Near to D Mart and cinema hall.
The interesting point is fresh south Indian tiffins near the hotel in the evening.
Please try once. You love it.

Good hotel compared to nearby areas. Need to do more maintenance & training to the staff.

It had a restaurant too which servers good food.

Worst food in this hotel when i Kolhapur chiken curry ordered there is 6 to 7 small chicken pieces and 1/2curry cover with capsicum and water only and charges 350.

It is nice hotel. Customer receiving is very nice. Here food is delicious. In this hotel rooms are very clean. This hotel is very close distance to jublee club. This hotel situated in jubleepura, khammam. Wheelchair entrence is there. Wheelchair parking is also available here. I have fully satisfied with this place and with this hotel.

It was surprising to find such a good hotel in Khammam. Spacious hotel with great cleanliness. Food was also tasty and morning breakfast had decent spread. Overall worthy stay.
Only problem was water from tap was brownish color on 1st day and normal on 2nd day. May be some problem with water supply.

Decent food, but pathetic service. You have to wait for hours for the foods and then they serve it without cutlery. We have to ask specifically for spoons, forks and plates. Absolutely ridiculous!

Pathetic service and useless front line staffs.

Must check the categorisation of the rooms before booking. Management will act smart and give you the basic room with higher price. They will not feel ashamed to cheat with their customers. Infact management is dwelling with their customers in a unprofessional way and I believe they were totally unaware of the hotel n service industries. They were least bother about the services which are provided to customers.

Don't think S PARK is the only option available in the KHAMMAM market, others are also available with excellent services.

Complimentary breakfast provided is bad. It would be better even if they charge and provide better food.

I have visited hotel not the lounge.
Regarding the restaurant food here is served very late. I thought of going for one star but the place is good looking and hygiene so gave 2 stars
