Good and calm hotel for business & family trips. Surrounding area a bit crowdy and old. Complimentary breakfast was also of good quality. Overall a decent experience. Room service was also quite good.

Very uncomfortable stay. Manager is uncooperative. Not in good location.

All in all, I don't recommend this to anybody.

Ideally located at Secunderabad. Pls world charm is still retained. Rooms are spacious. Rates reasonable. Service little slack. Paradise biryani is walking distance away. Although located at very busy shopping high street but the hustle bustle is not experienced inside the hotel. Definitely recommended place to stay for all.

Today I check in the hotel. I looks and appearance are very good and neat. Very decent look and good service.

It was okayish.not amazing.but I think they always say that regular rooms are full so that people will go for deluxe rooms.
Lighting was very low.like literally low.

Cigarette smell dominates the lobby.

Not at all with what you can see online. Pathetic stinking room and washroom. Not at all properly maintained. Except for the reception area. I am so stuck here as paid in advance without checking the room's condition.

Worst restaurant I have ever visited. Chinese was worst. I never saw turmeric adding in noodles. They took more than half an hour to serve food. I wish if I could get back my money. I regret paying bill of rupees 681

There is Gardens sale at this hotel. If u r floral material lover. Worth visiting. Enjoy shopping. Sarees, dress materials etc.

Poor staff. Neither Air Conditioners nor Television set found in working conditions. Workers are not co-operative and nor is the MANAGER.

Superb, it's in the heart of the city with spacious rooms and with very affordable price. Food was excellent, staff behavior also friendly.and specially M. D of the hotel is excellent person with friendly behavior.

Walking Distance from Paradise Biryani Centre, Secunderabad & Paradise Metro Station. Good Food @ Aromas of Parklane Restaurant. Very courteous staff. Best suited for family stay.

Hotel Park Lane at Chenoy Trade Center is a land mark in itself! Modest accommodation, reasonably priced, right close walking distance to Paradise, the Biryani heaven!
Couldn't ask for more!

It was a pleasure staying at Parklane. The staff was polite and attentive. Clean rooms and complementary breakfast nice. Near to railway station other major centers.

It was amazing experience they gave amazing free breakfast buffet it is amazing and love there room service and room Neatness

Quick service by the staff would have been better in terms of clearing the soiled plates and making quick arrangements.

Changed me 4 rooms finally got a room with working air-conditioning. Breakfast spread is horrible. Can't recommend for a budget traveller too.

Hotel staff was ok. Room service was good. Food quality was also good. Only issue was with bed bugs. I found bed bugs in my room. But when I called reception they immediately changed my room. ACs are of old window style not split ones. Previous room had AC which was not giving cooling effect. Room lighting is insufficient. Blankets were not upto the mark. Overall poor experience at the hotel.

Rooms are nice and clean. No valet service for car parking. Car parking is a problem, with te approach and exit roads very narrow.

The best meeting for e-biz until now.the best starters and the best vegetarian food with the best hospitality.

Centrally located & famous hotel in secunderabad, 1 km from railway station and jubilee bus station

I feel they are charging more for what they are providing. Rooms are not maintained well. This is my third visit and feels the same. But I have no other option.

We visit this hotel mostly for "sales"! Garden Vareli sale is the most popular exhibition takes place at this place, two to three times a year! Parking is limited, and it is at the back side. Location is THE main attraction. Washrooms are OK. No valet parking facility. Everything is nearby, if you prefer to stay here. Their restaurant is not popular.

Good shopping place for all the occassions. Park your car somewhere in the Nankings lane. Heavy traffic area.

Very near to paradise hotel to enjoy biryani.

Parking is good and hotel facilities are too good.

Very easily identified road side on parklane.

Very near to cycling building for computer or computer accessories and supplies to stay near by the CTC building

HOSPITALITY is also good.

Good place to be if you have a train to catch from secunderabad. Service is a bit slow. Rooms are quite big. ACs make a lot of noise though.
