Very nice hotel, absolutely affordable at a prime location. N theatre is just behind it. So, on a business trip after work, a good way to relax. Rooms are done beautifully and staff is well trained

The guy is sitting in the desk in reception is looting ppl he took lots of money from us but not even given a recite after asking.behavior is very rood with guests he dont have no manors of behavior with ladies very bad experience

As soon as we enterd table was not clean and I have ordered chicken 65 steward boy served us chicken 65 into the plate with out a spoon, we waited for 5 minutes for a spoon, we were calling the stewards but they were ignoring us, the worst service I have never seen, I have ordered water bottle too that was too much late I have got, worst food taste we didn't ate food properly we just came out from there, I have ordered waterbottle chicken 65 starter, kheema masala curry Rutter naans were so cool it was not hot, I want management to improve all this as soon as possible other customers should not face this problem which I have faced Thankq

Well, the food here is delicious and there are separate sections for vegetarian and non-vegetarian and seating capacity is highland apart from that there is a Bar, where you can hangout. Parking facility is also available.

The okay hotel. The only reason, i liked this is because of food. Breakfast Buffet is awesome. Must try masala omlette

An excellent 3-star hotel in the city of Nizamabad. Good food. Homely ambience. Guest rooms are good and neat.

Checked in the hotel on 15 Apr 21. The room was very shabby and full of dust. I was with my family including children suffered a lot from the dusty room. Never advisable for anyone who wants a decent stay. The rent is also high with stringent policies. Never book a room there.

Old hotel. Spacious rooms, service and location are pros and poor toiletries, decade old rooms, poor air conditioning, ugly towels are cons. There is no alternate hotel in this town.

Worst service ever I have been hear long time never they give a good service at they are very egotistical person as they feel they don’t have compiteter they need get one

Worst customer service. No proper response from the staffs. For simple things also has to call minimum 5 times to get the work done!

Most of rooms AC working partially only, FAN regulator not working, Room locking system is faulty etc.
My room's locking system was not working properly which i was unaware. At midnight one of the staff opened the room and came inside. He took the lock card from power socket and went away for some reasons. At midnight i had to fight for this. There is no security and privacy inside the rooms.

Nobody is there to control the staffs and they are behaving as per their wish. Laundry and house keeping is there for name sake. Receptionist is behaving like he is the district collector.

Biryani was not worth the hype.it was tasted like desert and other ingredients like chicken 65 was decent but quantity was quite less.

If there is an option to give zero rating we would have preferred to give that only.such an worst experience with the hotel staff.very indecent behaviour of the staff and reception guys especially with ladies.rude behaviour and talking very badly. Money minded staff at reception. I won't recommend this hotel even if they give room at no cost.

The place is generally good. But it has some problems. The water closet in our room are of a bad design. Though the flush pours out large amounts of water it dies not clean out the waste.

The only practical solution is that one lifts and pours a bucket of water into them.

The hotel must include a floor wiper in the bathroom.

The third bed they provide is a mattress on the floor. It does not come with a cot.

The room is comfortable. The restaurant is nice. There is a nice sweets shop adjoining the hotel. A lassi shop is close by.

Bar is well maintained, separate food sections for veg and non veg, not much time lag on orders over all foot hospitality

A good hotel close to Nizamabad railway station, rooms were clean. However, the restaurant wasn't very clean. The food served was average.

I loved the food. It was really delicious. The cleaning was nice and the room comfy. The only thing to say is that some parts of the hotel look really old, dusty, and unclean. They hotel owner should definitely go for a renovation in the near future.

Had a pleasant stay in this hotel, except the rooms bathroom was a bit dark because of light and it wasn't that clean. But manageable. Other than that it is a good hotel

I have ordered food from Nikhil Sai International through swiggy. Even after 30 mins of placing the order, I didn't recieve any confirmation from the restaurant. Eventually, when I was talking to the customer support from swiggy I got to know that Staff/Manager at Nikhil Sai International have been denying orders through swiggy and the swiggy delivery agent was asked to pay cash if he wants to proceed with the order. I cancelled the order and called Nikhil Sai International and placed the order for take away which they were okay with because the mode of payment is cash.

1. Firstly, what is the problem of Nikhil Sai International to accept the orders through Swiggy?
2. Secondly, if they were not interested to use swiggy as their delivery partner, why have they not informed the swiggy team?

The restaurant's ambiance is not so great. They need to replace their sofa's and chairs. The lightning needs an improvement. The staff needs more grooming and training.

Over the years, the experience with Hotel Nikhil Sai International is worsening.

Separate Dining halls for veg & non veg. Be ready to wait for 20 mins for each dish! Check your salad before you dig in. Food quality and cost ratio doesn't matches. Ambience is fine to dine but keep waiting for waiter till he responds!

Food tastes good, but, the service provided is very bad. We can pleasantly have the food after an hour we order which annoys the customer. Get improvised in your service buddies

Very tasty food, specifically sambhar rice is delicious, quick service, quantity of food is also satisfying, and at reasonable price.

Good place to stay in hotel because you don't have to step out from hotel for food and drinks. All are served at one place. With in the city.

Both vegetarian and non vegetarian food available. Even bar and restaurant also in the hotel. Each and every facility one can get in nikhil Sai international hotel.

It is the most popular dining destination in Nizamabad. Though it demands to offer multicuisin and continental dishes but every time I found Telugu/Andhra flavour in their dishes. Anyway staffs are polite and courteous. Overall a good place to hang out with family and friends.

This is facing main road, there is sufficient place for parking. There is separate restaurant for veterans n non vegitarians. The restaurants r neat, clean n highgenic. The food is tasty n servicing is good. There is a Lift provision for customers.

The non-veg restaurant is below average and taste is also average.the veg restaurant is tidy food is also good

Three star hotel with luxury rooms and suites. Both veg and multicuisine restaurants are there. Both economy and ac bars are available. Food is tasty with good service and ambience. Bit expensive.

Rates are high as compared to Hyderabad hotels. Rooms need renovation. You can get complimentary breakfast (bufet)
One big advantage is 24 hrs check in.

Ambience and service was good but taste was not that good as expected.appetizers were really good but main course was not properly cooked so it disappointed us!

This is the best hotel in Nizamabad where one can have everything like veg and non veg food as well as drink section is also available inside the hotel, hotel rooms are also very neat and clean.important thing is that food test is very delicious.
