Manager is rude and this is worst service I have seen. Manager doesn’t care about the customer and is scaring away the customers

Don't prefer this hotel.worst experience ever, there is no maintenance and AC are not working and denied for refund.

I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to stay at the Horizon Hotel in Hyderabad, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was clear that this place lacked any sense of professionalism or basic customer service. They overcharg people for no reason and you ask them why Arjun starts shouting.

First of all, the check-in process was an absolute nightmare. The staff seemed completely disorganized and had no idea what they were doing. I waited in line for over an hour, only to be greeted by a receptionist who couldn't even manage to crack a smile. Their attitude was cold and unwelcoming, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying guest.

Once I finally got to my room, I was appalled by the lack of cleanliness. The sheets on the bed were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. The bathroom was even worse, with dirty towels strewn about and a strong odor of mildew. It was clear that the housekeeping staff had neglected their duties.
The hotel operats with no price so they charge basing on whether your a foreign or indian if your foreigner they charge you weigh more/overcharge. The manager Arjun was so rude and abusive he lacks good work ethics.
Toilet wasn't clean full cockroaches moving around and alot of mould i signed out with a flu because of the dusty bedsheets.

Bedsheet are used, bathroom was dirty, don't ever book this hotel until they have good management team.

It was okay but not that great. Never trust with the online booking. Hotel people can anytime cancel it. And gives priority to offline booking people

There is no food tea facility provided by hotel.
There are only rooms.
Room cost is 1500 INR.

Nothing is luxurious here apart from the hotel prices. Room services are pathetic, Room windows, AC, TV and sofas not even wiped since so long.
Bedsheets and pillows have stain marks, Cockroaches all over the bathroom, toilet sheet uncleaned 1l water bottle for the whole day. I had paid 500 bucks extra for early check-in and received no bill even after multiple follow-up.
They have a tag line of "Feel the luxury" but I think public pay and use toilets are more hygiene
than this.

Just remember this name for the best hotel in hyderabad, Madhapur location. I have stay for a few days in this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious.very welcoming atmosphere. Very polite and helpfull employee, fast response

Worst hotel I have ever been. Anytime after you have checked in to the room, they will compel you to vacate the room. This happened to me, I was out for work, they called me back immediately and said I have to change the Room immediately as a regular customer wants this Room. Bed sheet soiled, cockroach mosquito in room. Soiled bedsheet & cushion covers. Mattress is badly stained. No ethics or care or respect for the guest. Unethical practices. Horrible & humiliating staying experience.
