Worst experience with hyper 2. O.
We purchased a gas lighter last year and is having one year warranty period. But, the person at the billing counter was unaware of this and claiming that it's only for 6 months. He played many tricks to avoid accepting that product for return. Finally, after accepting denyed for giving acknowledgement. Finally gave acknowledgement with 15 days of time.
Not only this time, everytime the staff are almost like this only.
Prices are very high. Almost selling all products @MRP. Even small stores are offering discounts in the area.
Satish fancy stores - They never deny for immediate replacement when the product is having warranty/ guarantee.
If we go to d mart, our bill would be min 25% less than these hyper marts.
