Hotel Rainbow International Shamshabad Airport Road

Location is on highway at 9 km from airport. Not recommended at all as their kitchen is closed because their cook left job. They can bring food from outside and serve you. They bring idlis, sambar and raw bread from outside for complementary bf which starts at 8 AM. They even don't have refrigerator to give you cold water bottle. Lack of attention by staffs, intercom and power sockets were not working. No hot water arrangements in washroom. Rooms are spacious but needs extensive repairs and maintenance. Paid Rs. 2650 for an executive room in single occupancy whereas it was not worth even Rs. 800-1000.

Hotel Rainbow's hospitality offers you luxury yet budget packages and deals. Service is good, and it has facilities for indoor games and outdoor activities. The staff is very courteous and helpful. It is a great place and I would recommend it. It is worth every penny. I would love to come back to this place and stay longer.

One personal tells pets are allowed, other tells it's not allowed. They are bunch of confused fellas, I can only imagine the quality of service, avoid at any cost.

Worst hotel. I thought to book online this guys told the same price they will offer. Once I reached from airport to hotel they asked for deposit of extra 500 I paid while I’m going back they didn’t refunded. They provided worst room where AC don’t works worst hotel I don’t recommend @ WORST EVER HOTEL@

Maintenance is very bad. There are stains everywhere in the room. Even on the bedsheets there are lots of stains. Awful smell as we enter the room. We requested for cleaning the bathroom as it is not clean at all. They did not do it. Staff is very rude. Especially the staff member Ajay is very careless. They sent water bottle and coffee after 1 hour of order, that too coffee was as too cold just like water.we realized that we were the only one staying in the entire building, no occupancy at all because of their bad service. We complained that wifi is not working. Staff boy said he will switch it off and on as it had some connection issue but did not do so. After 1 hour we went down to ask, he is sitting and playing game in mobile, he says that he forgot about wifi complaint. They are offering to pay less but stay there without vacating. They are also asking not to tell owner about this and not to write a bad review. We tried to get owner contact number multiple times but failed to, no one is giving. Other hotels owner responds all business enquiries. Maybe owner is not ready to run this hotel anymore and maybe ready to shut it off, that's why not bothering customers at all.

Hotel location is perfect for transit with limited amenities due to covid restrictions, hospitality was good but try to check all the things in room are working or you need to change 2-3 rooms

They have the best skills to pull your money out of the pocket, though their service is awful, better go with outside food order. No minimum maintenance is done in rooms, no soaps, and no explanation for the initial safe deposit (they never gave me the remaining amount considering that I was in a rush). No clean records were maintained as the shift (front desk) person changes. The downside, no International cards are accepted even though the name has International. Finally, I don't recommend this to anyone. Also, I wish to give them zero star.

The facilities are worst, they were not able to even serve coffee/ tea. They didn't have key for the room, their staff came and open the door.

It's a new hotel which is just at a distance of 5 km from Airport in Shamshadabad in Hyderabad. So good for reaching airport. Hotel is a good one and near the market area. All the toiletries were clean and good. Bedsheets were clean. Hotel was clean and staff was decent and cooperative. They arranged for our airport transfer in the morning. Aldo near by hotel there are good hyderabadi restaurant and karachi biscuits shop as well.

I checked for a nght and it was a worst stay ever in Hyderabad.

Too Dusty room, no soap, no key cards (if i want to go out, i need the help of room boy to open the room) no phone, no toiletries even not a soap, kept a hot water kettle, but will not work, tv is not working.

Disgusting place, only looks good from outside, very bad room service, full of mosquitoes, very dirty linen, filthy bathroom, couldn't dare to use, paid for an extra bed but only got a mattress after waiting for 3 hours at bedtime. This was a premium deluxe room for 1800 RS per night.

Good place for affordable stay, you get good deals online, and also u can request a good deal offline. 5-6 Km from airport. They have Airport Pickup and Drop too.
They have Suite rooms, normal, AC rooms.
Good parking space.
Only that the nearby is clogged up with water when it rains, u have no option getting out on highway if u dont have a Car.
Rooms are good, clean, they should put air freshener oftenly though.
Cheap and affordable place only to stay, If you are habitual to staying in Lavish hotels then this place is not for you.

, Room servicing is not at all good and what they are showing in online about hotel like swimming fool, and greenary etc etc that all are not there that is only trash, moreover room servicing is not at all good

First thing, Hotel should concentrate on Hygiene Quality, Food no option for Vegetarians, Amenities not upto that mark, Ample parking space and nearby Airport. But staffs should be little bit Polite.
