ITC Kohenur, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Hyderabad

The hotel stay was amazing, with very co operative team members, loved the cleanliness standards.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my visit. I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly welcoming. I arrived early, and they were kind enough to accommodate an early check-in. Check-out was equally hassle-free, making my departure stress-free.

I booked room and paid internet online before I arrived. I arrived at 2: 00 or 3: 00 AM. I just want to relax. But I didn’t get internet access at that time. When I call the lobby, they asked me to provide evidence to them at this LATE night.it takes me one hour to deal with this issue. Finally, I found my receipt to prove I paid for internet already.it is really worse experience for 5 STARS hotel.bad service.

Visited this place for lunch and surprised by its calm and aesthetic ambience. Very cooperating staff and swift service. Authentic food with a pinch of extra spice added for Indian food lovers:) thoroughly enjoyed the meal and don’t forget to order fresh hand made noodles

While we were here for dinner last night, the ambience is decent. We ordered:
1. Wok tossed noodles. Vegetables and micro greens.
2. Hunan style chilli fish (both of the above were good)
3. Catch of the day (full fledged fish, if only we knew that it generally takes an eternity for it to be prepared:/)

What I also didn't appreciate about Yi Jing is that, we weren't served water till I accidentally had a chilli and was in dire need for it and there was no one around to serve water immediately. Service was BAD.

Amazing place for a fine dining experience. Really a 5 star experience. Went for a dinner at dum phukt begum restaurant. As soon as you enter, you will feel the class. Ambience is really great. Staff is really helpful and we were well treated well by Mr. Avinash. Coming to food.we ordered soup, one veg starter and non veg starter. Couldn't order main course as we were almsot full with starters itself.

A great addition to the Hyderabad luxury segment. It is every bit a premier ITC property starting from the design itself. The hotel has an unconventional ergonomic design to minimise power consumption and maximize natural light and also to provide lake view to most of the rooms. The hospitality is mind blowing complementing the amenities. The food selection and presentation is of a different level altogether which i have reviewed separately.

The service is exceptional. When they talk about sharing they literally scoop out a little bit and put it onto everyone's plate so you don't have to worry about taking some passing it around.

The dumplings were delicious. Noodles are made in house. Views are great. Ambiance is beautiful.

Went for dinner buffet, food was ok (not very good compared to price), 1 girl in reception in particular was very good and hospitable she showed us different restaurants, lounges etc and gave us a mini tour. Apart from her other staffs were not so good specially security.

Excellent place to fine dine. Best ambience, excellent staff. If you planning to organize a large format event this is the place. The best thing about this hotel is that the entire staff will be at your disposal to make your event a great success. I highly recommend this hotel. My experience here was WOW and I was flabbergasted.

Food was yummmm.especially lotus stem dish.it was crunchy, sweet and tangy which gives a rich flavours.edamame dumpings was also nice and especially the presentation.we also ordered main course which was nice

The hotel has pathetic service. Heaven forbid if you are using your points or other member benefits for staying. They then reserve specially bad treatment for you. Me, my three year old daughter and my wife waited patiently to get into the Golconda Pavilion for our breakfast. We were ushered in and then, lo and behold, somebody else came and sat at our table. The hotel staff didn't utter a single word and gave those customers special treatment, since we were using our Marriott points and they were paying customers. I had to then forage for a table but the moment I found one, they had the gall to ask me to get up and vacate the table for someone who had come 15 minutes after us. Again, differential, pathetic treatment was meted out.

We ordered Dosas for our kid and after waiting for twenty minutes, when I went to the counter, I realised that ten people after us had received their orders and they simply skipped our orders. There were two specific employees, Pankaj and Hemant, who were specially rude and made fun behind my back. They said that I was complaining on the pathetic quality of service since I wanted free lunch. Upon hearing this, we finished our breakfast as soon as possible, packed up and left, though we had earlier planned to stay for another 3-4 hours, have lunch and then leave.

Any hotel which cannot accept feedback and treats customers like dogs who can be thrown a bone (read free lunch) to paper over all their faults don't deserve customers and this is a luxury, five star hotel we are talking about. Pathetic and a nightmare. Hope I never have to stay in an ITC property again. I have added photos as a proof of my stay.

I think I was given this special, pathetic treatment because I am a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite member. If I was staying by booking normally or had I been a member of Club ITC, the treatment would have been better. The level of service was shocking.

Amazing experience.would rate it 5/5 on food, ambience, service. It is totally worth the go. The biryani is not made of spices, rather authentic taste and flavours.the fish starters were amazing.really fresh and flavoursome.

