Hotel Vivera

I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say it was just an okay experience. The ambiance was pleasant, but the service was slow, and the food was mediocre. I expected more in terms of flavor and presentation. While it wasn't a terrible experience, it didn't leave a lasting impression either.

To the first advantage! They are very strategically located on the HYD highway on both sides of the road! Coming to Food, Roti and kaju tomato curry were good! But chicken biriyani was very cool and not at all tasty as per the Hype of this restaurant! But Apricot Delight is a must try and 5 stars to it!
So, It’s an average, over rated restaurant I feel!

Great place to stop if you are traveling on the Vijayawada highroad. We usually stop for breakfast. Good breakfast options! My Fav is Masala dosa and poori.

We visited the restaurant. The service is good, the ambience is good, the taste is good, and the quantity is exactly as suggested by the service people. The location is a major positive approach i would stay and also very well maintained. Enough parking slots.
For EV people, there are two ev rechargeable stations in the parking lots (by the time we visited these are Hyundai stations)

Worst food service,
We ordered roti, naan. They are too cool to eat. Later ordered alu paratha, he said it takes time we said ok, but after 15 mins he came with a bill and said that alu paratha cancelled. Will never visit this place

Don't fall in trap serving fast, all are prepared before and u won't get hot food if you observe.

Went here for breakfast, dosha is not good, tea is okay, price is more for this kind of food, ambience is nice, good parking place.

Food was good, but quality of coconut chutney needs to be improved. It was diluted with water when we had it. Spices were of good taste.

Quality and tasty. Food is delicious. If you want to eat something tasty and enjoy then you can happily go for this. But cost is heavy. One dosa costs 80 and an 18 year old adult cannot adjust with a single dosa.

Second most popular and happening place/ restaurant after 7 Hotel at Suryapet.
Vivera is having a restaurant along with couple of stalls where you can purchase items based on your interest.quality food, prices are a little higher but compared to 7 hotel this is economical

5 star rating for neatness and maintenance.
Had a quick stop-by for snacks.
Stalls of cold pressed oils and handicrafts were also available along with eatables and juice centre.

While returning from Khammam around 7.30pm no Tiffin's were available. It's disappointing to hear that no Tiffin's after 7pm.

While coming towards Hyderabad vivera hotel maitainenc to be improved, while going towards vijayawada everything is good, like that this to be maintained

Personally liked sambar idli. Poori is good, very flaky and not at all oily. Plain or onion dosa is not upto the mark. Even the gaare with sambhar tasted amazing.

Huge space and parking area.best place to stop by on the highway. Service is very fast and food is reasonably good nothing special. There are many stalls within the hotel and it's kids friendly as well.

This is an awesome hotel which deals with so many customers at a time. It will look like such a fish market but the way they deal with all customers is commendable. And all the food expenses are so affordable and tasty. Truly recommended.

Good place to hang for food and they have ac rooms accomodation which costs 2244 for 2 ppl.bit higher bathrooms are new and clean. This is the new property which is towards Vijaywada direction. Opp lane towards Hyderabad is old property. Food Rates are that of 4star hotel. Has a vast parking area and is well maintained. It hosts book stalls and handicraft kiosk.

Its a veg and non-veg hotel. One of the best hotels in that highway. Recommended.

Excellent hotel, must visit place between htderabad and vijayawada. Very clean toilets at night 12 AM. Authentic food at reasonable cost. Only drawback is no tiffins in night people look for light food in nights rt?

Ambience is good and beverages like tea and coffee are over priced and tastes average. Veg thali is famous here. Biryani and other items are good.

It's almost a known place for my family. While traveling to and from Hyderabad on Vijayawada highway. We have fixed menus here to try on both vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Neat toilets are add-on.

Best for Road transportation passengers in the way of Vijayawada to Hyderabad highway road.but only high class persons.

Excellent motel near narketpally town on national highway no NH 65 in between Hyderabad and Vijayawada satisfying customers tastebuds and for relaxation.

Good Hotel. Tasty food. Restrooms maintained well. Removed 2 star for lack of proper hand soap in restrooms and in hand wash areas. Also the available liquid soap was diluted with water. This should not be done specially during these days.

One of the best stop for highway travelers between hyd - vja. Taste is awesome and place is spacious. Ample parking space with different themes based on time/season.

The guy in the Icecream shop not wearing the mask.requested him to wear the mask.and he behaved very rude.good part is as I complained the management there immediately took very serious action on that guy.kudos to the management for immediate action.the owners already in heavy losses due to this pandemic situation, even though they paid salaries to their staff.so I request the staff to be loyal n supportive to the owners.

A place with ample parking. The irony is that in the name of COVID they refuse to give normal drinking water and force one to pay for mineral water, thus bleeding the customer's.

The ambience of the place was just spectacular with excellent washrooms and small stalls just outside the restaurant for shopaholics. The food was delicious but the service could have been a bit better. Vivera lived upto it's expectations. I will definitely come back again.

Do stop by for a quick filter coffee on the go, i usually ask for a less sugar and a strong base. Worth a 10 minute stop on the way.

Room service closes by 10: 30 pm. Restaurant was closed. Reception not organised. Duty manager very rude and even if go out for dinner. Their won't be no entry. Was very pathetic. Literally I have to beg them to speak with security gate for entrance after 10: 30 as restaurant were closed and no food available. Had dinner at durga at last and came back. As I was driving for long day and no option of other hotel near by. I have to pay for room on 25 Dec 19.

A newly built motel on Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway, with rooms, parking and dining facilities. Convenient for travellers.

Was on my way back to Hyderabad from Nalgonda. It was scorching hot and wanted to get down in a place to fill up my tummy; spotted this hotel and got down. Place was calm and cool. There were few Amazing little stalls set up too useful for bare essentials while travel and there was reasonable parking space too. Family friendly hotel. As I was too damn hungry I had to get down in for a special thali and had it. And it actually didn't disappoint me in any manner. As I am Always in a look out for thali I am not the one to usually like thali quick but this didn't disappoint me in any manner! There are two types one is special (north indian) and the other south indian. The only difference between the both would be there would Puri in the latter one and there would be butter Naana and addition of soup in the former one. The rest food was also amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and meal. 3 stars as service and hospitality can be further improved. If you did find my review helpful please be kind to like it. Stopped here to have dinner. Ambiance is no less than a high rated restaurant and in the evenings they won't serve all the breakfast items Like idli which is a bit disappointing for me but remaining item are top class and taste also good.

Food is good. Served quantity is less. Be careful while moving inside restaurant of old branch. TV's are fitted at low level. I had big injury to head and hospital used. Mani times reporte. No action. Staff argent.

Tried this place while on our way to Chirala beach. The place look new and was neat and clean. The South Indian breakfast menu was good and the prices were very reasonable. The place has got an option of window shopping for the families. The lawn area and the. Washrooms are maintained well.

Ordered kadai vegetables and the taste is pathetic. They do not serve fresh lime soda. They do not serve finger bowls too. One has to walk from the table to the washroom to get hands washed. The food served is not worth the price.

Good service and friendly staff. Bit crowded and they need to open other unused area for seating. Best for family and friends.
