Hotel SVM Grand

Changed my review.as food taste has changed.not at all happy, i visited wen it was sitara.but after it got to svn grand.taste is not as expected.and and response was to akward.

Easy to find restaurant cum bar with rooms, environment is cool, parking is a issue evening times, anyhow valet parking is available. Food is tasty. Service delay can be seen as we walked in at odd times, less of staff seen on the floor. Prices are moderate.

I have conducted an Event for my customers in Vedika Hall at SVM Grand, Koti.

From the start, Mr. Harish Goud was kind and supportive through out till completion of our event with an audience of over 65 Members.

I personally loved their Hospitality towards audience. From serving Welcome Drink during the start, till Non-Veg food buffet service with sufficient quantities of every single food variety was highly appreciable.

Their Deserts Gulab Jamun with Vanilla Ice Cream & Rasmalai with Tutty Fruity Ice Cream cannot be missed.

Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel SVM Grand, Koti for your Conferences, Training Programmes owing to their excellent service.

Such a bakwaas hotel, for everything they will expect money, housekeeping will expect money they embarrass us by always asking for money, the servers in the dining room will ask us money for no reason, complimentary water bottles will be without seal kinley bottles. Overall experience is pathetic like a government hospital

There's no proper ventilation for rooms and it was suffocating. Room, bathroom cleanliness, and maintenance aren't good enough

I attended a function in the house. The function hall is very comfortable. The chairs are also comfortable and neat. There is also cream to make the background flex. When I come near the dishes, the boys served me very neatly with the dress code. The toilets are also kept very neat.

Food is very good. Banquet hall of 100 pax
Is very spacious. A good choice in the heart of the city, in Kothi area.

Dont go with Your Car. They will take for Wallet parking.they will give your car with Dent 100%. Dont give for wallet parking

Today I ordered mutton biryani. I got badsmell uncooked mutton biryani. I asked waiter.he replied the biryani is good.
I left without eating and paid full.

Is dis is the way you treat.

This place is located near koti bus terminus. It is easily noticeable from a moving vehicle. As the name suggests it is a royal place. It ia a upscale place. Everything is maintained properly. They have good banquet hall. The thing i like most is the music that they play in the hotel. Food also deserves appreciation. Waiters here are very polite. Their behaviour was very nice. Biryani is awesome here. This hotel belongs to a network of hotels. Another hotel is in LB nagar which is little bit far from the uppal x road

Hotel Sitara Royal is the best place in hyderabad for food, events, parties and all.my overall experience was super awesome and good.their service was also good.overall its a good experience.
