I loved the keratin treatment done by Muneer he has got lots and lots of patience in addition to his pleasant smile and humble nature. I was not so confident at the beginning however, I was so happy with my hair end of the day. Akeem was another guy who was assisting Muneer, and both of them were outstanding with their behavior. Try to ask for Azeem or Muneer when you go here for any services related to hair. You will definitely thank me later.
I got detan and facial from komal.full face of pimples please don't go this salon.worst waxing don't recommend this salon next time waste of money.she spoil my eyebrows also She gives unnecessary suggestions. I think road side parlour better than this salon.

Worst service. For detan aslo they taking money excluding facial and they did even remove the black heads neatly please don't go this salon. Facial detan all was done by Poonam they charged more money than what they have done the service for me.stupids

The services of Jawed Habib at champapet branch are too good and fully satisfactory. And the service of Poonam Kumari is very much satisfied has she was so dedicated to her passion.
Expensive with no extra facility, No experience workers only couple of workers do proper hair cut and everyone books them. With same facility and experienced workers and low budget we can have different saloons.
Worst service by POONAM, spoil my eyebrows waxing service is horrible, I don’t know how she doing like that attending 2 customers at one time, Road side parlour is Better then this saloon avoid it.and go to any other saloon, Totally waste of money. I would give negative rating if possible.
Her name is Poonam Worst service, she spoil my eyebrows shape, she gives unnecessary suggestions and doesn't give service as per your needs. She using silly reason she done 5000 facial only 20mints, and she attends 2 customer in 20 minutes, don't recommend this saloon next time, waste of money.
I must say i love this parlour.especially i loved the work of punam mam.she is very dedicated to her work.the service she gave us is very outstanding.she is excellent in all services out there.yesterday I went for facial menicure and pedicure and iam very happpy as i see the result now.i must say one should visit there.good job punam mam keep it up
Miss Poonam from Jawed Habib, her service very worthless to which my sister had an appointment in November for marriage.she did her own makeup not responsible to what we ask she escapes with silly reasons like seat under A/c after makeup such things are so silly to hear from her worth less makeup and no proper response to clients in such occasions If there's any star less than i will give that only.
I really loved service provided by this parlour specially I liked Poonam's service, how she receives customers and the way she serves is very good. Be it threading, waxing or facial and de-tan she's good at everything thing. I visit Jawed regularly only because of her.
I cannot thank enough to Azaam for perfect haircut. I have a short hair and have similar hair cut like airtel girl means short from back and long hairs in front. Went to 2-3 good and branded parlours to fix but no one was confident enough to do it. But here it was done so perfectly. Highly recommend if you want to style your short hairs.
I went for permanent hair straightening but they have burnt my hair, all over scalp.it looks curly from roots to 3 inches.even I told that its burnt but they said no no it's not burnt.my hair looks dry, curly, frizzy and wasted my money. I went just because of brand name but now it's better to go to local parlour, they will perform better than expectation.i was a regular customer to jawed habib brand for more than 6 years wherever I was posted.but now it's a big no no
Worst service ever! My local beautician does better service than the so-called hyped beauty experts. If I could give 0 stars I'd have given them that only! P. S.: Don't ever get anything done by this woman called Poonam. She says a lot of flowery words to trap you and makes sure you get many things done; but doesn't do anything well. Her waxing and manicure are the worst!
Poonam - she is incredibly knowledgeable about products and services and honestly felt her service went above and beyond - she listened to what I was wanting and knew what I needed and she accordingly tailor picked services for me. Her manner alone has made me want to become a member and book my next appointment here - she is an asset to the team.
First, the prices are exorbitant and the stylists don’t care what I ask for. They just do what they like to. I’ve been there twice and I had similar experience both times.
Second, why is it the management is giving the customers a paper receipt written by stylist. Why isn’t there a POS system in the store. You have charged me Rs 90/- for CG and SGST on a paper receipt. How am I supposed to trust that is going out as tax and not into your pockets. This is a huge franchise with over 800 outlets across India and I’m surprised you don’t have a POS in place. Is this even legal. I’m going to check that and I’m providing the paper receipts and complaining this to the officials.
Never coming back and I’ll make sure none of my family or friends pay a visit to your store.

This is extremely disappointing that you also do have the worst staff ever. Who feels she's the BOSS and extreme bad telephonic and in store manners. VERY LAZY TO ANSWER ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE. EXTREMELY RUDE IN-STORE. LAZY ENOUGH TO PASS ON THE CALL TO SOMEONE. This is extremely unfair that the clients are mistreated and are commented STRAIGHT ON THE IT FACE. THE NAKE OF THE SO FEELED BOSS IS PALLAVI. I really wonder if she's the BOSS. Straight away rejects to do a service on the customers face. PASSING COMMENTS ON A CUSTOMER IS NO GOOD ON HER.
