Hotel Kinara Grand

Very bad experience. Room is very small and dirty, even toilet is looking like RTC bus stand type, also they didn't provide one water bottle, I am completely surprise when I saw my final bills.

Hotel is beside main road we don't find difficulty in finding the hotel. I went there for dinner with my friends.

Sitting arrangement and inside environment is good. Order taking and food delivery didn't take much time. Taste of Kaju paneer can be improved. Taste of remaining food items (Chicken biryani, Butter nons, Tomato and Chicken Manchow soup etc) is good. Digital wallet payment option is not there, we need to carry cash or card.

One of the worst experiences of life was very spicy biryani and I enjoyed STONES in the biryani.

This hotel is on the left side towards airport. The restaurant is quite and pleasent. The response from the staff is also nice. Both veg and non veg cuisines are available. The prices charged for the dishes looks bit higher. Take your own call. ️

It lost its charm what used to be Swagath Grand. The only advantage is 24 hrs check in check out. Don't expect warmth hospitality at this price point. Maintainence of room is not up to the mark. The jet flash wasn't working for the room (210) I stayed. Not recommended for family stay at all. No breakfast available BTW. No food option either. You should feel yourself lucky if someone picks up your call at reception. Alternative hotels available adjacent for a better price range and quality.

The name has grand but inside it is worst. Room service is good but the hotel has water problem, bathroom facilities are not good.

Vegetarian were served with non-vegetarian food. This a crime in food and beverage industry. There is no proper explanation foe the wrong service.

Very poor. No Room boys and no room service. Very poor maintained and organised. Don't go by the ads.

I visited Hotel Kinara Grand before the lockdown, at that time service was excellent but yesterday I observed that it is not as before. Your South and North Thali meal was the attraction of your Rest.but now it is stopped that makes us upset.

Decent hotel. Deluxe rooms are very average and not worth. Premium rooms are decent and liveable. NOTE: - Negotiable price in hotel do ask for discount list price for premium is 3100 but I got it for 2200 do ask for discount.

Got veg biryani from here as takeaway when most of the places around did not do any veg dishes. Really good taste.

Stayed for two nights here, overall good experience, staff is very friendly, cleanliness is good, toiletries may need to b improved, location is good.

Very nice place for stay near airport Hyderabad. Its good maintained hotel with hygienic and cleaned. Room services also satisfactory. Its 5 out of 5 rated. You may stay here.

Prices are too high and the taste is good. If interested in biryani, Better try mutton and chicken. Hospitality is good. The problem is with the service delay and the starters are not much good when compared to the other stuff

Everything about this hotel was okay. Food, room, beds, location.

But the worst part was the shower. Water was hardly dripping form the shower. So I switched rooms, but again the same situation. The manager so casually said that everything was fine. Poor attitude.

This kinara grand was not as gud as the kinara grand that we went earlier.

Good tastes good. Hygienic place and trained staff. Only area to improve upon is time taken to serve and attend customers.

Good place to have a stay. This place located on the national highway of Bangalore - Hyderabad. The place Shamshabad located around 6 kms from the Hyderabad Airport. Better book in advance for your stay

Unfortunately, this time poor service from Kinara aka Swagath grand hotel.
Previously I stayed twice there, but this time it was a mistake.

The rooms are clean and services were great, although we had issues with hot water availability.the complimentary breakfast provided was average.

Didn’t stay just went to restaurant in the way back from airport. Ordered mutton but it was not tender and properly cooked. Taste was also average.

Strictly a budget hotel for a night transit stay. Top floor ac was not cooling well may be coz of summer. Staff are nice, they are helpful. Very near to ORR. Bathroom is okay and clean

Ambiance is good. But servers and service is poor. They are unable to understand the any language I.e. English, hindi or Telugu. Need to compromise even after paying that huge money. I have taken the breakfast along with with out sugar tea. And requested for sugar free sauchat. But they are unable to understand. Compromised

Staff is not supportive to customers and management is over interested towards money rather than customer delightment

It's nice and near to airport, but the only problem is of mosquitoes but do inform on reception they will provide you with ALL OUT.
