Total waste of money to stay here. I recommend not to join here because working staff will be very rude the customers. Even though if we raise tickets for issues.no response from the management.if we are unable to pay the rent before 8th of every month they will charge 200 rupees per day as a fine and the most interesting part is before joining here we need to pay advance of 1 month payment but still they will charge fine.sometimes i feel like i am staying in sainik school.if any one of your friend come to visit you.you will get more than 10 calls from the isthara management and from isthara company call centre guys.they will eat you brain like anything and the most important part when compared with other PG's isthara cost is very high.after Listening my last 5 months of experience still you want to join here.then its ur wish.rest is upto you guys

A good place to stay but not the people who can co-operate. These are all fraudusters who would be watching how to loot money. They wouldn't leave even a single chance. I lost my laundry bag and I assume it was purposefully made lost as I have expensive clothes and so they could resale them. No one cares about queries, the only way to draw their attention is by not paying Rent.

Location was good of the place but rooms were in very shabby condition, do not go by online pics they are no where close it.electronics, tv or ac are very very old, cupboards are too old and rusty, mattress is in very bad condition.
Unfortunately I did not capture the room pics

The destination is not that good, mostly because of Over-Crowded, but the journey was good in Rainy season.

Water fall is just a small exit for water,
Weekdays are much better to vist, coz it will be less crowded.

Personally felt like rent is bit higher side and quality is also not up to the mark
