My keratin and dandruff treatment was done by Mr. Shiva, a professional hair stylist. I'm immensely happy with my keratin treatment. Blow drying was the best part. After blow dry I can clearly see the beauty of the keratin treatment. It was really amazing. I loved it. I would highly recommend him, if you're visiting Jawed Habib, Banjara hills branch.

Shiva did a wonderful job. My hair was in a pretty bad state due to travel and stress. It was quite dehydrated and frizzy. Shiva did keratin treatment, highlights and a hair cut. Absolutely loved the hair cut, with regards to keratin treatment, might have to wait and see for another week to know how it actually worked on my hair. Highlights are a shade lighter than what I would prefer, my dad seemed to love it. Shiva was very polite, accomodating and professional. A bit pricy, but then again I’m not sure about the current rates. I’m very happy with the result. Thank you.

Response is bad. They offer some package. Before paying for package they will treat you like god. But after paying for package they ignore you like anything. And you cannot go to other saloon also because you have paid hefty amount here. Only thing is the haircut is nice

Highly disappointed with my haircut this time. Haircut is not worth for the price I paid at banjara Hills road no. 12 branch. Shiva did my haircut. I shown how to cut my hair. But he did just straight cut to me an charged 2200/- Just for a straight cut. They failed in maintaining that Professionalism as earlier. I don't recommend this to anyone.

Worst experience at a habib salon.went for eye brows.one lady made my brows shapeless.when I complained.somebody else came for my rescue.and dis time she did it so fast dat I have got cuts on my skin.i had many more services.looking at the poor services.i left the place.

Staff are trained to brainwash the customer to go in for expensive packages. They give horrific reactions at the state of your hair/ skin and scare you into undergoing the most expensive treatments.
This is not what is expected from a reputed salon. You can give the customer suggestions, options of treatment available but you are in no way supposed to FORCE them or push them to do something against their will! Horrible experience!

Worst experience. I have been to jawed Habib across country in different locations and every where the process is standard and so the service but unfortunately I visited this branch since it was on my way and experienced a fish market kind of behaviour. I asked for hair cut and facial and they suggest a pack and I started taking the service. In between the lady manager of the branch steps in and say sir this might not give much result and why don’t you try another facial pack which is worth twice than what I am taking. I replied you should have suggested it before and I can’t put money again & again on the same thing then they replied saying it’s not about the money sir it’s about the result. However I rejected it and went ahead with the same service which I was taking. Finally at bill they added extra two services saying this must be done before doing facial. I questioned how can you add whatever packs you like without intimating me and say this must be done before that which was a complete false propaganda and it’s just to lure money with a presumption that people in that area won’t bother about it. They saw their faces and was very reluctant to give me a clarity rather just decided among themselves to through off the bill and asking to pay & leave the place pointing the finger at me. The staff is such rude I have ever seen in any saloons. They threatened me to tell any where I like and are coming on me for a fight. Such a pathetic people they are
I don’t recommend anyone here my dear friends. They don’t ask what you want and rather keep going ahead to put all the unnecessary stuff and finally lure money by cheating with false services
Please go to any other branch and have a service exchanged business transactions.

Reallly good, satisfied, service by kavitha. Silk hair treatment, keratin treatment, hair colouring, global hair clr that is awsm. She gaven an new look. Nd she did well, perfect in all this. But they refused to accept the coupon and provided me the same services for which i took the coupon.
