Worst hospital, they didn't accept my cousin's admission because of road accident. He was alive when we took there but they said they don't accept accident cases and while we tried shift to an other hospital on the way my cousin lost his life. If they could have at least given the oxygen support or any first aid, maybe he would be alive.

Image Hospital overcharge their pharmacy bills. They don't bill for the medicine they are giving but other medicines which were much higher in price. There is no team to complain and they openly say that they charge high as they are supporting in emergency

I had consulted this amazing doctor for a road accident injury and it got healed very soon only because of the given treatment and proper medication.

Nice advise, hardly find such non commercial doctors in this era. Apart from medication, he also has slight wit which impresses me more resulting in great relief from stress talking to him.

It is the worst hospital in Hyderabad, they just wanted to loot patients. Please don't go there and don't waste your valuable money.even a doctor is not good

If there is an option to give negative rating I would prefer that the lowest rating for this hospital in the Hi-tech City Hyderabad.

Doctors are not qualified, the only main purpose of the doctor is to take the patient admission, they only start with you have to admit here, your condition is very serious even without medical tests.
Very rude behaviour of doctors and employees here.
The charges are likely sky touching i.e. 1 hours bed charge Rs. 500INR, for a injection they will cost Rs. 100INR etc. The consultation fee is Rs. 750 INR in which they only talk to you about your health and they will say you to admit here only otherwise your health condition will get worst nothing else on the name of consultation.
The bed & rooms are not like as they charge to us, in very bad condition of bed & room comparison to Government hospital bed.
Never visit here otherwise you will regret.

I never experience this type of worst treatment, It's my first time.

Worst hospital. This hospital should be reported. I had normal typhoid infection and the doctor made a heavy bill of around 12000 which was worst and they charge a lot. Above that my condition became worst as I started shivering at night. The doctors are not experienced. After 2 days when I left that hospital and consulted other doctor, the doctor said I had nothing but normal infection which can treated with normal medication. I was fine in just a day with 250 RS medicines.

Please keep in mind. Donot visit in case of any emergency as the Emergency room doesn't have a qualified Doctor.

Dr Satya C treated my sister from Dengue shock syndrome, she is very compassionate and knowledgeable, and nursing care is really excellent, staff are also polite.

Before they said certain amount and after treatment they added asking some additional services.

Extremely bad and unprofessional behaviour from staff, under qualified paramedics putting patient’s life in jeopardy, strictly advised not to visit for any health issues. Medical facilities are outdated, poor, and unhygienic. Worst experience ever. A basic X-ray procedure takes 2 hours.

Very bad hospital, money looting without any proper tratement. That's why I always see the hospital empty. So whoever goes there, they will loot the person and leave

Not worth it, not a decent hospital they just want to take the amount from the patient, even after requesting the nurses over there they just keep talking and laughing at emergency ward were patients are unable to sleep because of them.

For stomach pain they admitted patient and charged 1000/hr as bed charge for 3 hours (total 3000) and 450 extra as nurse charge. Along with medicine the bill was of 8000+
Nurse are very unprofessional and they were talking and making nuisance while patient was in pain and was on drip.
Highly recommended not to visit.

Don't go there if you have fever, they will first use drip after that will check the report and last but not least Medication, while in drip procedure you need to take care of needles cannula and other external things which need to used there, make sure you have your report in hand before going there

After 45 minutes they said discharge, we received bill 4000 Rupees

I want to inform that you charged very high bill for little fever 4000 Rupees in 45 Mins without doing anything diagnostic test it's very shocking for us I'm planning to complain to STATE MEDICAL COUNCIL (SMC).

I just wanna rate these daylight robbers 0 star.

Just went to take TT. Asked the receptionist. He said consultation will be Rs 100 and TT cost he was not telling us. He then told us to wait and he called some doctor who I'm pretty sure is very very greedy and then he said consultation is Rs 650 and medicine and TT cost extra (probably would have charged another Rs 500 here). I went to a local clinic and they took consultation charge as Rs100 and TT cost Rs 20.

Just need to say one thing, these guys are expert at daylight robbery. They give 99.9% importance to money and 0.1 person importance to people's health. Bunch of greedy _.

But staff on phone unable to give any detail. When asked to give manager, senior offr no.

I went to this hospital with cough and fever at 10: 30 in the morning. There is no doctor in hospital. Only one junior doctor available in emergency ward. He is guiding my previous patient to another hospital. When I went inside he suggested some tablets and a cyrup. Because lab guy not available. No person in medical shop. Simply no doctor, no lab guy and no pharmacy guy.one junior doctor, nurse, one person to collect money

Very unprofessional staff, though the physician is very good. For only drip they are charging service fees, what they call observation charge. And it doesn't stop there, when you leave they comes running behind you and check the bills again and again.

Worst experience ever, people do not even know to put the drip properly and asking for charges 1500, they are using hand gloves to tie the hand while putting the drip injection they don’t even have belt. Emergency ward has no AC, worst than government hospital.

Pay high get worest treatment. This is the theory by image hospital.we had bad experience for stomach pain.

I was suffering frm abdominal pain and i went to image early in the morning i had two bed experience over thr first housekeeping lady was so rude she turn on the fan in full speed i req her to slow down coz of pain i was shivering she was like u seems normal na and she went away and the second thing one lady nurse gave me injection after few hour she ask me to leave bt i was in pain so i told her that m still feeling pain she was like its juz a normal pain u go and tell doctor that ur fyn m not even in fighting mood so i came back wrost treatment who the hell is she to tell me that is small pain i was suffering and she is judging
