Extremely rude and impolite staff. I had my session with M Annamma (Australia). She was extremely rude and lacked any genuine interest to help me with my admission into the colleges I want, rather, she challenged the genuinity of my background. I come from a reputed institute with a list 1 ranking for Australian universities. Still, she claimed that my university will not be considered for admission. Later, upon checking, she reversed her stand. She was reluctant to give me any advice on how to improve my profile. She even claimed about requirements which were nowhere mentioned in the official website of the university. Lacked genuine knowledge and tried to mislead. Extremely disappointed.

I have done my student visa process through IDP for 2023 intake. I have received an offer from University of Hertfordshire and IDP also helped me with visa application and further process. My counselor Ms. Jyothi was very professional and she was efficient with the whole process of application. She was very cordial and always responded to my queries on time.
