Hotel Shree Venkateshwara

Worst possible experience of staying at a hotel. I had reserved this hotel for a stay on the night of 6th Feb, 2024. I had booked through MakeMyTrip and had paid in advance. I was given a room on the roadside with traffic noises from the prime Lakdi ka Pul road with blaring horns through the night. When I raised this issue with the reception at around mid night, after not being able to sleep due to the noise, the person at the reception told me that it's the room that they give to people who book through MakeMyTrip! It was as if a punishment being meted out for people who have used MakeMyTrip for booking their hotel room. When I pleaded with the person to change my room, he told me to ask MakeMyTrip trip to change the room from where I have booked the room! It was a terrible nightmare for me staying awake all through the night not being able to sleep at all. They are inhuman morons who need to be punished by law for inflicting such torture on their guests. Absolutely pathetic and to be avoided at all costs!

If possible I would prefer 0 star, staff behaviour is so rude, rice quality is worst after buffy lunch you will get stomach pain worst rice. Infront of me 3 to 4 arguments happened with customers because of rude behaviour of staff. Happy a normal meet with friends there made a bill of 600 around after 20 minutes staff came and said get out from place in a rude way, asked extra cup for tea sharing staff say no after paying that much of bill.indicent, arrogant, rude staff. In every business they say customer is God but in this hotel staff and management feels they are demi Gods. Prefer not to go

The rooms are far better than expected. Rooms have all the necessary and relevant items of good conditions and also within the expiry date. The location is also quite good.
Hotel Shree Venkateshwara is a better option than anyone at this location.

A decent place with good service by the management, Budget friendly in terms of small functions, business meetings, gatherings etc,

It was not good experience in the hotel, The room was not clean properly, The service was very poor and no proper co-ordination between staffs. The people were very arrogant and not co-operative. We had very bad experience while stay in the hotel specially hotel staffs.

Though its a strategically located property in the most busiest part of Hyderabd, I believe they are content in being run as very basic food and accommodation point rather than upgrading it as a sought after place for good food and best place to stay with the most affordable place to dine and stay.

The hotel next to it which is recently built has much to offer in terms of food stay and feel good factor.

Pros-Good cleaning, near to metro. Cons- for 1 water bottle i make a 5-6 calls and wait 4 hours. Chef making daily same breakfast, not a 1% percent changes.

This hotel is great if you are going on a vacation with your family, the staff made sure we had decent and hassle free stay they are very professional and nice. Food, rooms service were amazing. Would recommend to all.

Overall good experience of two days stay. Hotel is well & located adjacent to metro Station. Well maintained. Breakfast, food quality is good. Reception staff can be little more informative & should consider themselves as host for the tourist in their lovely city. Person who checked us in was literally talking few words, no initiative.

Restaurant was fabulous. It's not the extravaganza. It's the taste of typical indian home tiffin items, which we were longing for and that too pure vegetarian, as a change for us from all Hyderabadi dum briyanis

Generally meets standards, the rooms were decent, toilets were clean, but the beds were old and worn.

Don't book on line. Taking more money than the hotel actual tariff. Response is poor and no coordination between the booking. Com and the hotel. Online confirmed the reservation but hotel people not following and said no rooms available.

I was spend 20 times+ in this hotel from 2016 to January 2020 with my family.

Right beside the Lakdikapul Metro Station and that’s the best thing about the place. Rooms been recently refurbished and renovated. So they have all the modern amenities in the room. I wish they replaced the old dirty elevators too. The location of the hotel is the biggest plus point as it is centrally located. Almost everything you need is at a walkable distance. Food around the Hotel is good but not inside the Hotel. Overall it’s a fine place to stay.

Very worst staffing, always money minded Front Office Staffs (Especially Night Shift & Day Shift Guys). They donot consider the Guest, they they speak like Robo's. Most of the bills they are not posting in the guest rooms, but collecting the cash. Management has to stream line the Front Office staffs.

One of the oldest and famous restaurant in the area.

Used to be very happening. Due to metro station, visibility of the place is less now.

Service is very good. Always smiling staff. Food tastes decent.

They have AC & Non-AC seating areas.

This hotel in the heart of Hyderabad city is one of the best choices for stay and food. I have stayed here multiple times both on business travel and personal travel with family.
The rooms have been renovated of late and are comparable to 2-3 star hotel.if you directly check in in the hotel they give 24 hour checkout preference.

The hotel had basic amenities which we get in a five star hotel eg.kettle, mini fridge. A good property and staff were very helpful in organising my tours and travels. Easy uber, mmts as well as metro access from lakdikapul makes travel hassel free. It's bit higher on the per day cost, but the quality is not at all disappointing. A decent property with ample car parking facility. If five star quality is needed 'abode hotel' by venkateshwara would be the recommended pick.

Nice clean rooms good place as it is the center of Hyderabad and the lakdi la pul metro entrance in exactly at the gates of hotel. Overall for short stay a good hotel. However they charge 500 for early check in

Hotel shree venkateswsr is situated the heart of Hyderabad city.you have goes to quick near metro station or bus stop.i have stayed 5day in this hotel.the hotel is very good and staff are gentle.food are good quality and tested also.i am very comfortable in this hotel.

Faster service, but average hygiene and while coming to pricing with respect to quality remains equal to be straight double the average Hyderabad price for food.

Location was good, heart of the city area near to bus stop, railway station and prime area with all connectivity to govt offices. Rooms and services are decent.

Decent hotel, cleanliness and service could be much better. Location is also good. Restaurant is not upto the mark
