Hotel Prestige

I booked this hotel from Agoda. When I checked in they immediately asked me 900 extra and refused to provide me a room on booking price.
It was 11: 40 at night and I had my mother with me. They refused to provide an accommodation.
I'm going to file case on this hotel.

Very pathetic and bad experience. If you are booking online then keep in Mind that Pics shown are luring but actual condition is different. Rooms are unhygeinic, cockroaches running around, and smelly. If you complain staff will start making excuses. Try to make a video of room hygeine because they will not accept the fact. I wish if we could post video taken here.
Stay at your own risk. Our experience after changing two rooms on third floor was same.
Only good thing that they agreed on refund for remaining days.

A little over priced. Did not even give drinking water with room. AC was not properly working. Charged extra for 1 hour early check in.

I stay here regularly.
Well behaviour of the staff and they maintain hygiene upto the mark.

Very bad service on online booking there are given the roon with dissatisfaction very disappointed on this hotel for online booking and also not worthy for money.

Really good management all housekeeping staff were good even the manager is good but room were not maintained

Rooms are good but the washroom at basement is very pathetic. It smells much worse than Rotten Eggs.
They have a restaurant inside their premises.
One is not allowed to bring outside food and drinks as well as smoking cigarettes.

The hotel has different type of rooms for every kind of groups. But the behaviour of the staffs are not that good. But overall it's a quite nice experience of staying.

Bed room stinks. No room cleaning. Flushed water comes out of the bathroom. Switch boards are damaged. No proper supply of electricity. Hot water for limited time.very congested area for bathroom.

I DO NOT recommand this hotel.

I travelled with my 5 months kid for an emergency work to hyderbad and this all my experience with the hotel.

Below are the things that I do not like in this hotel.

1. I requested early check in and the hotel people charged me with 45% more fee on the total fee. But as per OYO policy you should not be charged more than 0- 30%

2. I booked room for 3 people and I was allocated a very old room where only two people can sleep on that bed. The room is really bad and the bed was making so much noise that even
a single person cannot sleep on the bed. When I requested another room, they provided a room where only two peole can sleep. The issue with second room is flush dont work, so you have to use
a bucket to pour water. The another issue the sink pipe has a leak and all the water is coming on the the floor.
After giving complaint on this room, they allocated another room where you can hear all the vehicles noises inside the room.

3. The mattresses were dirty in the first two rooms and they were a little better in third room.

4. I requested for dinner where OYO app is showing the price as X rupees and the hotel charged in 2X rupees to provide the dinner.

The one star I gave only for giving room for early check in.
So think before selecting this hotel if you do not want to spoil your trip with your family.

Hotel is very well located near Famous Paradise hotel. Staffs are well behaved. Rooms are also good and spacious in compare to price. Hot water also available. Complementary breakfast can be improved with variety of food. At last in my view it is a good deal.

Worst hotel.waited for more than 1.5 hrs for check in.poor response from the receptionist.don’t know why OYO will allow this poor hotels

The management and support staff shows neglect to any concerns of the occupants. The bathroom was in a dilapidated concern and rooms appears worn out. We had been asking for extra bed repeatedly since morning checkin but finally was able to get one extra mattress only near midnight. It offers only dismay and disappointment only to a weary traveller.

I stayed 3 days here. They were Charging Early Checkin and Late Checkouts also more than 1000 INR. It is more than one day Booking Charge. Money Minded. They bought my mobile and give their Rating. Dont go for it. Worst I have ever Seen.

No stars. Very unclean place, i threw up when i entered in the room because of the smell, all the things are unclean, bed sheets are nasty, bathrooms are very bad. Do not go to this place, money waste, in the oyo app the pictures look very geart but in person the room nasty.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the hotel, when I came at the hotel I was denied check in saying that the price given in oyo is not the price they are giving rooms. The receptionist was very unpleasant, he treated me like total jugad and like why was I at the hotel. Overall saying the atmosphere of the hotel wasn't very nice and had an unpleasant smell the moment I stepped into the hotel. This property shouldn't be in oyo, the hotel waalas want to make an utter fool of you. If you want to book, book something else near it but as far as this property is concerned please don't. But in the end the people at the oyo helped me out and found me a hotel near it.

