The service is so worst. We have booked a banquet hall for our daughter's birthday and the service was pathetic. While serving food the servers were so rude to our guests and least responsive. Especially the floor manager Rakesh. This guy has an attitude problem. He was so rude to us when we asked to serve the food. The manager Karthik reddy will not even respond to your call once the amount is received. And there are so many bloody rules like a hostel. We spend lakhs of amount for a pleasent experience. Go show your attitude somewhere else. If you don't have patience shut your business as you cannot value your customers.

Poor service delay in serving the housekeeping staff were cleaning surroundings while having lunch butter chicken smell is similar to fish i am disappointed with it

We buy today from this hotel the pannerbutter masala was spoild and bad smell date 18-10-2023

Every thing is waste service staff feels like they are owners of restaurant had very bad experience with them.they are rood behaviour. Not whole bit floor incharge food incharge and manager. I asked for food taste they say it will be like that only every thing they replay roodly behaviour waste hotle I suggest don't do functions here

I went there for a birthday party.
Food, device and inner atmosphere are fine. Situated on the main road. Good transportation facility.

We ordered paneer butter masala around 11: 30 AM in the morning and found the taste to worst. Other items are ok but it seems that the paneer butter masala curry is not at all a fresh one. When we spoke to thr representative he is asking to bring the parceled curry box return to him. This is worst experience. How can a customer can bring his food back to hotel again? It's very odd behaviour with the person. How can a customer brings curry back to hotel.

Really a best place to try new savouries which help in increasing your craving worth try though it has vegetarian and non vegetarian both are balanced maintained the equilibrium of taste. Unlike kritunga restaurant where you find non vegetarian pieces in vegetarian food too.

I booked through zomato dine in, but no reservation is provided. I had to wait half an hour and came out without out having luch. Irresponsible staff.

Apricot delight is the best one we had here.ordered methi chicken, it had very old chicken pieces which have bad smell.special boneless mutton biriyani was not good too.only the dessert was best and did not like maincourse.do try apricot delight if you visit here.the best one we had till date

Today I had ate veg soft noodles and veg biryani after eating it i was fine for one hr. After that I had stomachache it's been almost 5hrs still there is lots of pain

It was my 1st time to visit this place, at first I was very hesitant to enter, because it does have a bar on the top floor. However, the restaurant is completely separate from the bar and the atmosphere is really nice, Good service and great food, and the prices are not too high, meaningful prices. Give it a try,
If I get a chance, I will definitely visit again.

Food wise it's superb tasty and very hygiene, with affordable prices compared within uppal, boduppal and Medipally. Would recommend non veg lovers to try CHICKEN BANJARA KEBAB starter

Authentic hyderabadi food, with good ambiance and reasonable pricing. Banquet halls are good enough for all sorts of events.

Very very bad food was delivered to me. Uncooked and stale. And no response from the restaurant. I ordered prawns and mutton curry. I regret alot.

I am a big fan of mutton and decided to order the keema biryani from this restaurant. However, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the dish. The minced mutton in the biryani was undercooked and difficult to chew. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience with their mutton dishes, and I expressed my dissatisfaction to the server. He assured me that he would inform the chef about my complaint. Unfortunately, this incident has left me very disappointed, and I have decided that this will be my final visit to this establishment.

Restaurant is good in ambience. There is a little difficulty in parking a car. When I visited this hotel elevator was not working. Made me climb 3 floors. I tried chicken, mutton, fish. Found all items fresh and tasty. Keema biryani is famous here and everyone must try, Which made my day.
