Worst theatre management and security behaviour.

Rude behaviour with all the times.

SIMPLY awesome experience. They have so many screens, and such a large and spacious space too. The screen and seating are all very neat and clean. Just surprised that it not very well known yet.
Lots of options in terms if food and friendly service.
Clean and well maintained toilets. Good Job overall!

Dirty seats, nothing available except coke and popcorn, slow systems and slow staff. Every time it is a horrible experience.

1. Our cinema started 15 mins late.
2. GSM mall - there was no direct lift to cinemas. Had to go on escalator from ground floor.

While the movies are good, F&B stalls were closed during second show.

1. Drinking water supply was stopped
2. Couldn’t purchase at stalls (some said counter is closed after waiting in a long queue)

Seemed like they were taking customers for granted.

Theater is good. Big screen. Somehow I felt the volume is bit high and not so clear at screen 1.sometime it's irritating. Not sure if it is recording issue of that particular movie as this is my first movie in this theater.
