Worst management they dont respond properly for anything … bloody money sucking irresponsible idiots.dirty washroom.they don’t allow outside decorators and the in-house decorators are thieves.they give you a decor of 10k for the price of 55-60k which they is the starting range … they don’t treat guests properly and at times talk rudely when the guests ask for more food … don’t don’t don’t ever ruin your big day here
The ambience of the hall is okay. They have the pax capacity of 100-500, depends on the floor selection 4th is the biggest. Separate Changing rooms are provided for bride and groom. 2023 price for catering per plate, non-veg is negotiable and ranges from 750-850. Indoor decorators and music setup is available. Royalty will be taken for outdoor decor and music. Staff will request for extra money for the services rendered, so it is optional to pay.
We booked Banquet hall for birthday party they spoiled our party, every 10 minute there is power cut and no one is available for the solution, they just concentrate on earning money, if you really want to enjoy your party then don't go with SPG grand
First of all the toilet was very dirty. Totally unhygienic.there was wasted which were already left by last users. Ain't provide soaps or anything. Bad service. Very slow in process. No system at all.
It's the worst hotel and worst service they are providing, as per the standard of Hyderabad. ->Room Service= Worst Room Service. ->Hospitality= Worst Hospitality. ->Food Service= Worst Food Service. ->Management & Behavior of the staffs and owner is also worst. I think the tagline "Worst Hotel in Hyderabad" is appropriate and suitable for this hotel. Everything is fine here except food facility which is not available here. Complimentary breakfast is limited to a single item. Rest facilities are good here
I visited for a dinner marriage party. Arrangements are really super. And very neat. But only I disliked was regarding food, the food which was served by them are really very spicy and horable.food should be served as per teast.
One of the worst food experiences after spending 600/- plate. All the guests were thoroughly disappointed with the mutton biryani served. Not recommended!
Very good ambience and great interiors. Placed in different floors each function hall is so much planned to accommodate a lot more than a birthday party to a complete marriage. All arrangements are made from specialist. Decorations and food are special to be mentioned. You will find the best price for the quotation. Making great occasion and memorable moments for the host and guest. I strongly suggest that you have to visit the place first before getting price to understand the importance of the quotation.
Located right on the main road. Place is good for functions, not so big to perform a wedding. Yeah, but good enough to perform weddings with limited guests. Food served was good. I expect the taste to vary slightly, but overall should not be concerned with. But they need to do lot with regard to parking. Parking is bad
I have attended a friends marriage here. Food was good not best. But service is also good. Ideal capacity is 300 people. If you have additional members then there must be a better plan for crowd movement at a before hand.
