Visited the facility for Dr. Bhavani (Pediatrician) and it was wonderful experience. Doctor was polite, experienced and calm. She examined the kid like a family and explained us the situation in detail. Very satisfying experience!

Extremely poor & unprofessional service. I took appointment online & I was made to wait for 1.5 hour after schedule time. On top of that the receptionist was very rude & non-cooperative saying we have patients even though I could see the clinic empty! I asked her then what is the point of taking appointment, to which she kept saying we’ll check with doctor but neither checked with doctor nor helped anyhow.

Moreover, even though they had a place to sit inside, the receptionist made us wait outside the clinic in this summer heat. Very bad experience. Won’t recommend visiting here, there are much better clinics available nearby.

Wonderful experience with Uma Chakravandhanula Garu she is one of the best Dermatologists in Hyderabad. Coming to the staff Harisha and Anusha are really friendly and has lot of patience knows very well to deals with patients.

Very very nice treatment explain (Dr uma madam) everything for better results and staff very good receiving and dietician madam (prabhanjali) follow up very very excellent because i got best results.

I consulted the dermatologist at Idea clinics. She was very patient and listened to everything I was saying. She also told me follow a dietician at the clinic. Dietician, Prabhanjali has seen and made changes to things I eat everyday and has been in touch till date. She is an amazing person with sound knowledge on diet.

Dr. Bhavani is the best physician I've ever seen. I have a lot to say but want to make it short and simple. Her treatment style is distinctive. She goes into great detail about the problem and its root cause. Patients usually ask doctors if they have time. However, mam asks if we have time so that she can explain things more thoroughly. We were very impressed with how she explained the process of starting solids to my baby.

Doc is very nice she shows very patience when some one is explaining abt the problem. Mostly she will not prescribed any medicines or tests unnecessarily comparing to the other hospitals. I personally feel she is the best doc for every kid in the city.

Dr. Jyostna madam, listened to my issues carefully and patiently and gave me just the basic medication instead of just providing lot of antibiotics like most of the other doctors and she recommends test and pain killers only if it is really necessary.

I have visited doctor Uma for my spouse skin problem. She prescribed sun screen lotion for skin rashes and of 2000 cost.
Worst service received and don't visit this doctor.

Ii suffering with psoriasis from 5 years now it is converted psoriatic i went so many hospitals but no relife finally i went to dr.uma.c madam ideal clinic madhapure Hyderabad she treat me good also she gave proper biological medicine with in a day i relife my pains dr.uma madam is good doctor for psoriasis she best in the Hyderabad city
