Rooms are clean and we'll maintained, great place to stay near Osmania University, food is great ambience is good

Had our lunch. The food was good and tasty. Enjoyed the kadai mushroom and dal tadka with tandoori roti. Finished with jeera rice. Overall it's a good experience

The place is very good and the ambience is also good. The taste is also good. The egg biryani is ok in quantity. It is sufficient for two persons. The service is also good.

Went to a Engagement function at 6th floor, hall is very small, washrooms are untidy, dining place is too small, food quality is very very bad none of the items wr good, staff behaviour is rude, I don't recommend this hotel, waste of money, no car parking place, and too crowded at lifts

Located bang opposite CCMB in Taranaka/Habsiguda, this is an upper middle class eatery. Food wasn't the best one can get in Hyderabad. But the prices are somewhat reasonable. Ambiance and service are acceptable. But why do they thrust down our throats, the costliest water bottle in the market? (₹ 50 per 750 ml calling it Glacier water). Not fair at all. Tata Mineral water is available at ₹ 10 per 1 lt bottle at D Mart, which they can stock and offer for ₹ 20.

Worst delayed service, Just wondered if they had a kitchen at all and might have ordered the food from zomato or swiggy

Tge mutton served was raw uncooked it was lamb not mutton. Chicken served also is raw. The worst branch of kinara grand is at habsiguda. Staff here is least bothered and the female staffs spoil the washrooms when they use. The worst experience ever in any restaurants atleast a road side restaurant is better.

I had a 3 bad experience at kinara (Habsiguda)
1) pepper chicken was too salty and the service was not easily available to talk to for it.
2) Then we ordered chicken majestic which was also not good
3) i gave my car for valet parking. And when I returned may car was still parked on road at the same place. When i asked the valet person he says that the parking was full so he left it there.

A very good place for eating outside home with family and friends. Very polite support staff. Maintained very good hygien, Food quality and quantity is very good.
Specially all the starters are yummy.

3-star hotel at habsiguda. Spacious deluxe single room at Rs 2500 per night. Maintenance of the property is average. Bathroom shower was defective. Average service. Tasty complimentary breakfast. Metro station in front of hotel.

The chicken they served was not a fresh one. It was stored and reused. And the lady at the door is serving the food not the actual waiter and she pretending to vacate the place as such more customers waiting outside. The food was not so tasty even roadside meals are better than what I feel like.
Wallet parking is the worst thing that they charge for to return your car. If we know where to park, we know driving and we can park it on our own.

Everything is good except the audio systems in the halls and the washrooms, rooms are clean the lifts are good and the staff are good too

Quality of food is good. They have recently increased the prices last week. They have even modified their family dining section too last month. The staff is friendly and polite to customers. If there is any problem with the order they will immediately look into that and replace the entire dish. You should be specific about certain ingredients in your food while ordering so that it can be taken care.

Worst Experience ever.we ordered veg hot and sour which was just like water.corn 65 starter was tasteless.the rotis were fully burnt.inspite of requesting to change the roti we were again served with burnt rotis again.there was no salt n mirchi in the curry.waste of money.ambiance is gud but food is worst.

For receptions and family parties - Decent ambience but the function halls are small (hardly can accommodate 100-150 members) and the food taste is pretty average with limited varieties. Parking could be a problem.
For dinner or lunch - A-la-carte dishes are way too expensive in the restaurant with average taste.

The housekeeping staff is very polite. The hotel is helpful in needs of waiting room for luggage. The service boy helped to carry the luggage till metro station.
There is a metro station right outside the hotel, which makes travel easy. Overall, good hotel for a stay in Hyderabad.

Discovered an uninvited guest in the room while going to bed. Monster cat found under! Service was abysmal. Lack of communication between service staff and frustrating experience trying to get staff to attend to the issue (and even harder to get an extra set of bedding)

Cavalier attitude maintained in resolving the issue. Provided by a inconveniently sized smaller replacement room and nothing else.

Worst food ever had in my life.staff is not at all responsible.full of mosquitoes.soup is like water.veg starteres are saltless, rotis fully burnt and veg curry was tasteless.worst place.please dont go

The place has some fine options for both vegetarian and non veg meals. A place worth stopping for at least once in a few months.

Good place with parking walets available. Superb ambience. Food is good as well. Ask for discounts if you are employee at genpact.

Food prices are very high (more than 40%) compare thier own branches. Quality of food is okay
Service is pathetic

Very pathetic and rude behavior by the staff of Swagat Grand, Habsiguda.
I had placed an order for take away at 2.11 pm on 11/11/18 and after waiting for more than 45 mins I approached the staff and I was told that my order would be delayed further. I also observed during my wait time a lot of customers complaining about the sub-standard food been served. After sometime when I approached Mr. Balram, Manager of Swagat Grand, Habsiguda for my parcel, he was very unprofessional & rude and told me to do whatever I want. This type of worst behavior towards customers is completely not acceptable and I have filed a complaint with the Osmania Police Station so that no customer is treated badly by the Swagat Grand Staff.

Terrible behavior from the staff towards ladies. Won't recommend this to anyone. Food and other stuff come later if u r not at the right place to go in with your wife, sister or any female friends.

I was at swagath grand Habsiguda for a small function hosted by family friend. The food was not that good to have once again.

Good taste, good service. Taken 7 rooms, done a birthday party. All are satisfied with service provided. Just don't pick any rooms in second floor

I ordered a special family chicken biryani through swiggy food delivery. The taste of the biryani is like chicken butter masala mixed with flavored rice. Very disappointed. Will never ever order again from this restaurant.

Located at a prime junction. Just adjacent to Main road connected with Metro Station& RTC bus stop (opposite). Valet pkg. Food Taste depends on time & type of function.
