Every time passes this pathetic hospital, triggered my memory the way how they treated me.

Went for routine check up here last year. After reading the good review about this pathetic hospital.

Doctor said my gum was in bad shape, I need to go for advance cleaning and there is cavity in teeth that is not visible so I also have to go for x-ray

I said oky for the treatment, but I was still having query about it, but at a glace dentist came and given anesthesia spray in mouth while I was standing (i though may be this is usual way)

Then I was asked to go for x-ray and was told to wait for procedure.

After that receptionist came and asked me for billing.

By then my mouth was becoming numb and I just asked if I could pay post procedure as my face is becoming more numb due to effect of anesthesia.
And he said before any procedure for treatment I need to pay.

I agreed to pay (by this time I not aware these ppls had made a bill of 5.5 k) I was trying to speak to have the clarity of x-ray price as price was quite high than usual, but I could able to speak due to anesthesia and saliva drops out my mouth and I was feeling disgusting (these ppls had not courtesy to give a tissue paper) I asked for tissue paper to receptionist and he told to get it from inside.

I was not in shape to have any argue futher and took the tissue and clean my face and went for treatment and went back home.

Post treatment I asked for bill and xray report. Receptionist said I will get in watsapp and next day I called hospital that I didn't received bill and report.
They said they will send report in some time,
which i didn't get till now.

And then I didn't have any time to go again to get bill and report and was occupied with day to day work.

Today I realised to write this review and
I also made a mistake I should have gone to consume forum and report this.

The fun fact:
As I was not satisfied with treatment.
I went to "clove" after a week for teeth cleaning and I got treated with respect and they listen to my queries, they did x-ray for free and there was cavity in one of teeth (I wish x-ray report was at latest explained by ***** Hyderabad smiles advanced ****) and i continued futher treatment there

(Lean to treat and respect each and every patient, we are not ATM where you exact money for pathetic service)
