Wonderful ambience. Has a great stock at the bar. Perfect place to unwind after a hard day of business meetings.

Very near to most of the offices located nearby. Most of the rooms look like budget class, there are no tubs in most of the room, the standard space like other Hyatt is missing. But it's okay for a night sleep.

Breakfast is good, gym, swimming pool available. Overall a good place to choose.

It is located on top of some hills and very beautiful place to vist.

The hotel is located in the financial district, and it had all the modern amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with a lot of natural light. I ate at the buffet several times, which had an amazing selection of delicious food.

Quite a nice property but lacking in comparison to other Hyatt properties, especially in terms of service.

If you are some one a biker you will be treated as third part of the world. The idiots won't let you pick your guest from lobby.

The location and ambience is top notch. The hotel is super green and located at prime spot in hyderabad. The service and room is good too. The staff is amicable. Overall a good stay

In my attempt to book one simple room I landed up wasting 3 hours. It is the most incompetent backend reservation team. They do not have proper information about their own rooms. When I did inform them that online the room mention pool view the reservation team put me on hold for 10 mins to confirm with the hotel. Only to come back to tell me that yes I was right. But since it’s been 10 mins that I was given the rate, the new rate of the room will be Rs 1700 higher than before. And all they can do about it is say sorry. Since I had already promised this hotel to my client i had to book it on another platform from where is did not receive an email so I tried calling to hotel again to make sure the booking was confirmed. And then I needed the invoice emailed to me. Which has taken me 1 hour already.the matter is still not resolved I have spoken about 6 people now who are all trying to connect me to front desk. But then it goes back to reservation. Or back office again. Now someone has taken to number to say they will the the office to call back. Which has now already taken 15 mins. Still waiting guys. How can this be so difficult.

Hotel is very good. Quality of food supplied by you is also fine. Guidance for new members is ok. Good servants for suply of food is also good. We hope your.hotel have good future further 2,3 generations in the history.

I really liked the Hyatt Hyderabad Gachibowli. The staff's behavior was very courteous and friendly. The place is also good, and if you come to Hyderabad then you can decide to stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Not 5 star maintenance. Food is okay. Grooming zero. Wash room are getting bad smell. Worst experience.

Great stay! We visited the spa & aunty said it was the best treatment she had till date. Swam in the pool, dressing gown/towels/water all conveniently available, though we had to go to the spa, a short distance away to shower. There is a new poolside restaurant that may make it awkward to swim. Ate at the Collage buffet restaurant. Staff was 10/10, Jopo in the restaurant especially. Breakfast was delicious & was totally worth it, a la carte was 5 star worthy. Just dinner was less than exciting, perhaps because we love biryani & it was mushy & meh. Would have been nice to have more dining options, as the place is a little on the inside from the city area (hence lots of greenery & a walking track around expansive area). The new second restaurant had private event so we had to eat at Collage multiple times.

The hotel is in such a way that I want to visit again and again only for the ambiance and hospitality from the management is simply awesome. The overall experience is irreplaceable, waiting to visit as soon as possible.

IHHR hospitality doesn't give a good service, staffs are unprofessional and no equipment knowledge also.they make multiple pos transaction and no refund, no response

Poor service, zero hygiene & bad food taste.

Visted collage restaurant in Hyatt Gachibowli last night, the waitress there was continuously sneezing removing the mask & serving every table.covid protocols weren't followed, this was really disturbing.

Food wasn't great at all and the Outdoor ambience was stinking, it was a very disappointing experience overall.

Not a great experience. Booked a room for weekend getaway to collect my thoughts and breathe. Rooms are so small and acoustics are poor. Too much noise from outside from other guests and housekeeping staff. Have asked for room change and that wasn't obliged nicely. Will not stay here again.

Amazing Property.

Room Sizes are little small however the other qualities like walking track makes this property lovely.

The surrounding is very scenic. The rooms are good and cozy. The have 2-3 restaurants besides buffet.
The banquet hall is big and nice.

Wanted to try this place for staycation and booked a room after checking their pool and facilities on the website. Swimming pool is not clean and very small compared to their website. Booked a balcony room on purpose and the balconies are not clean and maintained well. Rooms are also small overall not happy and hope they complete ongoing renovation and take care of maintenance

Average restaurant and sub par service.menu is limited and no efforts by them to customize.while they were listed on dineout the restaurant denied saying this was issue on dineout's end which is ridiculous.irrespective of reason till the are listed they need to honor it.not a great experience.

