This is an absolutely fraud company. I am customer at IKEVA who has bought Virtual office space for 1 year. They claim on their website that they provide all documents for GST registration which is absolutely nonsense. When I applied for GST using their documents my application got rejected by Government because they do not have proper address in their documents (No shop/door/room number). Even plot numbers were not provided. It is mandatory to enter such details on Government website for GST registration. I contacted IKEVA (employee name Christy) stating to provide all correct details, even forwarded Government letter seeking clarity for GST address, Christy said he will provide, but didn't. I warned Christy my GST application will get rejected and Government has asked for clarification from my side, along with correct update of address details. In the end my application got rejected. Christy (lacking integrity) tried to lie that he provided all details. I said to him I have all call recordings WhatsApp messages, and text messages as evidence to prove he is a liar, so in the end he said sorry. Anyway, few months later, i.e, 18th Feb 2022, I get an email from employee Sindhu Singh at Ikeva, that as per Government guidelines they have updated the contract and if I decide to continue using their services I have to pay more money. I immediately decided to discontinue using their services, and immediately contacted their employee Shruthi by phone. Anyway she was nice enough (the only employee nice enough at IKEVA). She said to contact company directly. I then replied back to Sindhu Singh on 18th Feb seeking clarity about the issue. After 18 long days (9th March) I get a one sentence reply from Sindhu Singh which did not even answer the questions I had asked, highly inappropriate. Next day, on 10th March, I sent another email stating that I longer am using their address, have removed their address from my Udyam registration, and also sent evidence for the same, kindly confirm that you will refund. Absolutely zero competence of this employee. Anyway, 2 days later, on 11th March I called Sindhu Singh and discussed the issue that I want to discontinue using services. She said she will contact their legal team and get back to me. Again 19 days pass and no communication from Sindhu Singh, so as usual I call her on 30th March, she says matter will be solved by today evening, her team will get back to me. Again no communication from her side for 1 week, I again call on 6th April. She says I will call in 10 minutes, as usual again does not call. I call her again on 8th April, yesterday, again same standard replies, no resolution whatsoever. Today, on 9th April, I called Monika Misra, the founder of the company. In summary she doesn't want to listen to the problem of the customer, rather have a conversation. Doesn't even have the sense of responsibility to accept blame for incompetence of her employees, an absolute failure as a business owner. I suggest no one to take services from this company, they are highly unprofessional and incompetent, period.

Worst experince, I have been trying to reach them for the last 3 days to book a virtual space with them. My call reaches the reception, where I am made to wait for the excutive to come on the call and after that I get the response from the reception that the executive will call u back. This is happening for the last 3 days. POOR POOR POOR service where customer is not given any kind of importance. Stay away from.this facility.

Received an interview call and the process took more than 3 months. If the candidate is not required, then why waste his time? Worst HR team, Schedules an interview and forgets about it completely. When asked I get the reply that the interviewer is not available at the moment, we shall schedule it another day. Been a month since my last interview, Haven't got a reply yet. Have some shame. Wondering how you guys will manage a co-working space if your basics are so poor.

Came for biometrics for nigeria VISA requirement to iKeva, very helpful team, well organise set up. Met Mr Satish Penumala for my VISA procedure and he was wxtremly helpful and quickly completed my procedure
