ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd

My car met with a minor accident. So I raised a claim for the same. While claim is inprogress they have asked to come office and give letter for the claim. After going to office they have interrogated like cbi officers and finally rejected the claim. They have wasted my whole day and energy. Please don't take insurance with this company if you want to save your time and money.

I have taken car insurance from this for two years but I have raised a claim for a minor accident even after that also they have rejected the claim saying nonsense worst insurance company

99% claims are failed.i took 2 policies and am paying premium from last 5 years.the claim process is non rational. They just tell you that so and so excuse and will definitely reject the claim.
Please donot take policy with these people

Worstt insurance company.do not fall for it.speaically do not take health insurance from thsi company thet will say 100% with connectd hospital but they will show hell once you purchased policy.and to ne noted once you purchased policy and is something wrong happen with your helath they wont help you.you poeople has to arrange money on our own and chances of porting is get reduced because other insurance will charge higher preimum because now you are not medically fit (some dieses) and forcefully you have to continue with this only.

The service quality is deteriorating at super speed. Have not received my health policy document inspite of renewing it on 11th Feb. Have paid a whooping 83,000 premium for one year but I suppose it still is not important to deliver even the policy document on time. The company only safeguard their interest of not going into any kind of losses but the customers do not get the basic service. No enquiry is attended, no revert about your grievance update.

Just they are fooling customers they give policy but when we claim Dey reject saying unnecessary reasons! My bike was stolen claim was rejected! Now when v found with an FIR after months v claimed for damages again they rejected! So it's of no use taking this policy It's simply fooling customers!

ICICI Lombard is the worst Insurance Company. I had raised a request for transfer of ownership 3 times with all the proper documents for my car insurance till now it is pending and they are asking me to raise a new request because if anything goes wrong now I can't claim the insurance so they are passing days. Thank you ICICI for you great response. Please Everyone go for any other rather than ICICI LOMBARD.
