Their service is very useless, it took 1 month to settle my claim, even after that I did not complete it.
The survey people here are very useless, they say that according to the damage of the bike, you have not been hurt, If you want a claim, it is necessary to get hurt.

I had an accident on 4th December, and injured my Right leg. I have first aid in my native place nearby Sri Venkateswara Hospital, doctor said my right leg has two bone fractures, after moving to Cherish hospital in Chennai, treatment in put flour on the right leg after my doctor has advised me to bed rest at home, doctor said three week again put flour on the leg.
I have the worst experience with this insurance. I have a total expenses of 10,000 above.
Then why not cover OPD medical expenses. Then what is the health insurance means that any accident is covered in this insurance.
And then I'm after not taking this insurance. I'm sharing my friends'circles.

Worked for 13 months here as phones banking officer but felt waste of working there because even though I have 2.5 years experience the took me as fresher only and asked my manager also regarding this issue but he was like he is helpless.
Coming to the process it's worst process they have they just use you like a slaves or labour until you work there because the process will not be in our hands even though if it is customer mistake we will be blamed for that first they will tell you no targets then again they will squeeze you telling should maintain success but they will not listen any issues which we face in the process.
Not even one day will go good because of managers n team leaders n you will not get any nation holidays at all.
N i must say about cab facility the worst facility.if admin mood is good then he will send us as he like or he will just do times pass with the employees everyday after logout we will stay atleast for one hour for cab that also only for drop no pickup option here.
But if you join here for sure will not have time to spend in home or with friends even for yourself.