Really bad place, dirty washrooms with foul smell don’t go with oyo rating, they take your ph and do the rating themselves. Beaware not at all worth staying.

Third class hotel.

I suggest go in hotel welcome grand.
It is every good hotel.
90 % better than pestrige hotel.

The worst hotel experience. Totally rude and unprofessional staff. The place sucks and urge OYO to do regular due diligence. I am disappointed this property features in OYO portfolio. Not recommended.

As per amount they are charging the quality is not that good.they give complimentary breakfast which always has the same menu.

It’s worst place. I suggest you to please remove hotel prestige from oyo properties. They don’t no how to behave with the customer and please update your policy or tell them. To follow oyo rules. Due to their bad responding we had to checkout early from that hotel. Hope you people respond to this review if possible refund our money or remove prestige from oyo for customer satisfaction

One of the worst hotels. The rooms were leaky in many places (They changed 2 rooms and both were leaking), toilet looks and smells horrible and unhygienic.

The hotel mangers at reception were very rude. He snatched my mobile and started checking how much I have paid in OYO and was saying you shouldn't pay via OYO, they cheated the hotel by paying less.

I opted for early check-in and despite OYO has said that the max amount to charge is 30% of the previous day, the hotel charged more saying its not their problem.

Cigarette smell around the corridor, worst attitude by hotel manager and staff.

Avoid at all cost.

It is most disgusting hotel I have ever seen in my life.room is nothing like was promised.poor service.and management is irresponsible.flush is broken.ac is not cooling.extra mattress are dirty.and bedsheets are smelly.highly recommended not to step in this hotel ever.

The best worst hotel i have ever visited till date.such a ruthless behavior by the staff.not at all a safe place to visit. After payment done in oyo app, i have reached the hotel during mid night and they are asking extra money to pay.when i ask them ehy should i pay extra money, they Black mailing me that they will cancel my booking. They don't at all know the oyo rules. People form other places should be aware of this place. Very Dangerous Place to visit.

Better to stop third class complimentary breakfast. Hotel don't follow OYO rules. Requested for late check-out. Saying no vacancy given the room after full day payment. Bad experience.

Unhygienic washroom, suffocating passages, breakfast is not upto the mark, be on time otherwise you will not get, extra beds not provided with blankets. Overall like a lodge

Worst experience ever. Cats all the over the hotel. Bathrooms are extremely stinky. Too much bugs on the beds. Couldn’t sleep for the whole night. Management at the reception was rude. One hell of a night stay

Heart of Secunderabad this is a good budget hotel. Nice rooms, good cleanliness and okay breakfast.

Only Cons: No meal/Tea coffee after 11 pm

Had a terrible experience with the receptionist
Had a visitor who was coming to visit for half an hour for boarding a bus
Reception staff was very rude on responding to the visitor
The receptionist thinks that he is some celebrity and the way he addresses guests is absolutely odious
The welcoming itself was so inhospitable
Would never recommend this hotel to any of my contacts in future

Accommodation is quite good with appreciable room service, staff here are polite and helpful
Only problem is with complementary breakfast which is not good.

Hotel is awesome. Neat and clean. Staff behaviour is like family. One of the best place to stay in secunderabad. Book it blindly

Rooms are old and furniture and noisy and badly maintained. The toilets water leaks and flush is noisy as some old automobile engine.

Is It safe hotel? Arre there any hidden cameras? To misuse. The clients. Ito owner. Ur reply was irrelevant. Understand the question. Are there any hidden cams in ur hotel I asked.

I like this for 1 reason its closer to paradise hotel & nearby railway station, but the facilities& services are very bad they doesnt provide sealed water bottles, no room service availabilty, bathrooms are not hygiene, they respond rude to the customers, i didnt experience good so thumbs down
