Wrost food ordered online. Quantity is very less.we ordered food worth rs. 4000/- but it is very less quantity not even sufienct for 3people.and taste is also not up to the mark.kindly don't prefer this restaurant

Worst service at bar floor! Especially don't order the manchow soup! And the barriers are worst behaviour at the end we are not satisfied with Sitara Ashok Nagar Branch!

I am not sure about the rooms, since i went there for dinner with family.
Ambience was fine, food prices are more than moderate. But interms of quantity and taste wise it didn't even met the expectations for the price.
Not a recommended place for food tasty lovers.

Taste was not good. I don't liked. We ordered veg starters only but that we don't liked hence we didn't ordered main course.

After many months I visited again n ordered chicken special biryani, they kept veg biryani n on top chicken pieces n delivered, while eating realised n went to ask, u need to respect customer time this happed second time they did it, respect customers time atleast n pls train u r employees on customer service. Reckless answers n poor quality food n wrong items delivery.pls check parcel thoroughly.
Mngr told it's mistake jst take anthe parcel it happens daily n it's common recklessanswere.
Pls check before taking parcel specially vegetarians u may get nonveg n manager will tell it's a mistake pls take anthe parcel.pls find the reply from your end.for wrong food item delivery.

Engagement function of my niece was celebrated here. Banquet hall ambience and taste of food items (vegetarian) were very nice and received positive appreciation from Bridegroom side and the entire guests.

Awesome taste. Good ambence. Nice place to visit with family and friends. All items are very tasty. Reasonable prices. Service is good. I recommend this hotel

Good and tasty food available here. Good hotel in and around chandanagar and lingamoally, rsmachandrapuram.

They charged RS 270 for chicken curry dish. The quantities of the chicken is hardly 100grms. Current price of chicken in retail is 160/- per Kg. So, these guys selling 1kg of chicken 2700/-.

Never gonna visit this restaurant again.

We found hair in biryani and upon raising concern to staff they were not at all apologetic. Hygiene is what matters. Better take your own decision.

This is a good hotel with specialized south indian food. Ambiance is good and the room tarrif is economical. Service is good. It's a combination of restaurant, banquet halls, rooms etc. Over all its a good place.

First of all it's good for aged people as there is no need for steps and it's very easy to enter and place is good and food is up to the mark.

Quality of food was pathetic. Almost all food items smelled of stale oil. Ambience is the only saving grace for this place. Don't get carried away by the crowds waiting outside. Totally overrated and undeserved

Worst place ever waste serving so many items in the menu but nothing was available we order biryani they gave us pudina rice and told this is biryani. We ordered curd rice rice was stinky and curd was three days old. Hated it

There is no delivery of this hotel inside beeramguda that is in BHEL METRO ENCLAVE. You need to provide the food delivery for the customers in our area.

We had taken a hall for our business purpose. Many time power interrupted, projector turned off, mic was giving noise and no prompt response from their management. Very poor service and they never responded. Strictly not recommended for business meetings.

Crispy Corn and Chicken dum biryani are my favorite here.

Went to this hotel to book a banquet hall.one of the staff members agreed on a price after discussing for an hour.we went out to discuss the same with our family members.when we returned to finalize the price, the director of the hotel denied.when we asked him for the reason for the change in price, he simply said that it is his wish.when we told him that we now agree to pay whatever you are asking but can you commit that you will not change what you have promised to give us, the director said that now we can no longer book as we don't trust him. <br/>who should be building that trust here? <br/>We as customers or he as a businessman. <br/>He further explained that tomorrow if the lift isn't working or AC isn't working, we will blame him and lose trust. <br/>while this conversation was happening, a customer who had booked the hall for that evening came to him and complained saying that the AC isn't working for half an hour now and they have been complaining but is of no use. <br/>This was enough for us to decide. <br/>I hope this helps.

For any of the events if the crowd is more be sure to carry your own plates. Staff at the serving are pathetic. More like a self service.

I am a fan of Sitara from past few years. This is the place where I go to have buffet breakfast and their tropical rainbow icecream.quality is too good and the staff is friendly and love the way they treat to customers. Good ambience

Good ambiance, sufficient sized banquet halls for small functions. The rooms were good sized and well maintained.

Service is pathetic. And food is worst. When I ordered finger chips, they seems baked twice and in used oil

It's not bad, valet parking is available, but they don't have a cellar or something like that, they park the car somewhere on the road.lol

Hospitality and ambience are the best part of it. No complaints on Biryani and other chicken starters, the were yummy. But the prawns starters we had are not at all good.

Very clean rooms and excellent service by staff, my friend booked rooms for guests of his Marriage. Food served is also good.

I went here to attend 1st year birthday of my colleagues daughter. This place has a small AC function hall that can accommodate around 150 people. Nice food. Good service and hospitality.

It's a wonderful place with good quality food n its hygiene. Complete enjoyment with family. N I love tropical rainbow ice cream. Must try it.

I believe all the good reviews given here are fake. Based on these review, I did my son's B'day here.you don't believe that Management is so rude, in fact even to guests. In case you are fine that your event is spoiled, you can book an event here. Food is also not that worth of cost that they are charging per plate. I would have given minus rating if had an option!
