We booked banquet hall for saree function
The function hall was good looking with neat and cleanliness. There was a staff name Anitha who looked after every thing and organised neatly

Do not go on the pics posted. They really need to upgrade to the standards and service. For the price that they offer the rooms.we got a lot better room in the nearby hotel for the same price with complimentary breakfast.

The worst experience ever. What they advertised is not at all what you get. Even small townships have a better hotel then this. Small rooms, tv is for show purpose only. The bathroom doesn’t have a mirror. Using septic tank water in commode and the flush is a button stop like in ancient trains. The service is very slow, need to call 3 to 4 times before they remember to send anything. The food is average. The only reason we stayed was because we paid in advance and they refused refund. If I could I would not give a star marking at all. I would not recommend nor come to this place again.

Worst experience with Nova pride. Booked bulk rooms for marriage but they asked for ID Proof of all the guests. A lady who sits in front reception is worst. She argues blindly.
Each one gives different answers and again they ask for excuse saying the person is a trainee and ignore his words.

Nice serving and but they don't know what the items they serving I think because one day after coming home I check the bill some items I taken Is not mentioned in the bill

Small but good and tidy rooms.
Need to improve service in terms room service.
Extra charges are quite high for early check in.

It's a good hotel with all basic amenities, AC, restaurant. Situated near NH. Connectivity is road. Almost at the center of city. Rooms are clean and spacious.

This hotel is nothing more than a banquet hall with attatched rooms. The rooms are not comfortable and restaurant service is extremely slow. Never coming here again.

Room not spacious as promised on make my trip. Even for deluxe room. Room service ok. TV only local channels available. No Hindi or English channels available even after requests. Not recharging Tata sky. Do not recommend stay here.

Nice place to visit.servicing, hospitility, quality of food is good but lacks parking place. Long table chairs are not good quality, as each chair causing bumps.

Bloody idiots maintaining the restaurant. No basic common sense on how to behave with customers, no basic information on what food items they have, a big middle finger.

This moderately process hotel is very conveniently located on NH 65 at Hyderabad. For us it was very easy and least time consuming when we started for Vizag next morning in very early hours.

Food is very good with reasonable prices. Best place for long conversations they won't disturb us best place for privacy.

Non polite response from reception, and it would be better and easy to access if available on oyo rooms.

Please change the chef or the restaurant will be In loss.

Hot and sour Soup was horrible and chicken drum sticks is like flour and it has only salt taste.

Please change the taste of the food.

Nice hotel I will suggest you something when you are order giving you have to explain how it was main spicy food or anything

Very very slow service. No one will attend you untill you shout out for someone. Below average taste. Not at all recommended.

The food is fab. The rooms are clean. Well behaving staffs. Overall that's perfect for middle class family.

First as I booked my hotel through online, the room given to us was small and congested, but after the inconvenience caused they gave us an other room which was more spacious and good.

Not a great place to be no proper working television no proper ac remote if asked they ask you to change to a smaller room, while booking in pics they show for 4 people one big cot and a single cot next to it, but when you arrive there they say don't have anything as such, food is best uneaten here absolutely worthless food, I was stuck as I had paid the entire amount upfront else would have vacated day 1 from here, they are good excuse givers

We have done half saree function on 12 Dec your banquet manger divya performance was very well and way of receiving us and arranged very well food and service.so please keep it up for this level maintains.

Well, I would give zero stars for this hotel. Actual it is not a hotel at all. The rooms are so worst and not worth paying so much. Personally, do not book this hotel if u are going with family. It's a place for drunk people.
