Worst experience. Rude behaviour of receptionist _Prudhvi_ They don't know how to talk with customer. No proper response. Worst worst

Very bad experience with check-in process and took more than 2 hrs for providing booked room. Very unhappy with such kind of attitude and worst service

Though we informed check in time it was delayed more than an hour. Guests had to wait at reception, Timelines are not followed as promised.
Customer Service was not up to the mark
The way treating customer needs to be improved

We are regularly visit this hotel, but now we faced Worst staff and service not good, without any information they opened lock with master key when we out side.

Very-well maintained and clean. Costly place. Food is ok. Easily noticeable from moving vehicle. Food menu is good. Fully air-conditioned hotel. Nice place to hang out with friends and family. Popular for travellers and college crowd. Good view from third floor, where the restaurant is located. Underground parking available, but needs maintenance. Banquet halls present. Rooms are nice with good toiletries.

It's accessible as Metro Station is nearby and the upon all that Service is good

In this hotel lifts or not working properly, and room number 315 AC not working, iam totally dispointed
