Hotel Jaya International

Too dirty, broken doors, limited switch boards, unhygienic bathroom and wash room, more you pay better will be the room. No proper hot water supply the taps are broken. We don't get good service. AC vents are broken. Fan is too slow.

This hotel has so many fake reviews.in reality.the hotel is the worst hotel I have visited.

The rooms what seen in pic are full different but rooms are big. Bathrooms are look good but water log sometimes but they told they will renovated hotels soon. The staffs behavior are friendly. The food available in the hotels are also delicious.

Not enough clean. Food is oily too much and there is no separate restaurant to offer food instead food dined in at a mini hall. Delayed services.

Absolutely disgusting experience. Stayed here for 2 days and ended up paying about 3k which wasn't worth it.
The rooms are very unhygienic with some uninvited guests in the form of cockroaches.
Washrooms were cloggy. You take shower and all the water would clog in the entire area. We even changed rooms because of this problem and faced the same problem in the other room as-well.
Wifi was not working, telephone was not working, and he would not even reduce the price because of all this.
The only positive from our stay was the workers being courteous.

The location is very convinient, evrything is reachable but interiors are not goor and have cocroaches

Okay only old building everything is broken, staffs are friendly, very near to Charminar if your going for a shopping then u can go for this hotel other than that no plus points.

I checked in to this hotel on 28th jan and went for sightseeing with family having small kid and old lady. On reaching 2nd floor room at 10 15 in night it was observed AC was not working and glass behind curtain was broken not seen as hidden by curtain. After 30 mins we were told to change room. Here after sleeping some loud noise started coming from AC which was again highlighted to housekeeping staff. Tried to sleep with AC off and fan ON but fan was not working. Again were told to change room and finally at 11 45 we got proper room. While checking out next day person at reception told us to pay extra 100₹ which was not at all acceptable. Other person at reception while checking in agreed on room price for which full payment was already done.

Yearly twice I visit Garden Vareli sale which happens at Jaya International and Park Lane Sec'bad. Venue might change at times. I like Garden Vareli Sale.

Its suitable for a couple of days stay. More ir less minimum facilities provided, lift, hot water, ac rooms, in the heart of the town

2 star hotel, now they are renovating all the rooms with new look.nice old hotel with good staff

Famous for Tourist Package from other States.
Amenities are good but overcharged & expensive.
TV was there but cable connection was expired.
Wall paint was fainted

During my stay lift was not working.service was not that much of good which actually you can appreciate conditions of rooms are not satisfactory and only location was good but only due to location you can not secrifice other thing it was also not budgetary at least for me, many better options available i personally do not suggest to stay here.

Booked 3 rooms for three days before two weeks we got the rooms with broken doors and shelfs. After complaining they changed the rooms, no hot water was there, no dth connection no response from management.worst experience

Room quality was very poor. Even bathroom lock was broken.tyles were broken. Ac was not functioning properly and worst part was there were many cockroaches. Pathetic hotel. Don't go by the name international

Hotal Mandakini Jaya International located at Abids, with all out standing provisions for customers. Rooms have been furnished with all alignments. Service been excellent. It's completely customers oriented. I definitely like to visit again.

Just ok, Staff has not good manners which has to taught to them. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, Abids, Hyderabad, reasonably charged. It is waste to book online, they charge you for 12 hour checkout. You can bargain at the hotel, almost rooms are available even on busy Sundays also.

Nice experience. Nice place. All markets and shops r near from Hotel. Rooms r well. Well neat and clean bt plz improve ur staff duty. They r damn slow. Hope u take it seriously and improve that. Which may give u more 5 star rating. Good luck

This is the worst hotel which i stayed in oyo since 2 years. And its a premium property of oyo. Room is full of cocraches and room is very dirty and not clean no proper blanket. For further u can go through the attached images

It is a great hotel for staying 1-2nights in Hyderabad. It is located in abitds area. The romms are slso good and hotel is hygenic and clean the employees and manger also talks politely. The main thing i liked about this hotel is that it's surrounding area is good you will get a restaurant nearby, Big Bazaar and many more shops as abidts is known for shopping area. It is a good hotel and the price is also affordable you should try it

Worst experience ever. Cockroaches everywhere, we shifted to 3 different rooms and gave up on the hotel. Leaking taps, dirty bathroom, worst administration, not maintained at all. Would suggest not to book a stay n this hotel.

Economical, very centrally located, specious & that too in ABIDS! No match to this very old hotel (Like a heritage Banyan tree!) It's heaven for tourists. Form this place, reaching anywhere is easy. Shopping complexes around, and theaters nearby. Originally it was " Jaya International " and now, with the addition of " Mandakini " you can treat this as a romantic, perfect honeymoon destination!

Rooms are not maintained, and are not clean, our stay was horrible there.and the staff are bit careless about customer’s and show arrogance.think before u book.

Price was little high room's are clean but lack of white light's bathroom was full of roadies looks like lack of maintenance food don't expect Hyderabad completely different more like kolkata style break fast was okay service was little delayed mostly 30 minutes.

Hotel is good, location is also good, just at the heart of the city, but maintainance is not up to the mark. Otherwise everything is good.