Great food, selection of restaurants, friendly staff, cleanliness is impeccable (including gym, bathroom, hotel rooms, restaurants).
The main issue of my stay was the construction going on at all hours, even in the middle of the night. Getting sleep here was near impossible with the banging and loud drilling from the 22nd floor, and outside with the big square they are digging. It’s ridiculous a hotel permits this to occur when residents are trying to sleep or relax within their rooms.

Dum pukht is located in ITC kohenur, on the 10th floor.
The seating area or the restaurant Is quite classy, the walk to the restaurant is elegant as well.
We had the nihari paya for the soup, which was quite flavourful and very rich, the mutton was well cooked and melted in our mouth!
For the cocktail we had an old fashioned which was dived very nicely, was smooth and not too strong.
For the appetisers we had the pattar ka ghosht & the malai chicken kebab. The mutton was a little chewy, and the flavours were overpowering.
Whereas the chicken was very well done & creamy.
For the main course we had the Hyderabadi dum ghosht biryani which was out of this world! Loved the flavours And the texture!
The dessert was great as well! The prices were great compared to the quality of food and the ambience!
Can't wait to be back!

Beautiful ambiance, themed on ancient jewelry, had dinner buffet, all over great food, best part was dessert.chocolate mud pie was definitely my favorite

Honestly, really mediocre food given how fancy it shows itself to be.

I really enjoyed the crispy prawns and BBQ Pork short ribs starters but the mains left me disappointed.

The service and environment is really nice and upscale as expected.

I would come here if I wanted to show off a little but not if I wanted to indulge in great food.

Food is good. Nice ambience but pathetic service. It took like forever to start the service. It was a corporate dinner so was OK we were engaged else would have been a disaster

Indeed responsible luxury. Brilliant property with ultra spacious and classy rooms. The breakfast spread needs a special mention, absolutely stunning!

Conveniently located in Hi-Tech City area of Hyderabad. The hotel has nice view of Durgam Cheruvu a.k. A Secret Lake. It is opposite InOrbit Mall and walking distance from offices of many IT companies.

The architecture of hotels looks nice from outside. Inside very inconvenient approach to elevators. After years of opening, you still meet staff who are under training. Service is not in commensurate with the brand of hotel as 5 star luxury.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and had to wait for 30 minutes to complete the check in process which I never expected. Being a bonvoy titanium elite member I usually get a room upgrade which I didn’t get during my stay over here. Restroom needs some repairs which is awful. Coming to the breakfast part, they do have enough items including fresh fruit juices;however, we had to wait for 15-20 min as they didn’t have enough staff to clean the tables. I wouldn’t say it’s the worst experience I had but my experience wasn’t good.

If it would be 10 star I will give it to this hotel. What a nice hotel or it's best hotel that I have ever been visited. Staff is to polite & behavior is too good. Rooms & facility amazing with just click of button on iPad you can handle everything from switching of TV, open door, ordering food everything. What you needed then. They have multiple restaurant as well. Definitely recommend to stay

Redefining Luxury. Best hotel in the town for a comfortable stay. Hospitality at its best. Staffs are very friendly and supportive. Food is too good. Definitely a best place to stay. Wonderful support by the team during events. Also has a beautiful view from the room. However, this is but far from many tourists attraction, still a best hotel.

Great hotel and great food. Though never stayed here. Had food here several times and place is totally worth. The photo is me saying bye to hotel on a rainy day from car.

If you want see the Indian style of infrastructure and design. Then you should visit ITC Kohnoor in Hyderabad. But swimming pool is not upto the mark. Pub & restaurant here are best in Hyderabad. Ambience here is in indian style and they greet with pattu shawl.

Had a one night stay at the hotel. The abience is good with a very large swimming pool. Breakfast was amazing and a thumbs up service from front desk Suman.

Fantastic hotel! Rooms are pretty big and modern. Restaurant and Bar has nice ambience. One of the best luxury hotels I have stayed in. Location in good if you are going to Hi-tech city. Overall loved the experience!

We visited Yi Jing for a family dinner. The food was really authentic & fresh.no comparison for ITC for Chinese cuisine. The staff is really sweet to accommodate all the customisation to food. Very calm & polite. Thanks for a great experience.

Sagar and Sangi are the people who know their thing. Trust them to tell you what's the best. Personal recommendation - Kakori Kebab and Biryani. If you are less than 4 people, main course would be outside your order since it's good for 4 people. Can't wait to go back again
