It is generally good. Costly one in the area. Approach to the floor fo hotel is not so good. V hv 2 depend on lift only.

I recently visited it with high hopes of savoring a delicious prawn biryani. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. Not only did the restaurant serve the wrong dish, but the taste was also abysmal. It was a disappointing encounter, to say the least.

When my order arrived, I was shocked to discover that instead of the promised prawn biryani, I received a plate of pulav with prawns gravy curry. The mix-up was already off-putting, as I had been eagerly anticipating the flavors of a traditional biryani. However, what made matters worse was the taste itself.

The pulav lacked the aromatic spices, fragrant rice, and distinct flavors that make a biryani so special. The prawns were drowned in a thick, unappetizing gravy, overpowering any taste they might have had. The entire dish felt like a hasty attempt to compensate for the incorrect order, rather than a carefully crafted culinary creation.

To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns with the manager, I was met with indifference and a disheartening response. The manager nonchalantly stated that this was how they serve their prawn biryani, completely dismissing my dissatisfaction. This lack of accountability and customer care left me deeply disappointed.

The food taste and service experienced here were worst. We have ordered biryani and the taste was not worth the price, not even proper spices were added. When asked about the taste the staff was very rude in responding. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction. I suggest whoever reading this comment to avoid going to this place. This restaurant is not even worth of rating 1 star.

Visited during peak wedding times.but their services are ok. Secure near reception counter for Keys handover.room service is just ok as its delay.room cleanliness is good. Spacious rooms with cot, mini ref etc are available. Rest all is fine.

I stayed for couple days there and learned that they don't allow guest to come inside the room. Even room was really bad for what they mentioned. If you call the room service the phone line is a joke.

Worst food I ever had, recently the quality has fallen to zero. The fry piece biryani and fish biryani is just a waste of money, they just gave plain yellow rice with fish curry, tastes awful. The fried rice was next to horrible. When we asked also no response, from waiter, manager and top level management.worst experience ever.

Went on Saturday evening for food and drinks. One of my friend ordered KF Ultra beer. It tasted so wierd with burnt smell. We called that guy in suit and asked him to check if some thing wrong with this beer. He shook that bottle and said beer is not flat as he can see some foam.

We said, it's not about flat beer, we are concerned about taste. We said we are okay if he charge it in our bill, but asked him or any one else at counter to taste it and confirm if we are right. He said, it's a new stock and beer tastes bitter always. As if we never drank Ultra beer. We asked for another brand and carried on. He happily charged for that Ultra beer too. It's not about 300 bucks, but about listening to guests concern. We have been to Danthuri group hotels many times before and this last experience was very bad.

Even food wasn't up to the mark. Ordered peanut masala. Nuts were not roasted properly. They are chewy like raw ones and not at all crunchy. Other dishes like chilly egg and chicken 65 are also below average. Over all, very bad experience.

We took veg spring roll as one of the order items but the taste was not good. Need to be careful regarding taste

I was at the restaurant, we hosted a small get together. Nice place to hang out with friends or family. Service was also satisfactory.

It is located in a crowded area. Easy accessible to any area. Complementary breakfast and dinner is the main positive thing. 24 hours check-in. Bathroom door is in broken condition. Mosquitoes are the main drawback in this hotel.

Budget friendly Restaurant and bar (mainly good for families and youth preferable for guys in bar area).

Room having insects and mosquitoes and dirty, AC sound works like tractor.

No toiletries available. Even though no slippers no hair dryer no oil etc.

The good part is only Bar available in this building.

They have served leftover biryani filled with some amount of fresh. In the below it was cool and above its hot. When I asked server also not able to answer. We have ordered two biryani in that we got one like this.

Disgusting Response especially from the manager in the Restaurant. The food didn’t boil since we have told him this he is not coming for serving.so that is hee responded towareded our query.very rude behavior from manager especially

Liked the Ambience. Non veg Starters served Hot & Chicken Biryani and Prawn biryani are so flavourful and appetizing.

P. S. Becoz of footfall in rush hours like Friday, Sat & Sunday evenings, Chances of some items you've ordered will not be served and the same will be featured in the bill. Do check the Final Bill before you pay.

Worst experience, poor service, Not family friendly. Average taste. Totally not worth the money for what you paid.

The hotel rooms are not well maintained.
Cleanliness is not upto the mark looking to COVID pandemic.
Rooms interiors needs renovation. Bathroom is in very poor condition.
On the contrary the restaurant is the best part, food is delicious.

I don't say the overall experience is bad, but the hotel is old now and needs renovation.

Employee behaviour is not good, they are not response to good, Room service is good but Reception Man behaviour

We ordered chicken soup, drumsticks and finally chicken boneless biryani.we ate half biryani and requested them to pack rest.reply was strange they saying that packet to delivered on different table we observed that nothing is given even on another table.apart this with boneless chicken biryani served we both suffered with food infection pls don't order that.

We have been visiting this hotel since years. Staff service always good. Restaurant ambiance is good. They served very tasty food. They make sure reaching everyone’s expectations. I recommend visit once to feel the same.

Hotel Sitra Grand is located in KPHB colony road 1, the place is good for having dinner with family and friends. But the prices are bit high compared.
Few staff provide excellent service while others not
The food ordered is not being served hot.
Fee of the staff members dose not were mask.
The food is dry and hard to eat. The pulav did not taste good.
So considering the overall look the hotel service is not so good.

The rooms are clean and good. It has all the amenities. But to find a way to the room is very difficult. The guest has to use two different elevators to find his way up top. Difficult to find without guidance.

