Hotel Saptagiri

I will never recommend anyone to this hotel because room as unclean and highly unhygienic, I contacted the hotel manager twice about the issue, and although they promised to send someone to clean the room, it remained unclean.the cleanliness and overall experience is worst.

Rooms are specious, but not maintained room cleanliness, there was a lot of pesticides smell in the room.

We are currently staying here and it is horrible experience altogether. They have put posters all across the hotel for the boarders to comply that too after taking a confirmed booking.
When we called up house keeping, they diverted us to room service and we recived a denial of giving 3 dishes to have dinner which we got from outside as the food preparation here is horrible.
The service boys I'll treat boarders and you so not get any positive response from the reception. I could not see a manager here who is managing the hotel.

Bad quality of room service, insufficient staff, no facility of 24 hours tea coffee kitchen, regular drinking water in summer, no cooling water, worse hospitality

Excellent hotel, old one but well maintained and managed, very neat and clean, all amenities available and is having very good ambiance, good support and cooperation from sopport staffs.buffet breakfast was excellent.

Hotel saptagiri is one of the best hotel in Hyderabad to stay & for food. Best service but having problem with refrigerator in room

Great hotel in affordable price, but in all rooms you aren't allowed to smoke drink. You can not bring outside food and eat in your room. (nonveg)

Rooms great. Bathroom mostly clean but everything stained. Bathroom hardware need change desperately. Food ok quality. Kitchen cutlery has stains again. These guys should change the cutlery periodically. May be clean but surly very old. Breakfast is good in test but same menu everyday.

Daily room cleaning with mineral water was great. But hot water for bath is serious problem. If full, hotel can't serve hot water to all rooms. On first day when there was no rush, water was warm or close to cold. We asked for bucket of hot water but it never showed up. We had to adjust with cold come warm water only.

So overall rating is 3 only

Today staying in Hotel Saptagiri (7 Hills) in room no. 608. Nice hotel, clean rooms. Nice behaviour by receptionist n staff n waiter. 1 best thing I found that it’s pure veg hotel what I can’t think or expect during online booking.
Two days after coming back to darshanam of Tirupati Balaji, on 24th June I will again stay in the same hotel (Saptagiri the Veg).

Except the AC, nothing was in order in the room. The main door lock was defective. Floor was not cleaned. In the 2 bedded room, 1 cot was to be provided but an uneven mattress with a pillow was given after at least 7-8 calls. Sewage system in bathroom was near to clog. For three occupants, 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water was provided (Complimentary!). Normal water (Aquaguard water) was not provided i.e. You are to pay for each drop of water you drink additionally. The bathroom /washroom items were provided only for a single occupant (we were 3). In the morning tried to make tea but could not. The kettle was not working. Requested housekeeping/ room service staffs to give water and replace the kettle but they did not respond to our several calls. Complimentary breakfast was more or less satisfactory. To sum up very poor service. I’ll not recommend anybody to book this hotel.

I called up the hotel to book a room since I have my visa interview. Very disappointed with the way receptionist spoke to me. First learn to talk to customers on phone.

Situated in regiment bazar, Secunderabad near to Secunderabad railway station. Hotel is six floor building with 2 lift system. Hotel ambience and room ambience is good. Restaurants also doing well
Complimentary breakfast and lunch is also good and complimentary dinner comparatively needs to improve. Staff also good. Some time they forget the services like laundry, WiFi, complimentary tea, coffee kit etc. Over all impression is good

I felt really horrible considering the room they provided for the cost. Its no way that it can be rated 3*. Towels provided were age old. Bathroom was not at all good. Front desk experience was even horrible. They were not all courteous. They called me at morning 6 saying they needed some additional proofs. They were not even courteous and polite. Totally disappointed and shall never suggest anyone here

I wish I could give it a 5 star but my experience was really bad with the services offered.

This hotel is a NO STAY zone for Hindi/English speaking people. There were no Hindi or English channel to watch in TV. Several times I have called up the reception, Room Service n what not, But the reply was. "Madam within 10 mins I ll send the person".

Finally those 10 mins turned around after an hour and result was nill.

They haven't recharged there set up box and only few free channels were a available, that too non Hindi /English.

Rest other facilities like spacious room, Clean toilets, mini fridge in room are perfectly fine.

I also appreciate the breakfast buffet.

It was a short stay at Saptagiri hotel. The staff was humble n cordial. Everything was perfect. Bathroom n room was clean n tidy. If again I happen to be in Hyderabad I would definitely choose Saptagiri and would recommend my circle to stay here. Thank you:)

This place is awesome. The service provided in this hotel is very good. Good architecture. Rooms are very nice.

I just stayed here for one-day, but it was pleasant the whole environment was good neat and clean staff is very polite, only thing is it's a pure vegetarian restaurant still you have the choice to get good from swiggy

Excellent service. Beautiful ambience. Well ventilated clean and tidy rooms helpful service personnel. Nice parking.

Good place to stay with morning Veg Breakfast. Late dinner restaurant closes by 10pm. No laundry services if you want to stay here carry sufficient cloths to wear.

Bad location, non cooperative staffs.vegetarian restaurant and they do not allow food from outside.no drinking allowed.tv channel options are very limited.not a choice for national or international tourists.suitable only for localities having pilgrimage at hyderabad.

A very nice place to host functions where conveyance is available round the clock. A good 100% vegetarian hotel.

The hotel is centrally located nearby Secunderabad railway station and the place is good to stay. The food quality is very good.

Really well maintained. Food is also very tasty and the quality is really high. Rooms are spacious with decent prices.
The banquets are also very big

Nice hotel to stay and good Vegetarian restaurant. Near to Secunderabad Railway station and all Railway offices.

Average business class hotel near to secunderabad railway station.front office staffs always ask for early check in charges. Needs improvement.food is good except breakfast as only limited options for the buffet.rooms are ok.plus point is a proximity to the station.

This Hotel is very good service and specially the food is very tasty expecially south Indians are most likes this taste and also rooms and ambiance is very nice the price is not very much

Food was good and so was the Board room where we had the training. However, they refilled used water bottles to provide drinking water. This is disgusting.
