In-Sync Centre for Child Development

One of the best therapy centre i have come across! The therapist are amazing! They ware very good with children! The facility is very well maintained! It’s totally air conditioned and neat and tidy. Everyone is very friendly and the receptionist are nice people. They are doing a very good job.

In-Sync is a haven for parents seeking a comprehensive approach to child development. The occupational, behavioural, and speech therapy services under one roof have been invaluable for our child's progress. The expert therapists collaborate seamlessly to address different aspects of our child's needs. This holistic approach has brought significant improvements in motor skills, bahaviour, and communication. We couldn't have asked for a better support system.

Very much happy with their therapists and management. I have seen lot of improvement in my child. The MD Sandhya garu has been cooperative from day one. Mr. Prakash (speech therapist), Mr. Mishra (Behavioural therapist), Ms. Sahithi (speech therapist), Ms. Harshika (Behavioural therapist), Ms. Aishwarya (occupational therapist) and front office employee Ms Geetha all have been doing their jobs so well. We as parents are very much grateful and thankful to all of them.

Especially the speech pathologist (Mr Prakash) has been a great help for our son speech.

Extremely disappointed.
In our 1st meeting an assessment was done for our baby of under 1 year. And a plan was shared of activities, play and physiotherapy. We were very satisfied, they said all the right things. The assessment was 2000 rupees, but money is not an issue. Then we went to the head to discuss other details like therapists and session fees etc. Head said per session is 1350, no matter if you book 1 session or 10 or 50. The price is the same. Only difference between booking individual sessions and paying for 10 sessions upfront is that the time slot can be fixed if we pay for 10 sessions. She reassured her that although they don't get many babies, the therapist is experienced in handling babies and is excellent.
So we booked 1 session and went.
Complete disaster. As soon as I entered the room with my baby, therapist took the baby and started exercising her with high difficulty mode. She took no time at all to gently let the baby get familiar with her or the surroundings. She is a BABY. Give her atleast 5 minutes to look around and get familiar. Baby cried. A lot. My baby rarely cries. But therapist continued pushing her. Giving her no time to calm down. Baby started wailing and hiccuping and got super scared but therapist kept pushing to continue. I forcibly took my baby and calmed her down. Then therapist said we should continue and started again. Same thing. So cold and distant. Basically, therapist was forcing baby into things she was not ready for at all, and ignoring her cries and distress. To distract the baby, she tried to use her phone. We do not show cartoons to babies that young! Therapist used loud noises and sounds when baby was already crying, like blasting music from the phone and loudly rattling toys and singing loudly. She doesn't even know that to calm down a crying and scared baby, you need to soothe her. Not scare her more with loud noises.
I suggested we move on to physiotherapy portion as baby is not responding well to her play activities right now. Therapist said there is no physiotherapy at all. Why did she initially tell us there would be?
We left and went to settle the fee. Surprise! 1500. Because we booked 1 session and not 10. We reminded them that in the 1st meeting we were told price is the same. They refused.
We had enough.
The negative reviews are correct. This place is indeed commercial, cold, distant, and uncaring. The therapist had no experience with babies.
Moreover, I saw a disturbing thing while leaving the therapy common room.
A boy whose session had ended wanted to play more with some foam steps and swing. But the guard at the door rudely ordered him to leave. When the boy tried to go back to play, the guard grabbed his arm and pulled him towards the door to leave. The boy said that his parents were speaking with his therapist and that he wanted to play. But the guard tried to pull the boy out of the room. This happened in front of 2 other therapists. No one said anything. When the boy's father entered the room, the guard immediately let go and stepped away like nothing happened.
I feel like these people handle the kids badly when parents are not watching.
Never going back there.

The therapists at In sync are truly experts in their field. My child has been attending behavioural therapy sessions, and we've seen a significant improvement in their ability to manage emotions and cope with stress.

InSync has made a significant impact on my child's life. The speech therapy program has helped my child to overcome communication difficulties, and the behavioural therapy program has improved his social skills. The therapists are professional and knowledgeable, and we are greatful for their expertise.

Bad experience with Insync, took my son for 30 sessions. During my interaction felt that Insync is not acting in the best interest of the child but by their own motives. Started with Speech and Bt but they suggested OT also so took assesment in which my kid was doing perfectly fine as per the checklist but still they insisted on OT. We took second opinion and they told my kid does not require OT at all. Also I got a feeling that insync feeds on parents insecurities and worries and exploit more (they have suggested OT due to our worries purely) The bad part for me is not that they are being commerical only, the bad part is they are not acting in best interest of child and have no plan or strategy to improve the delays kids have. I think the therapists cannot function independently because of Insync pressures to make parents book more sessions. I Would not recommend insync to anyone.

When we first started coming to the In- Sync early intervention centre, my child was struggling with a range of communication difficulties that got us extremely worried thinking about how is he going to manage going forward. The therapists at the centre have been of great help in helping my child make progress and achieve his communication goals. We are now hopeful about the future since our child has shown immense progress.

I am very grateful to the In-Sync early intervention center that has been working with my child. When we first learned of our child's developmental delays, we were overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. The early intervention center has been a lifesaver for us. Providing the support and resources we need to help my child reach her full potential.

I have been bringing my son here regularly for last 2.5 years (he is 5 now). Overall, the experience has been really good.

My son had moderate ASD symptoms at the time of joining, and we had a lot of difficulty in handling and understanding him. Now it has improved to mild symptoms. The tantrums are much more manageable and limited. He is doing well in school (a regular pre-school), and doing well both academically as well as socially (with other kids, teachers, etc).
Hopefully, the symptoms will be insignificant in a few more years.

The administration is professional and accomodative, and the center is quite clean & well maintained. The cost is slightly on the higher side, but the therapists are extremely good (well, most of them). Over the years, new therapists keep coming (and old ones moving abroad), but their quality has mostly been quite satisfactory. In case the child doesn't respond to a (new) therapist, even after several sessions, the management accomodates and changes them.

Unlike most of other similar centers in Hyd, the therapists give 1: 1 attention to the guardians and guides them on how to handle them at home and other environments. They are also given group sessions to guide these chidren on social (classroom, etc) settings.

Very happy with the Therapist and the management. My Son has gone through the Speech, Behaviour & occupation therapy from last 8 months and seen a lot of improvement and able to speak few words now. Very thankful to the entire Insync Team

In-Sync centre overall my experience is good but except these points:

1. Centre is charging too much for sessions & assessment

2. Cancelation of session is big a headache coz some 24hrs before need to inform & stuff (emergency or some sudden plans may occur) but centre will not agree

3.they are not giving any monthly goal achivements reports and all, at the time of joining promised to give the same

4.i feel kids will get comfortable with one therapist (trainer) rather than changing monthly new therapist
(trainers are changing monthly)

My children have seen a lot of progress through the faculty at In Sync. An extremely reliable place!
