Extremely rude staff, who always only look for tips even without doing anything, youll just stand theyll come for tips and will never come to get your luggage

The food is good and yummy. Too much of wait time. Suggest to make reservation or write up name in advance if you don't like to wait.

Checked in the hotel at 7am for a day stay but the hotel charged us 2000rs. The receptionist was very rude, the hote is very average and not at all modern. They don’t offer even a dental kit or a water bottle as well. Even doesn’t have Wi-Fi to help during stay. A very outdated hotel with outdated staff and policies

This is best for stay. Because there is very close to kachiguda railway station. Very close to hospital. Famous veg and non veg - hotel available in the street. So, family stay also very safe.

Love for vegetarian food is never ending. Food tastes great and decent service. Decent seating and parking area. Good variety food food with quick serve. Loved the punjabi kofta and paneer kulcha. If you are a vegetarian food lover a must visit place.

Very conveniently located near to Kacheguda Railway station. Though on main road, a peaceful place to stay.well maintained rooms, spacious and clean. Food is available in the restaurant and is delicious. The only irritant is mosquito menace, specially at night. One needs to make sufficient arrangement for self-protection. Overall an excellent choice to stay comfortably. Very average hotel.we took AC double room. Very basic amenities.hot water is strictly from 6am to 11am only.after that no option. Rooms are very compact sized. Not that great hospitality.

Used to stay here back in the 90's. Good accommodation, proximity to important places, shopping areas, theatres and a wide choice of food.

A very good place to stay with reasonable price. Clean and well maintained rooms. Good customer service. It comes as a centre for many tourist places, so by staying in this locality you can save your time. Good place to stay with your family and also friends. But during busy days the rooms get booked quickly so it's better to do early booking here. Overall a nice place to stay.

One of the best veg restaurant in Kachiguda surrounding.

The menu is majorly North Indian focused. It could always be an option if you are looking for delicious North Indian food for the people in and around the area.

Ambience wise the place needs slight changes but the rates are very nominal for the food over here.

Place Feels a bit cramped. Place is a bit old. But it's clean and very easily accessible to Kachiguda Railway station. Near to ATMs Aswell. Decent pricing. Good Staff. Given a star less as felt Rooms are small and bit old.

Although food was okay types.they managed giving northindian stuff for southindian thali I ordered.everything was tasting like a northindian dish akthough not much delicious. When I asked about this I received a careless answer from the hotel management saying that you are the only poor fellow who didn't like it.

The food was good but the bills was not correct I calculated total it was 444 but in the bill there was 480 they don't prepared the bill properly

I went to this hotel for the first time today.

Seating for bigger group not comfortable: We were 9 adults and 2 kids of above 6 years. We were made to adjust and sit in the space for 8-9 people. Overall also, what I can say is that the searing arrangement is ok for smaller groups, but not bigger ones like ours. The number of total seats also wouldn't be more than 40-45 at a time. So, you may end up waiting during rush hours. When we were leaving at about 9-40pm, we saw atleast 20 people waiting outside.

Service: Service was faster compared to similar restaurants. Serving staff were OK, and looked to be more casual. However, the cutlery was not available properly. We had to ask for spoons as only forks were available on tables. We had to ask for finger bowls, which are given default everywhere.

Food Taste/Quality: Starters were very good. Currys were good. Tandoori roti and naans were good. Biryani was not good, there was more masala/curry in Biryani proportionate to rice.

Overall, I can give 3.5 stars for my first experience here.

A good hotel to stay. The staff is good and friendly. Service is good. But also remember they do not have tv channels. Though they have tv. Only the channels which are free are coming and most of them are Telegu. None of the Hindi channels come. But it's a decent place to stay. The neighborhood is good. Very close to Salarjung Museum and Charminar.

Hotel Panchratan located near Kachiguda cross road opp to Padmavati theatre. My frequent hangout place with friends mainly over a tea and snacks in its restaurant. The ambience is quite good and pleasant unlike other hotels. They do have budget hotel rooms for accomodation for tourist and traveller's here. Based on my several visits and experience the staff here is good and responsive and serves you on time. It also has good parking space within its hotel premise. Sharing few pictures which I took in my recent visit.

I stayed here for one night and my experience was very nice. First impression was parking which is very nice. Then the reception guy was nice with us.
Cleanliness of the room was very good. Bathroom space was large enough. Only disappointment was that there is no 24 hrs hot water, hot water available only in morning.
The nicest thing about hotel I like is that they allow us to stay 2 hrs extra than check out time for free. Actually I have to go for a meeting which last longer than our check out time so I asked reception to allow us some extra time and they allow me it for free.
Restaurant was good, food quality was very nice.

Very nice place for family dinner or lunch good quality food and not so expensive quantity is also very good for selected items. Food is served hot and service is quick. We have Car parking and two wheeler parking available so you can take your car coolly. IT is a very old hotel since a long time. We also have room's for guests. Room's are also good with travel desk site seeing plans etc. All in one hotel

Veg pulav n kaju biryani is worth the money too.

Just went down here for a quick and simple lunch on a work day and was not disappointed. The service was prompt. The food is well cooked and tasty and I was happy with the meal. I didn't have to wait to be seated as well. I had a pleasant experience.

Cool place to live. Every time I stay in a same hotel when being to Hyderabad. Some staff understand my marathi language. That's cool. Except they accept only cash mode of payment.
