Hotel Swagath Grand

I'm regular customer from 9-10 yrs. But, now completely dissatisfied with food taste and prices. NO TASTE AT ALL. Not at all recommended. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Management concentrating on Banquet hall businesses. Ignoring Restaurant food quality and all.

I went for food that too for vegetarian. Paneer curry was ok ok, and mushroom chilly was ok, but it was a little salty. Dal tadka was 1/5 in taste as well as authenticity. IMO if you can't make daal, then shut the veg business.

One of the horrible restaurant. Don't waste your money. It's not like earlier Swagath Grand. If you want to waste your money and health you can try. Food and Service is very bad. Not at all recommended. 02/10 Marks. Don't go through reviews and go. Most of the reviews are fake and no authenticity.

Guys, worst service.i stayed over here with my daughter from 17.07.23 to 20.07.23. For 3000/- room No water supply for 24 hrs. You have to request at counter to ONN the main geyser, then also it takes 30 minutes to heat and in my case even that was not happening.
Door closers are too tight of bathrooms and maindoor.
No wardrobe.
Breakfast and food are good, but no sandwich, snacks available for evening.
Although management was active and tried to address my concern, but by this time it already had developed sour.
For this price please avoid this hotel.

Waste management and the food was half cooked. Management was not even concern about it when I asked to change it they were behaving very rudely. As went will family can't make any scene.so suggest not go. Atleast after corona they should have some sense in managing

Worst experience with Food and the manager, after waiting for hours they just serve leftover food and Hard Chapathi n naans (which were not warm at all) after complaninng to manager there is no apolozy and made to pay full bill for nothing just waste and leftover food

Worst hotel, worst management and I can tell pathetic service also very rude staff. No one bothered about customer complaints.

Worst management and worst taste in food staff is very careless about the customers and food is completely unhygienic

Worst hotel I have ever visited. No proper service. They really don't know how to treat a customer atleast they should have some rudimentary knowledge about it. Such a Bad experience.

I have membership here and visited today. Service is worst. Giri who is so called supervisor has no sense to treat customers properly nor come over to table and find what is going on.
Though food is good when there is delay in service for one after other and careless ness of staff makes me sick. I don’t prefer to visit such restaurants if the service is not proper and I wish management takes care of it. I thought Dhanturi is good at hospitality but if the staff is careless no reason to visit nor invest our time and money.

Very beautiful & well maintained hotel with banquet halls available to hyderabadis for all kinds of occasions, reachable to all walks.

My favourite food spot.i loved all the varieties.hara bhara kabab is the best food of mine in this.and starters also good

Yesterday we went with family to attend a wedding reception the hotel, and the banquet hall were really good and spacious it's ideal for any parties and functions total 4 floors of this swagat grand i liked it and i recommend who wants to arrange a grand party

Has good food options and good facilities for functions and gatherings. Rooms and halls are kept clean. Has valet parking.

I ordered special veg biryani parcel, after waiting for 10mins it was told to me that it will take more 45 mins as it was not ready. Receptionist wrote on the back of the bill stating please take next time. When I again visited In brought the parcel to home n opened it was only veg biryani in place of special veg biryani. Even after I reminded the receptionist.

Attended few functions at this place Good valet parking available here (2 level cellar parking). Also the buffet breakfast at first floor is very nice, don't have much options for buffet breakfast other than this at nearby.

The hotel is decent, banquet hall is very spacious & well maintained. Ambience & food is good, it is easily accessible to anyone as it is adjacent to the main road. Any family events can be celebrated here nicely.

It's a nice place with a decent banquet hall and a good food. We have attended a birthday party here and was upto the expectations. Situated on the main road with ample parking space and valet parking.

Hospitality was satisfactory and as the Hotel belongs to Danturi group of hotels, expectations can be little more than what it is.

Service is very slow, at some point got irritated too. Only bill was served fast. Corporate discount is there but it should be intimated before bill is generated. Otherwise they can't help

It's OK place. Very expensive and high priced for that ambiance. Looks like 3star hotel priced 7star.

Good location. Perfect for a short duration stay of 2-3 days. Spacious and well maintained. Tasty good with complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff. Overall a nice stay experience.

The place is a hotel with rooms, restaurant and function halls. It is located on the inner ring road between Uppal and LB Nagar. I have been to the rooms and the restaurants and function halls many times. This time, I attended a function with lunch catered by the hotel. The hotel has reasonable parking with a valet parking as well. The corridors are spacious and the lifts clean and efficient. The arrangements for the function were good so was the food. They had vegetarian and non-vegetarian items as well. The food was tasty and the service efficient.

Very very class and such a beautiful dining halls I've never seen before that it looks like a having in the trainfood was so delicious, and I'm sure that you'll lick your fingers at lastprices were bit expensive but worthy of it

Road side hotel, ample parking space and food too is gud.but be selective in your order as some may have the taate u expected

Fine hotel and very good amenities.right on the main road from Nagole to LB NAGAR. Many functional halls and ample space for holding meetings and birth day parties.food (vegetarian) is fine but can be improved.no idea on non vegetarian food

One of the best restaurant to choose for Biryani.
You can spend your piece of time over there.

The food was delicious. Mainly starters was superb. But services were late. It's an offer able places to visit.

Went for dinner. Waited for 20 min to some one Clean the table took another 20 min for order. Food wasn’t good at all awful customer service.

Dumbest hotel I've ever seen. People take money for online orders nd don't confirm your order. If contacted no proper response. Dumbest receptionist too.

I can say it z below poor.people r not paupers ryt.the way they responds to the customers z hell. I didn't c such type of supervisors in any restaurant. I just came out of restaurant bcoz of their bloody over acting

Food is ok ok but the service is worst we were 7 half of the hotel is empty even then the service person made us wait for 20 kin and for serving the food he took 30 min in between the meal we ordered for water bottles. Stupid people bought it after the dinner. We got to wait for 20 min for the bill after reminding him for 5 times then he got it

I have attended couple of weddings in Swagath Grand and Bhaskara Convention Centre. Food was really good. Hall also was very good. Parking is a big let down if all the halls are full with functions.

This review is for one of the halls in the Swagat hotel.
Neat interiors with good ceiling and side wall cladding and panelling.spacious hall for 500 to 700 guests. Adjacent dining is sufficient.

Parking is difficult. Good is that valet parking available.