The food isn't that great for the price which is being paid. It's oily bland food and is expensive as well.
The staff also doesn't do anything about the feedback. They just nod their head in agreement as it they already know about it. Have eaten multiple times over time but no improvement in food taste or quality

Hotel wash rooms were not clean are worst with dirty urine smell and conference hall was full of mosquitoes and dust.

Worst service. Extra items in bill. Fooling the people.

Ok for small functions. Lighting not good in banquet halls. Poor lightning. Don't prefer decorator inside. It's not worth. Decorator charge more. Food is good. Staff not friendly. But wants tips at the end of the day.

Restaurant food quality is good. You get both veg and non veg items. Ambience is good. However, service is not coordinated properly that breeds delay. The kphb road number 1 restuarant serves drinks too. It has a bar.
This facility has banquet halls for functions, rooms for staying and all. Valette parking is available. To the restaurant part my ratings go like this (out of 5). Hygiene - 4: Food - 4: ambience - 4: reception and service - 3: accessibility and pleasantness of reaching the restaurant - 3

The banquet hall had good food served but the look and maintenance of the hall wasn't impressive for the well known chain of hotels. The size is pretty good for small and pretty gatherings but the maintenance really made me reconsider.

Communication gap among room service managers, information provided over phone and in person is different.

I was a loyal customer for this hotel since 2009 right from my college days. However today I did not find the same beautiful memories that I had in the past.

This is due to the below reasons.

1. Waiting time before getting a table - 20 minutes
2. Wait time to get the menu (only after shoutung at the top of my voice) - 10 minutes

Discussion turned into an argument.

How, What and When.

Inspite of waiting for 10 minutes at the table, just to get a Menu card, I asked the floor Manager who immediately attended and got the order.

I called the responsible captain (taking the order) and then he just shows a deaf ear and walks away, I asked the server who was serving us food, as to what happened to the captain and the server shows in frustration on me (customer) and says "ask him why are u asking me".

Then I called the floor manager to call up the captain, the floor manager says that "the captain will not attend me". And instead he was asking me to have my food without talking much.

I have wasted my time for 30 minutes of my life of such tasteless food. However since I was already starving I had the food, paid the bill but before walking out, I clearly said the floor manager but even then there was no apology of what so ever.

If I dont get respect, then whats the point in me wasting my time, energy and money over such useless hotel people?

Dear Sitara, please understand that its not nice that a discussion is turned into an argument and the reason why it turned into an argument is because the Floor Manager was trying to protect his captain.

Its good for the Captain and probably for the floor manager as well, but such kind of attitude would reduce the customers and maybe once day also impact the hotels revenue.

'Sitara Grand' is located at Kokatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana. There is a restaurant along with the accommodation facility.

I have stayed here for 2 days. Connecting to the restaurant, ordering something and getting it to the room is very cumbersome task. Room service and reception are decently proactive, but not the restaurant. All types of beverages are served in the restaurant.

The reception is at 3rd floor and restaurant in the 2nd floor. Parking is slightly difficult here.

If you are a Roti lover do not eat at this place. They do not know preparing Roti without burning the Roti. Curries were good though.

Don't go to this hotel and restaurant, they don t have minimum courtesy to serve the water, for water we have waited for 30 min

Guys worrest hotel I have ever seen. Not up to the mark of danthuri hospitality. Worreest staff behavior. Prices are too high. Normal lodges are far better than this

Food is good, but the service is worst. We booked the room for the meeting and we had to go into the kitchen atleast 10 times to call the boys for service.

Pathetic service. I wihs there is a zero star also for rating to rate the service here.

Staff are polite. The lift to the rooms is extremely dirty and bad smelling. Breakfast can be improved, there are no fruits. Rooms are spacious, but not well maintained - looks old

Very bad hotel, sitara grand in kukatpally is having very bad infrastructure and cleanliness is very very very poor level and very unhygienic hotel, room service is below average, rooms are not claned properly. All area looks like oily and not cleaned for more than 20 days, hotel is a total mess, breakfast is very bogus here, they do not serve good food at all, even fauset of bathrooms are leaking and tile of bathroom is not also cleaned, for a same budget you can get better hotel than this.pathetic.nightmare.

This review is for Sitara Grand Hotel at KPHB, Hyderabad.

Pros:

Rooms are pretty spacious and very cleanly maintained.

The staff were quick and courteous.

Food taste is excellent.

Cons:

Hotel rooms are in two floors - 3rd and 4th floors of this building. We were given room in the upper floor. When we come from outside and want to go to the room, we have to enter into the Reception area first which is in front side portion of the building by using the front side lift, then walk into the backside portion and take the other lift to reach the 4th floor. This was inconvenient.

The spring mattress has become old. It is very uncomfortable to have a good sleep. When all the doctors and sleep experts are against using spring mattresses I don't understand why many of the hotels still use them!

There is no automatic lock to the door, due to which we have to manually lock it from inside every time the staff leaves the room.

Bathroom though was clean, was little bit outdated.

Worst place to have non veg here.u will get satisfactory with starters and some veg items.we are totally unsatisfied with the tastes of non veg.

Service is pathetic.we have to wait for 45mins to give the order and 35mins to get the order.and waiters behave recklessly which is not at all tolerable. Please think before you step into this restaurant.chi I repent going there.waste of money and time

Not so great place to eat. The dishes were not at all hot when served, even reordered was the same.location and ambience is good.

Accomodation is not upto the mark. Images are deceiving. Staff is not helpful and adament, especially the staff at the reception. Linens were dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned.
