Hotel Kinara Grand

Awful experience with Kinera Grand, Vanasthalipuram branch.

We planned lunch on occasion of our daughter's first birthday in Kinera Grand, Vanasthalipuram on 1st Oct, Sunday.
They allocated a room where 25 to 30 members can stay. 650/- per plate is the finalized price. We paid the advance 20 days back.

On the event day, they haven't served promised food and also neglected to service food. They are least bothered to attend the room that they allocated to us, but they are taking care of other customers.

When we raised our voice about poor service and serving, the reason that they said was 'there were no customers for the last 10 days due to Ganesh festival and we have only one kitchen. All the customers flooded after Ganesh immersion, hence, unable to serve the food'

Our relatives and guests were unhappy with the served food. Most of them left without having proper food.
Our relatives humiliated us after reaching home for planning the party in Kinera Grand.
They ruined our daughter's birthday party and made our day worse.
Even they charged 650/- for 2 years kid who doesn't know how to eat.

As it is a planned event, it is a basic sense to prepare food for 30 members (this was discussed during the initial discussion and advance payment).

We would have chosen other hotels/restaurants, but nothing can be done.
I hope my feedback will help someone who will be planning for a birthday party in Kinera Grand.
Strictly avoid Kinera Grand.

The hotel is conveniently accessible with ample parking options, including valet parking. The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained, equipped with complimentary water and the convenience of preparing coffee or tea using ready mix pockets. Daily room cleaning services are provided, and there's a comfortable lounge area available, making it a suitable choice for families. However, a minor drawback is the receptionist's lack of hospitality skills, particularly the lady at the front desk, which has led to a one-star deduction in my rating due to the need for improvement in guest welcoming and service quality.

Apt place for any events. Well furnished luxury rooms and high quality dining restaurants. Well trained staff and good managers available. Very easy to reach from anywhere. Less than 5 minutes drive from LB Nagar junction. Has 4 banquet halls and a convention hall for events. Veg and non veg dining also available.

Food was not much tasty but quantity was good and nice atmosphere good parking place is available

Good experience it was. Room is clean. Daily room service is provided. Laundry service is also good. Food is available in the restaurant; no food service is provided in the room.

Hotel is easily accessible, can park outside the hotel and if required can park in the inside the building. Vallet parking is available.
Rooms are clean. They provide water and can prepare coffee or tea inside room with ready mix pockets. They clean the rooms everyday. Lounge is available inside. Suggestable for family.
The minus point is Lady receptionist, need to be trained and she has to be improved in welcoming the guest. Reducing one star because of it.

Taste is good. But they delay the order a lot. I ordered crispy corn and it was not delivered till we completed main course. Also soup was delivered after starters

Staff need to improve in politeness while doing serving, and quality of food also need to improve.

A nice Hotel at a very prime location. Easily visible from moving traffic. Have been to the bar and restaurant which servers good food the only down side is that the last order is taken at 10: 30 and the bar shutdown at 11: 30 p.m. Didn't have a great selection of wines but other kinds of alcohol cocktails and mocktails available here.

Swagath Grand maintains a good hospitality for the guests and customers. The helpers are dressed neat and clean which states the maintainance of the hotel management. The washroom is maintained hygiene. The taste of food is really awesome. I liked it.

The food was not at all good.
They have no respect for their costumer and their service was not good, when we call the Waiter they look at you and ignore you.
They don't serve fresh food.
I ordered Malai kofta and it was hard as hell and also smelled.

Today the taste of food in the Restaurant is pathetic. I have visited this hotel many times earlier and taste was very good that time. Dont know why such a huge difference in the taste today.

Good. Food is average priced and average taste. But they do not provide drinking water other than regular water. Not expected from a hotel of this stature.

It's located nearby Vanastali Puram main road. Swagath is a brand for chai n of hotels. It's regular hotel. Food is Normal. It's normal spicy. Ambiance is regular. We can order North and South Indian dishes. I have ordered vegitable Biryani and Sambar rice. Biryani is Normal Sambar rice is testy.

Worst staff and service. We awaited for 40 minutes to get an order. Worst experience. When we have asked the reason for being late, the manager to whom we gave the order, says ohh! Didnt you get the order yet, i thought you people already had it. And the other order we took, was tasteless.

Ambience was regular.if you book any banquet hall then they won't allow any other persons for decorations and he demands like hell.they reduce their banquet hall charges if you live in the neighborhood. Only thing which is good is food.there are cheap and best halls near by l.b. Nagar.

No great value for money. Had air-conditioning problem. It took them 2 hours decide in offering another room.
Complementary breakfast was good and sumptuous.

The hotel is located on Vijayawada Highway and close to LB Nagar junction. They have ac rooms, Bar, restaurant and function hall. This is a part of a chain of hotels in Hyderabad.

The rooms are clean and comfortable well furnished. The bathrooms are clean and amenities are provided. The room service menu covers North Indian and non vegetarian items and tasty.

The buffet breakfast is limited and can be improved. Coffee in tiny paper cups is demeaning.

Worst place to eat in this swagath grand they been doubled the prices for new year like bus's and train charges

It's very good being honest, only problem is they take a bit more time than any other restaurant but serves with great taste.

Food is really bad. I've tried several varieties but not even one is satisfactory. Will never again go to this Hotel. Need to Improve the service as well.

Decent function hall. Almost in the outskirts of Hyd. Their food was ok. Good for small functions like BDay parties.

I visited for dinner with my betterhalf, but we did not get dinner, becuase there were no meals or thali, we returned with an uoset mood.

Been to swagath grand at vanasthalipuram.chucken biryani is nice.it has got ample parking and a good place to hangout with friends and family

Service is good, food is delicious. If you're looking a place to spend time with family then it's best place around.

I came here to attend a marriage. The marriage hall is huge and air-conditioned to accommodate a gathering of max 200 people. The food was ok and there was valet parking. All facilities like toilets are clean and decoration is good. Two problems I have observed. The AC was high and there seems to be no automatic control on temperature. It was a chilling experience and added to this they supplied chilled water. Many people including me asked for normal water which was not available! Also reusable plastic glasses are used for serving water, but their cleanliness is questionable! Toilets are not very well maintained, but some what ckean. Overall it is good place for celebrating functions!

Very bad food. I had visited this restaurant cause i have tried different swagath branches and having good experience. But food served here is not all good. Never try biryani.

THE FOOD IS ALSO REALLY GOOD. YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH LOT OF MEMORIES AND ALSO THERE ARE MANY FEATURES WHICH YOU CAN ENJOY AS A RESULT OF THE CUISINES THAT ARE BEING PROVIDED HERE AT VERY REASONABLE PRICES AND ALSO WITH GREAT AMBIENCE AND ALSO VERY BEAUTIFUL ENVIRONMENT AS A RESULT OF WHICH YOU WILL ENJOY THE PLACE A LOT. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO ASK EVERONE TO GO TO SWAGATH GRAND WITHOUT FAIL

It is very much nearer to me. I have attended one of my relatives engagement. Decorations were awesome. I loved the food so much.

A very good hotel in vanastalipuram.stay was pleasant and rooms were neat.room service was fast and adequate.