There is some problem with the management in this particular hotel of Hyatt Gachibowli Hyderabad. The people at the reception have no communication skills. They do not have any internal communication either, we had to repeat ourselves to so many people and so many times about everything, it was annoying. They did not even care to inform and give us the complete information about anything. The staff at the restaurant were a bit better. Interns like Santosh seemed more professional and courteous. Housekeeping staff were good and helpful too. But if you are really looking for something luxurious and good hospitality then I’m afraid u will be highly disappointed here. The hotel standards are quite low and do not meet the Hyatt standards. We stayed at Grand Hyatt Bali 2 years back and there is a huge difference in the standards and services.

If you are planning to take your dog and go on a staycation. Make sure u check their website thoroughly because they trick you with some policies which are not transparently communicated and charge you extra. They did not tell me over the phone too despite of asking. And they do not even provide a pooch friendly room. There is just a basic balcony room which you cannot even open due to mosquitoes. The room was extremely basic for the price that we paid.

Overall we had an awful experience. I do not recommend this hotel. If you want to experience what hospitality is, try hotels like the Leela palace or Oberoi. We had an amazing staycation last year in Bengaluru at much lesser price.

This is one of the worst dinner experiences I have had at a five star hotel. The washrooms were filthy, not cleaned even after raising a complaint. The buffet was very limited, and not refilled in time. The cocktails, the second round was much diluted than the first, like in a local bar, to our surprise. The guests walked in for dinner in their boxers to the embarrassment of my kids.

Hayat having similar architecture dosent have much difference in its inside. Location here is accessible to maximum and is peace.

The chef doesn't know how to make a cup of tea he replaced my tea for 4 times still couldn't get it right!
I also ordered a chicken club Sandwich in which the bacon was hard as rock and the chicken was over cooked texture was just like rubber and when I informed it to the chef he said no everything is fine about the sandwich.
These 2 stars are just for the hotel location and the rooms and some staff like Mr Joshi you tried his best to make my stay comfortable.

Very clean and friendly. Breakfast was a highlight. Tip: the housekeeping staff may not respect your "do not disturb" sign. If you actually want to be undisturbed, call and leave a message with the front desk.

Fabulous hotel with consistently good management. Great staff that is meticulous about your needs. Restaurants are being upgraded - even now coffee shop and the Indian restaurant offer consistently good service and food. The gym is well appointed too. Rooms can be a bit tight but that’s Hyatt standard globally.

The Hyatt in Gachibowli is a different kind of hotel, consisting of several separate buildings of only 3 or 4 floors - because of the somewhat odd floor labeling, I am still not certain. The buildings are connected by walkways that are covered and surrounded by rocks, green spaces, and lots of flowing water-features. The rooms are a little smaller than one would expect, especially compared to the Park Hyatt a few miles away, and in-room coffee makers and fruit-bowls, which the Park Hyatt provides, would be a nice feature here too. However, green spaces (16 acres, according to the staff) and luxurious water-features around the hotel create a relaxed atmosphere that was really unique; I have never stayed at a high-end hotel that was so green. The pool was large, very clean, and great for some sportive swimming rather than just leisurely bathing. The staff is outstandingly friendly and the a-la-cart food at the restaurant in the hotel is good, even if a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet, however, is a worthwhile experience and both Indian and non-Indian dishes are tasty. The fresh juices and fruit-bar is another feature of the breakfast buffet that made it stand out.
Overall, a really good experience.

Amazing hotel within Gachibowli vicinity and is spread within 15+ acres of greenery. A coffee shop and 2 restaurants with lawns attached are one of the highlights.

This rating is for the quiet, green, and air of restfulness when I reached there on Christmas day for lunch. Making a reservation was impossible - people who answered the phone said they would get back, but didn't. The spread was decent, but limited in terms of variety. It was good value for money, though, at 1300 per head. Service was courteous, and prompt. Choose this if you want an oasis of peace and quiet in the middle of the concrete jungle, with courteous service.

It is more of a resort than hotel in busy financial district of Hyderabad. Food served is really good and they do have a good spa

One of the he best hotel in Gachibowli. Nearest to the IT hub. Campus like Microsoft, ICICI are in walkable distance. One of the best in hospitality. You can take a direct cab from airport and it's mainly a highway till that hotel. One of the best place for team outing they have nice and big garden and nice dine and wine facility outside. Rooms are spacious bathroom are of highest standards.

Rooms are super small in size but the property is lovely. We upgraded to a suite and that was an amazing experience. Suite is huge and super spacious. The hotel is also green and spread out. Swimming pool and spa facilities are superb as well. Great overall experience. Would definitely recommend if not spending much time in the room. The views are descent too.

Great place to stay and 2 great restaurants. One with indian, asian and thai spread of buffet and second with pure indian spread including chats and indian special sweets. Very good staff
