person at the reception was rude. I wasn't feeling well so wanted to sit in the lobby for few minutes till I become stable.he didn't allow me to sit and spoke rudely.

We booked through oyo.they gave me the worst room in the hotel. We payed extra money and upgraded to fhe suite room. One of the worst lodge in Ameerpet. I have been staying in 105 room. For bathroom there is no lock, On bathroom door there Mushrooms grown due to fungus. Bed is too horrible due to Hardness and found bed bugs and too much cockroaches in room. When you ask for Normal water they will supply in someone used water bottles. Amazing story is in Breakfast, Tasteless and worst breakfast. I went out to have breakfast and I have ordered for dinner from Zomato.

Food quality is not that much great. Congested place and no parking available at Hotel. They will arrange nearby apartments.

Budget Hotel but not upto the cost of room per day. Washrooms were not properly clean. TV is there, cable not working. Frequent electricity cut. Charged extra for early check-in.

Came to meet a friend who is non-hyderabadi the hotel is situated very near to main road and got very quite atmosphere with well acquainted and trained staff rooms and ambiance was also quite good with no noise pollution with pockets friendly pricing better to book a room directly without third parties for best fairs

The room we stayed wasn't that good. But it was passably clean. Food we ordered was also not that good. But it was passable. Didn't get hot water to take bath. The bed is very rough and looks like it's made up of raw jute. WiFi speed is not good. But the staff is helpful and good.

No swipe machines available and even no wallets support as well. Went long away for cash.
Tip to management: ensure to arrange spare swipe machine instead of creating problem with customers.

The room are full of cockroaches and bathroom taps are not fitted properly and care is not good and highly priced for such a place.

As I was staying for 4 days 4 Night for this hotel i found this value for money specially kitchen staff was so kind specially Mr. Stanley was very good humen being i personally recommend to go and stay in this hotel

Rooms, bed spread and blanket in deluxe suit were dirty at last we had to change the room and came to another room which was preety decent than the first room.but then the bed was so hard and the pillows were too flat. When asked for blanket they said they cannot I said okay atleast give me bed spread which was not given till the end. Second asked for pillow one of the staff named Dara he comes he tries one pillow and leaves. I asked for another pillow his response was I already gave one I cannot give another one and just walks off I am calling him he didn't even bother to respond and the reception guy cooly sir what I do sir. Worst ever experience will not recommend this hotel to any one.

This is a pretty ordinary hotel and I am being kind while saying this! From the reception area to the rooms there is nothing special or eye catching about. One cannot be far from the truth if one thinks this is a budget hotel. The food is absolutely ordinary. The only saving grace is the Hot & Sour soup! There's absolutely no parking space in front of it. The bathrooms are a small and not maintained and are stinky! I came back from conference hosted there thinking it could have been set up in another place. So nothing great or worth mentioning about this place.
